Fantastic experience: On behalf of Tonic, we would like to thank everyone at Port Philip Animal Hospital for the years of care. Tonic truly enjoyed his vet visits! We would like to personally thank Sonia who reviewed Tonic and referred us to another vet hospital for advanced imaging. Unfortunately Tonic was diagnosed with a locally advanced right nasal cancer which had invaded through the cribriform plate and into the right cerebral hemisphere resulting in significant cerebral oedema, midline shift, supratentorial herniation and cerebellar compression. We're amazed how stoic and functional Tonic was despite all of this. We helped Tonic cross the rainbow bridge on the most perfect Sunday in early spring 14th September after the best weekend visiting all his favourite spots in Geelong where he consumed 7 doughnuts. His final snack was a trio of Nutella (completely blew his mind), greek yoghurt and of course his favourite peanut butter. Thank you once again! We're very grateful for all the care, compassion and support you have provided.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alice is an absolute superstar! Our kids might not speak English, but if they could, they’d be raving about her too. She somehow manages to be part vet, part superhuman and exactly who you want looking after your fur family. Every visit feels less like a “trip to the vet” and more like dropping by to see a friend who just happens to know everything about keeping animals healthy and happy. The whole team at Port Phillip Animal Hospital is brilliant and they all make you feel like your pets are in the safest, most caring hands, even when they’re trying to wriggle off the table! Negative experience: I took my dog to this clinic because she was unwell, and the experience was terrible. We paid over $1,200 for tests (blood, urine, and X-rays), but within 10 minutes we were rushed out of the consult room because “they had more patients.” They never performed a basic CRP, which was essential to detect what was really wrong. When we got home, she became seriously worse, and we had to rush her to another emergency hospital, where the first thing they did was CRP and discovered inflammation. She had to stay hospitalised overnight, and including what we had to pay at other clinics, the total cost exceeded $3,000. The worst part isn’t the money: what’s truly concerning is the negligence and the way we were treated. DR PRISCILLA FOONG shouted at us, was rude, disrespectful, and even made offensive comments. She did not check the medical records properly, insisted that a CRP had been performed when it clearly hadn’t, and showed zero empathy towards us and our dog. At one point, she sarcastically said, “if you want, I can cut the dog in half to see what’s inside.” This level of disrespect and cruelty is unacceptable from any professional, especially someone who is supposed to care for animals. Our pet’s life was put at risk due to this poor care. If we hadn’t sought help at another hospital, she probably wouldn’t be with us today. I do not recommend this clinic: rather than helping, they put animals’ lives at risk and treat owners with contempt.
We take all feedback seriously but we must clarify the this account does not reflect the events that took place. While we strive to provide the highest standard of care for all patients, we also have a responsibility to protect the wellbeing of our staff.
Unfortunately during this visit, our team was subjected to unacceptable behaviour. As a result, we have made the decision to permanently close their account with our clinic.

Fantastic experience: Our dog recently had an operation to remove a lump on her face. From the booking, pre op info, and the consistent post op support - the level of care and service was exceptional. Thanks Matt, Emma, Elise and the rest of the team for their support. Can’t recommend this vet enough.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I came in unannounced as our indoor cat had blood in its fur around a cut/in its neck; it looked like it went through some layers of skin. The reception was kind and understanding and we saw a nurse quite quickly. After talking to us and examining and cleaning the wound further it was clear that it was an older scratch he had and he, or his brother, had just removed the scab prematurely. Thankyou very much for your help, and a big thanks to Bonnie who was amazing with our cat Moose.
Fantastic experience: We decided to try this clinic after a friend recommended it, and we’ve never looked back. The staff and vets are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful—they treat your pet like their own. Our 18-month-old chocolate lab can be a handful at the vet, but they’re always so patient and kind with him. He was recently desexed, and the level of communication and care throughout the process was outstanding. They even followed up the next day to see how he was doing. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other clinics, and it’s clear they genuinely care about your pet’s well-being, not just making money. We love this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I should have left this review years ago as we’ve been coming here with our greyhounds for 6-7 years. Dr Bec is INCREDIBLE, she’s truly such a knowledgeable, intuitive and experienced vet and has always helped us so much. Dr Craig is also amazing, and we recently had Dr Matt help undo poor treatment from elsewhere, and saved us a toe amputation for our greyhound. They are just legends and can’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: We had an extremely disappointing experience. Our dog was misdiagnosed by this clinic, which led to unnecessary stress, ongoing health issues for our dog, and a significant financial burden due to repeated treatments and medications that proved unnecessary. What’s worse, the clinic failed to take any responsibility for the misdiagnosis. Instead of showing concern or offering a solution, we were met with defensiveness and a complete lack of accountability. We trusted them with our pet’s health, and that trust was completely broken. We sought a second opinion, and the correct diagnosis was found quickly —proving that all the time, money, and suffering could have been easily avoided. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values proper care and honest communication.
Fantastic experience: We have had 4 boxer dogs over the years and have currently got Maggie and Lola who we absolutely trust Dr Craig and his nursing staff with caring for them. They are compassionate and caring and with our fur babies as well as being respectful and caring of us. We would highly recommend Port Phillip animal hospital. If anyone is looking for a great Vet service, Port Phillip is the way to go.

Negative experience: THIS CLINIC CAUSED US SO MUCH STESS AND HEARTBREAK – PLEASE DON’T LET THEM DO THE SAME TO YOU We are extremely devastated and disappointed by what this clinic put our beloved dog, through. She was less than 2 years old—full of life and energy—until Dr. Anna Donlan and Dr. Craig Goode misdiagnosed her with a lifelong illness and subjected her to unnecessary pain and suffering. Trusting them, we agreed to a biopsy that cost over $600, believing it would give us a clear answer. It didn’t. But instead of admitting uncertainty, they kept pushing stronger medications, spending over $300, that made Kiki barely move all day, and a change in diet that she refused to eat costing $200. Then she started vomiting blood. Watching our sweet girl suffer like that, knowing we had put her in their hands, was heart-wrenching. Desperate for answers, we went to a specialist. In minutes, they ruled out the condition Dr. Donlan and Dr. Goode had diagnosed—just by looking at the photos the clinic had taken. Kiki didn’t have a lifelong disease. She just needed a longer course of antibiotics—something this clinic failed to provide. We were told to ceased all current medication and told the diet they advised is unecssary. Instead, they were ready to put her on a $300+/month medication for life, a treatment she never even needed. We can’t stop thinking about what could have happened if we hadn’t sought a second opinion. How much longer would Kiki have suffered? How many more unnecessary drugs and procedures would she have been put through? The thought alone is unbearable. What hurts the most is that all we ever wanted was honesty. If they weren’t sure, they could have told us to see a specialist sooner. But they didn’t say it was necessary. They let our helpless, innocent dog endure so much distress while we stood by, trusting them. We wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone. Please, if you love your pet, be careful about who you trust with their life. We learned the hard way, and it still haunts us.
Negative experience: Consider Seeking a Second Opinion Our experience at this clinic was disappointing and stressful. Our 19-month-old Husky, Kiki, was diagnosed with a lifelong condition by Dr. Anna Donlan and Dr. Craig Goode. She was prescribed treatments that, in our experience, did not improve her condition and led to additional health concerns. We proceeded with a biopsy ($600+), expecting a definitive diagnosis. However, the results did not confirm the initial condition. Despite this, Kiki was placed on strong medications, including steroids and a $90/week compounded cream. These treatments made her lethargic and later caused stomach issues, requiring further medication. Concerned, we sought a second opinion from a specialist ($380), who reviewed the clinic’s photos and determined that Kiki did not have the diagnosed lifelong condition. Instead, she needed a longer course of antibiotics. At no point were we advised that the diagnosis was uncertain or that consulting a specialist might be beneficial. The alternative medication suggested was estimated to cost approximately $300 per month, potentially for the rest of Kiki’s life. We recommend that pet owners ask detailed questions and consider seeking a second opinion before proceeding with significant treatments. Transparency and accuracy in diagnosis are essential for every pet’s well-being. We have supporting invoices and documentation regarding our experience and believe open discussion and accountability are important. We hope sharing our experience helps others make informed decisions.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful people who always get me in as soon as they can, and have such a calming sweet way with animals. From receptionists to the vet staff, they're all lovely. They have taken great care with my rats, were very supportive and patient during the euthanasia process of my elderly cat, and are so gentle with my little dog as well who has severe anxiety around strange environments. They're not my closest vet but I always choose to go them.

Negative experience: I had a veryyyy bad experience today. This morning my cat suddenly started vomiting and had blood coming out of his nose, I took him to the clinic for a checkup. When I got there I was crying from stress. Someone came and called us, she didn't have a badge name and did not introduce herself, so I don't even know if she was a vet or a nurse. She then asked a few questions and immediately said your cat must have eaten too fast and that's why he threw up! I said don't you want to check her mouth and nose!? He might have aspirated! She then said okay I'll check his mouth! this is not the right way to check him. My cat may not mean anything to you but to me it means everything. This way of checking him was really upsetting… Added: Thank you for your response. I was also surprised with the care provided yesterday, As it ended up to my pet’s hospitalisation, I’d appreciate it if you could contact me to discuss this further. Thanks

Fantastic experience: I personally can't thank Dr Elyse enough. She has been absolutely amazing when it comes to looking after both my kitten (Toto) and my cat (Furphy). She is extremely knowledgeable, calm and very personable. Unlike Toto, Furphy personally isn't typically a fan when it comes to having to go to the vet (As I'm sure the experience can appear quite daunting to begin with). However when we took her in today to see Dr Elyse, she was extremely accomodating, and came up with some ideas (such as feeding her a treat whilst she was assessing her) to help distract her from the environment she was currently in. Which was also helpful when it came to putting her off the scent from the other dogs to help keep her as comfortable and calm as possible. This brought me a lot of relief as she was able to be examined properly for the first time and we could check off everything that needed to be done in today's appointment. I would also like to say that all of the staff are extremely lovely, helpful and accommodating. Especially when Furphy and Toto are needing to be booked in for an appointment. As well as the high level of customer care that you are met with upon arriving as well as checking out. I personally couldn't recommend Port Phillip Animal Hospital enough. They are the only clinic I trust to look after my little fur babies :)

Fantastic experience: Always knowledgeable, lovely and caring. When our pooch passed away we received a lovely card and flowers. We tried a different vet closer to our new address and realised just how valuable port Phillip animal hospital is so we are going back as the drive is worth it.

Fantastic experience: The staff here really were amazing. From the reception to preadmissions, the nurses and of course vets. We've just returned to the area after a few years away and Billy has just had the best experience. He's usually super nervous at vets but was at ease and curious/inquisitive. The staff doggos were super friendly and well behaved and certainly helped Billy with the nerves. Billy's tooth extractions went very smoothly and the prices combined with the after care are very reasonable. For the area especially I have closer vets but will continue to return to Port phillip Animal Hospital as the service, facilities and above all the staff and care are the best in the area. When Clancy faced a tooth infection that required multiple extractions, Craig's professionalism, empathy, and warmth made a world of difference. I've never experienced such exceptional treatment at a veterinary clinic before. Craig and his team truly set the bar high. Despite Clancy's numerous serious health challenges over the years, the level of expertise and care provided has been remarkable. I simply cannot thank them enough for their dedication and support. Fantastic experience: Dr Matt and the PPAH team are the best at what they do. PPAH & Dr Matt have been treating my boy Benson for 12 years. Two leg surgeries (TPLO), and recently a bowel surgery for a tumour removal. Plus everything in-between over the years. Vets by far have the toughest profession - being able to manage the emotions of owners who love their pets, whilst maintaining a high-level of professionalism, knowledge, care and empathy is truly a culture PPAH have maintained since we walked in the doors 12 years ago. Benson and I are so grateful for everything thank you.

Fantastic experience: As a greyhound owner, we have to be careful in our choice of vets - their bloodwork is different, their metabolism is different, and they're just weird, sensitive goofballs. PPAH has been the best vet we've ever been to for our Milo. They really know their stuff when it comes to greyhounds, and they did their best to get us in asap when Milo had some issues with his teeth. Not only that, the fee was very reasonable.

Negative experience: I recently visited Port Melbourne Animal Hospital with my dog, Beau. However, I had a troubling experience with one particular staff member, owner/management. While the veterinarians are knowledgeable and the facility is clean and well-maintained, the management behaviour was unprofessional. She was dismissive, argumentative, and verbally aggressive towards me, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Despite informing her multiple times about my funding situation for Beau’s GoFundMe, she continued to pressure me for payments. Additionally, I was told that Beau's medication was discounted, but I later found out from a friend who is a vet that the price was actually standard. While I don't mind paying the normal price, I was disappointed by the misleading information. Moreover, I felt that my disability was not adequately respected or accommodated, which was very disappointing. It added to the stress and made the overall experience much more difficult. I hope the management addresses these concerns, as compassion, effective communication, and inclusivity are crucial in providing excellent veterinary care. Overall, while there are many positive aspects to the hospital, my experience with management and the lack of accommodation for my disability significantly impacted my perception.
Fantastic experience: Cannot rate this vet highly enough. Dr. Craig explains things thoroughly and is incredibly calming and helpful in understanding my older boys issues. I travel across town to come here because they truly are experts with greyhounds.

Fantastic experience: Dr Emma would have to be one of the most amazing vets. After being dismissed by a couple of other vets about my concerns with my dogs shedding, she completely understood and actually paid attention to what i was saying and after running a couple of test (to which she also understood how expensive these could be and offered a couple of options) we finally had some answers to start working with. Was such a relief after being dismissed for months. She also clarified some misleading information i was passed on by another vet in the most professional way. Not to mention Lyall loves seeing her!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience ever at Port Phillip Animal Hospital. The vets - Dr Priscilla who took the ultrasound, and Dr Craig who did a terrific job in removing Freda’s tumour. They communicated the whole process clearly, made sure I understood everything and the procedures involved, and provided updates on the phone. The reception staff were also great at communicating the expenses/ invoice etc. and following up. Dr Craig also framed next steps for us post-surgery so we would know what to expect. I felt really assured and confident to leave Freda in their care, even overnight. Freda is recovering now for which I’m grateful. ♥️

Fantastic experience: Forever grateful to Craig, Matt and the rest of the wonderful team at PPAH for looking after my loveable but slightly bonkers rescue doggo Didgy over the years. We were always met with genuine love, care and kindness from every team member at every visit. The after care and support offered following his ACL and major dental was above and beyond…and when it came time his final goodbye was handled with the greatest of care and compassion.

Fantastic experience: The best veterinary care you could possibly ask for in Melbourne. The team here are the most beautiful, caring people, and have gone out of their way so many times to answer questions, help with anything I may need help with, and do everything to make sure my pet has the best possible care. I live absolutely nowhere near this clinic, but make the trip every time knowing I have the best possible team looking after my pet. I wish I could rate them 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience, everyone at the clinic from the receptionists to the vets are lovely and helpful. Around 6-7 weeks ago, we took our 7.5 year old chihuahua for a check-up and vaccination where they informed us that it was about time for a dental clean and potentially some extractions. We had been expecting this, since it's common for this breed to have dental issues and they gave us detailed information beforehand. We went for our booking yesterday, and I cannot express how positive our interactions were with every staff member throughout the entire process. They made sure we understood everything regarding his procedure (which was under general anesthesia), and they communicated with us throughout when there was a need to make decisions. They were clear and transparent about his needs, potential outcomes and the scope and price of the treatment, providing us with diagnostics and imaging. When we picked him up, they gave us another rundown of all that happened and provided even more information regarding his care and follow-up, and we all left happy, albeit with less teeth. p.s. Even though these last few months are my only experiences with them, my partner has been coming to this clinic for over 7 years and she has had nothing but amazing things to say. Every interaction she's had has been similar to the experience above.

Fantastic experience: I will not take my greyhound Roofus anywhere else if I can avoid it. I travel over an hour to take him to Port Phillip Animal Hospital. Roofus has severe periodontal disease that requires regular attention, and I always feel reassured knowing he is in the best possible hands. Dr. Bec is a brilliant vet and genuinely cares about your furry friends. I always go home feeling well informed and with a plan to follow. The entire team, including the nurses and reception staff are all knowledgeable and lovely also.

Negative experience: They Left my dying cat over night with no care. Only to tell me the next day they don't have overnight staff.. and called me to tell me he is worse freezing and glucose levels dropped and critial, why call them self a hospital? They kept asking if I was sure if I wanted to spend the money because he might.not make it. I removed him straight from there and went else where

Positive experience: Mixed bag of experiences at this vet. Some have been good with experienced vets. The inexperienced vets I’ve encountered don’t seem to be very confident and therefore I feel reluctant to keep coming back here.
Fantastic experience: We have a frequent flyer at the vets and the care and understanding of the whole team is amazing. The vets went out of their way to look after not only our greys, but also us. Fantastic experience: Im so glad we found Dr. Bec Goode she truly is godsend. If you have a big a dog do yourself a favour and book in with her. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to understand the the underlying issues and explains everything in great detail. Fantastic experience: I took my greyhound Sarah for a dental Dr Bec Goode was excellent great customer service and warm and friendly, she explained everything too me She kept Sarah overnight, she said should meet at 9am Anzac day too pick up Sarah. The reception team where very friendly they rang me on Monday afternoon too tell me how Sarah was going. And had been done I picked up Sarah Anzac day, I was greeted by Dr bec and her husband. Very lovely people so caring I would highly recommend them If I could give them a 10 . I would . Excellent service and great service.

Negative experience: While in for a teeth clean, Dr Anna Donlan decided to vaccinate our dog without our consent or consulting us. If anyone had bothered to contact us they would've found out she was just vaccinated two months earlier at a different vet. You guys should know better...

We are in the midst of a global vet crisis. There is a dire shortage of vets, strenuous hours, rife mental health struggles and the highest suicide rate of any profession.
We take the mental health of our employees extremely seriously. We all make mistakes.
Dr Donlan is an experienced, competent and valued vet and we support her 100%
Negative experience: Booked my dog in for a dental procedure (scale and polish) and when I picked her up, was told she was also administered a vaccination. I had not been asked and did certainly did not give permission. If they had called me, they would have known that she was already vaccinated in February by a Vet closer to where i live. I was so angry. The receptionists were dismissive and very rude. It seems like this place has had a major staff turnover and are not as good as they used to be. Be wary of 'Dr' Donlan. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: Vets at PPAH are thoughtful, analytical, proactive and communicate with pet owners very well. The reception team, without exception, are effective, knowledgeable and responsive. Even when you're too worried about your pets to think straight, the reception team help calm you, sort things out and imbue confidence that PPAH vets will give their best to address your furbaby's health. PPAH also is good value for money. I recommend PPAH very highly.

Fantastic experience: My greyhound has been going to PPAH for a few years now — we have seen a few vets; Dr Craig, Dr Bec, Dr Emma and Dr Sarah. They are all excellent, knowledgeable, caring, professional and courteous. Dr Sarah even gave me a call way after work hours to talk through some blood results. Way above the call of duty - but so appreciated. I’ve also especially appreciate being squeezed in on the same day when I’ve had an emergency. Unhesitatingly recommend - thank you for your stellar care of my furchild.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend allowing them to do ultra sounds as the don’t have a qualified vet to do this and they completely misdiagnosed & missed a foreign object in my cat … recommend going to Care Vet hospital in Collingwood for emergencies with qualified staff & exceptional care of your fur babies
Our clinic has qualified vets able to do ultrasound and we also have an ultrasonographer specifically rostered on one day a week.
Unfortunately we do not have any specialists working at the clinic.

Negative experience: Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
We continually have new clients not attend their booked appointments. Unfortunately these clients do not even call to inform us that they are not attending.
Due to this, we recently implemented a non refundable deposit for new clients. This is a way that a small business such as ours can protect our time and earnings.
As you did not attend your appointment, the deposit was not refunded.
This is not a reflection on our customer service, it is a reflection of the fact that we value our service and time.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic with greyhounds and were quick to resolve an issue that was experienced with some biopsy results that went astray. A team who truly care about the animals they see, as well as caring for the owners.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team they have here. After a not so great experience with another vet this wonderful place was recommended to me. My little guy needed to have a tooth removed and my experience from start to finish was fabulous. They are a very open, honest, caring, professional vet service that care for your pets a much as you do. They are also very affordable and absolutely transparent with costs and what is necessary and what isn't. I cannot thank everyone involved enough for the work they did for me. I will be continuing to see them for all my dogs needs, Leo and I are both very thankful!

Fantastic experience: Port Phillip Animal Hospital! This is a vet clinic that really CARES. I have a dog who has some of the worst gut issues. His diagnosis has been nothing but easy. I can't thank the team enough for everything they do for us and continue to do for us. Craig is one of the best Vets that are going around, not only in his knowledge but also in the way he articulates things to us paw parents. When I have been extremely overwhelmed with information Craig has always taken the time to explain everything to me. The reception staff are also amazing. When i have sat in the waiting really anxiously whilst waiting for my boy, they are so caring and really make you feel comfortable. Craig and the team at Port phillip are so generous and I couldn't recommend a vet clinic more highly. You guys are AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: The service and care provided by Craig and the PPAH team has been exemplary. Our rescued bulldog who had experienced mistreatment resulting in severe anxiety and a fear of new people could not have been better cared for by Dr Jo Lubberink who quickly developed a level of trust with our girl. More recently Dr Gavin Stone performed a serious surgery on our other bulldog when bacteria was found in his bowels, we received regular updates and were always made to feel he was in the best care, with Craig even popping in after closing hours to check he was comfortable. We can't thank the PPAH team enough for looking after our furr babies and would recommend their service to anyone and anypup.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! The service has been terrible, my dog is sick and rather than help her they Just give her meds with no follow up, we took a urine sample in a week earlier to be tested and booked a appointment to see the vet about it one week later and they lost the sample, waisted two hours trying to get another at the vet. Mind you they charged us for this, no apology and the different veterinarians seem to be indifferent with the advice they provided. I will NEVER RETURN AND MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS KNOW HOW SHOCKING THIS IS!!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for an excellent reason - the vets are super thorough and the nursing team are a delight. Another bonus for this vet is they have extensive services/resources available so you won't have to go to a specialist. Fantastic experience: The loveliest staff, they take so much care with your fur babies. I have a fragile little chihuahua and they are so gentle and sweet with her, she’s had 2 surgeries there and she’s come back happy and healthy each time!

Fantastic experience: The whole team at PPAH have been amazing, from the vets, nurses and reception team. Our pup, Percy, has had a stroke of bad luck with kennel cough and an infected toe and everyone has been very understanding, clearly explain what their plan is and you can tell they absolutely love animals! Fantastic experience: We travel across the city to make sure our greyhound gets the best treatment when he needs it. The whole team here clearly love animals so much and it makes such a difference when you have a nervous 30kg dog! They’re all so empathetic, they explain everything that’s going on and they give us time to think about things and ask the questions we have. We fully trust the advice and care they’ve given us and our greyhound; largely because they trust that we know our dog best and if something is not right, they want us to call. Also love that they don’t make you feel stupid for phoning up with a question.
Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Dr Matt Blakey for looking after Jesse, 17.5 year old Westie, today. Jesse has had a difficult time lately with lymphocytic plasmacytic rhinitis. Matt is so very caring and front of mind is the comfort of his patients. I have every confidence in his guidance for the well being of Jesse. We are blessed to have him looking after our most loved and treasured pets.

Fantastic experience: My mom’s cat arrived from interstate travel and she won’t eat or drink for 4 days. Had tried lot of cat food and snacks and she won’t eat. After calling in a couple different clinic and got rejected because everywhere is fully booked on Saturday Afternoon - the Port Phillip hospital accepted us and checked Donna thoroughly and was very gentle to her. Because of Dr’s advise on what kind of food to give to boost her appetite, the medication works very well to reduce her stress and improve her appetite.

Fantastic experience: I adopted Beau from GAP and I admit I was a nervous owner. He has arthritis and injured ligaments following years of racing and old age. He then fractured his foot and I panicked. Bec was amazing. She views Beau from the same lens that I view him. She understood Beau and I are together forever all we needed was the care and I'm not ashamed to say affordable care. Bec cared for Beau and gave me advice and treatment that meant his foot healed despite Beau not always appreciating her treatment plan. Beau visited the beach and saw the sea for the first time this weekend. He was super excited and skipped and hopped like a puppy. Thanks, Bec for seeing Beau for who he is and for providing a level of care both myself and an elderly but young at heart greyhound will always be grateful for.

Fantastic experience: So grateful for the professional and kind team at PPAH. Their care is second to none, the vets/nurses/support staff are all friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist. I had an urgent question on Christmas Eve but was staying out of town, so one of the lovely nurses spent time on the phone answering all my queries which helped us to relax. My greyhound had stitches out today (Boxing Day public holiday) - we were greeted with friendly smiles and can now take our boy for walks on the beach over our New Year holiday. Thank you PPAH!

Fantastic experience: What a delightful team!! I booked my greyhound in with Dr. Bec and she was a dream - so friendly and thorough, she talked me through everything as it happened and made sure I had all the info I needed about the diagnosis and possible future treatments. I'd had so many recommendations to see her and they were all spot-on, she's excellent with greys and just so lovely. The rest of the staff were also great, they interacted with all the pets and owners as they were popping in and out to get the next patient or sort out payments. I left feeling so well looked after and I will 100% be making this my regular vet, despite having to travel a wee way to get here! Thanks PPAH!

Negative experience: I kept taking my greyhound in as I was concerned. Vet kept saying nothing was wrong. He had been treating my grey for a few years. In the end, all the changes I noted that the vet said was nothing, turned out to be a tumor that exploded in my grey. I paid to have an autopsy completed so I knew exactly what had happened. I called the clinic. I left a message for the vet. I called again. That vet never called me back, ever. Thanks for letting my dog die unnecessarily. I'm sure it is just standard stuff, no issue. If you really want someone that is thorough, I would not be recommending this clinic. * it’s taken me 2 years to leave my review. That’s how long it’s taken me to get over your mistake.

Fantastic experience: In the middle of a residential area, this is not the place you'd expect to find an animal hospital like this, but this one is the best, forget the rest! The staff is super friendly and there's good on-street parking available. Highly recommended.
