Fantastic experience: Re- North Coast Dental Ballina. I very highly recommend this practice.10 out of 10. From the start of receiving new dentures l felt very comfortable. Staff are wonderful and Glen who took me through procedures was very supportive and professional.I went through quite a bit of pain and uncomfortable fitting for my first dentures a few years back at another dentist so I was very wary when I had to get new ones at North Coast Dental but from start to finish I felt reassured that I would not suffer. The end result is I have my new denture and the fit perfectly and feel very comfortable in them. I don’t have to get the sandpaper out to modify my denture as they are perfect. Thank you Glen and staff

I say this because both Glenn and Rachel are very approachable and do not pressure you to have work done if you’re not comfortable with it, but just recommend it . I came to this practice after having problems with other practitioners not doing the right thing and leaving me with a terrible abscess after paying twice to correct the problem. So don’t go anywhere else they are the best

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to plenty of dentists in my time with bad experiences in the 1950’s. Even up to about 5 yrs ago I would have to have sedation to relax me for major work, of which I’ve had plenty. It is only since going to this practice that I can fully relax. Their hygienist Rachael, explains everything she is about to do and is very gentle. Both Glen and son Jarrod are exceptional dentists. I didn’t need major work this visit, but I have had there in the past and didn’t feel anxious at all.

Fantastic experience: I have just had the best experience (and I’ve had some bad ones) with a dentist that I’ve had in my nearly 69 years. Jared was amazing, he explained everything to me that was going to happen and made me feel completely safe. That in itself is a one off. I had a tooth extraction and I can honestly say it was painless, which is what we all want. I was contacted the following day to see how I was going and if I had any concerns. I went back for a follow up because I was worried about the healing and again left feeling completely confident .The staff are so lovely and understand when you have anxiety about visiting the dentist. Cannot recommend the practice enough. If you don’t like visiting a dentist then this is the place to go, they will completely change your mind.

Fantastic experience: My dentist at North coast dental Ballina made my visit very satisfying. In all instances the treatment plan was discussed for the procedure that was happening that day. He discussed the options that I had and allowed my to have input to what type of outcome I was aiming to achieve. He then fully outline the steps he would be taking to achieve the outcome I desired. Long term goal were discussed and once agin there was no pressure to move my treatment. Options for the future course of action were summarised and I had the final decision on when I would be back for further treatment and the course of action. This was a visit to the dentist that I can actually say I know what was done and the future course of action. I would whole heartedly recommend the dental team at North Coast Dental.

Fantastic experience: So I bought some delicious cranberry nougat from Coles and couldn’t wait to bite into it. No sooner had I done that than I felt a crack and one of my molars was broken. Jared Hughes, from North Coast Dental, was recommended by a friend, so I took the drive to Ballina to have my tooth fixed. Jared was extremely professional in his interaction with me. He took the time to understand my concerns and issues and then described the process he would undertake to correct the broken molar. Prior to starting he asked whether I would prefer pain medication or not and reassured me that at any time I could change my mind. Along the way he explained what he was doing and reassured me about concerning any pain I might receive. The job was finished successfully and we then spoke about other issues he had noticed and that we should have a follow up consultation to decide a way forwards. If you are looking for a great dentist with amazing personal and professional skills, then I cannot recommend Jared highly enough.
