Good morning, Mr Thirdz Gamer, a pity you gave us no opportunity to have any meaningful conversation with you when you suddenly opened our front door yesterday and said “Can I use your toilet”. No hello, no please. It was all very quick indeed. You aren’t a patient of our practice, but a stranger opening our door with no appointment so all very confusing as you were wearing a high vis jacket and work boots and carrying a long pole. What you probably didn’t realise is that I was speaking on the phone and using ear buds in my ears. I didn’t have the chance to point you in the direction of the public toilets next door as you left very quickly. We are a health care provider and see Organ transplant recipients and chemotherapy patients. Therefore, we don’t open our bathroom to non patients due to risk of infection to them. To search us out and to go completely over the top online and demand someone dismisses an employee, and accuse anyone of racism is pretty unfounded with no interaction or comments of a racial nature. What I said was “no, sorry, you can’t….. “…The person you point out and demand to be sacked on Google, is actually very visibly mixed race person, and not at all racist, … it is me!. I am also one of the practice partners. We speak 8 languages at our practice and have a fully multicultural staff. I have spent 20 years working in refugee camps around the world and ten years working in Africa caring for children. We treat patients who have very diverse ethnic backgrounds from all over Australia and pride ourselves on being open to all - very genuinely. Patient welfare is incredibly vital to our practice.So it is pretty unfair to demand that anyone be sacked in what was a few seconds interaction ,and with you standing quite a distance from us, at our entrance doorway. You left our private premises really quickly, without us having a chance to offer to help and direct you to a public toilet. Please think a moment before you claim racism from a five second interaction at a busy clinic. We are sorry you misinterpreted what happened. We hope you have a better day today. :)

Hi Laura, we enjoy seeing the three kids and being their dentist and sleep advisors! The main thing is that you all get decent quality sleep. As parents ourselves of kids aged between 40, down to 20, we know how vital accommodating children are and how much stress is involved attending appointments with everyone in tow.
