Fantastic experience: One of most positive experiences with a dentist that I have had in a long time. I had one filling done and I am quite scared of needles so I asked to try it without one the dentist okay with that and checked in on how I was going all throughout the appointment to make sure it's wasn't to much.

Fantastic experience: **Absolutely outstanding experience!** I called on a Wednesday needing an emergency appointment for a severely decayed tooth that was causing me significant pain. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in with Dr. Richard that Friday. While I wasn’t able to have the treatment done immediately, they scheduled me in for the following Wednesday. I needed a root canal and was extremely anxious about the procedure—I'm not great with dental work! But Dr. Richard was amazing. He was calm, compassionate, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease before proceeding. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better dentist. Fantastic experience: Dr Sanjay outlined clearly all options available to me when I decided to have implant surgery. The top included sinus lift surgery followed months later with the implants including Zygomatic implants.The bottom surgery, to have extraction implants and walk out the door on the same day with a full set of teeth and a beaming smile was simply amazing.What really stood out was the exceptional attention to detail displayed by Dr Sanjay and patient follow up ensured i was well informed and comfortable every step of the way.A special thanks to Nesbit, the prosthetist for his incredible care, understanding and outstanding work. Also to Kylie and the reception team for their excellent follow up calls which ensured i felt supported. Fantastic experience: Initially saw Dr Sanjay for my son's teeth checkup, he was very professional and kind , gave us a very comprehensive explanation of his teeth alignment and growth along with check ups needed down the line, then we saw Dr Rutaba who was a very lovely dentist and my son had no issues with the scaling and imaging, all done to perfection. all dental hygienists are well trained and have a good attitude to them which was definitely welcoming so were the receptionists. A very well set up dental clinic by the sea with views !

Fantastic experience: This is the first dental experience where I felt I was the priority. The receptionists were welcoming and accommodating even though we were a few minutes late. (I rang ahead to let them know.) I was a little apprehensive as I had jaw issues but was assured it wouldn't be a problem. Dr Rutaba was friendly and professional. Explaining everything and also assuring me that I could come back at a later date to complete the appointment. I also felt comfortable on the chair with the assistance of a neck pillow and Poppy was a great assistant. My wife and I have both recently required emergency procedures and been seen within 24 hours. Dr Sandhu performed a difficult extraction on myself with great skill at short notice and no pain! My wife prefers to see female practitioners so was thrilled to see Dr Rutaba at short notice whom she said was gentle and caring. Many great things to say about this practice. Price is also very competitive with another practice I have used. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The best clinic I have ever seen with all the latest 3d technology X-ray systems that I never thought existed. I have to rate this place as the best and most efficient friendly service for everyone that needs a dentist for any reason and I have been to numerous dentists in my time. Was operated on for four and a half hours getting 7 implants for a whole set of new top teeth. Bottom teeth get done this month. Absolutely no pain and these people worked together like a perfect well oiled machine. I only experienced slight throbbing in the face with no other complications it seems at all, no swelling or bruising or bleeding so couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I am now a changed man booming in confidence to smile all the time after so many years of hiding my mouth. Shree Dental and Implant Centre you made me a new man.

Fantastic experience: I started on a journey back in November 2022, my first visit to Shree dental was with some trepidation as I had never been to a dentist in 58 years and from this first visit which I had a couple of troublesome teeth extracted by Dr Hunar my worries were put to rest. I had made a decision earlier on that I would look at the possibility of getting a smile makeover so a consultation with Dr Sanjay was made and the implant journey was started. The whole process has taken some time with me, not everyone has a good run and of course it had to be me but in saying that the care, compassion and commitment to perfection is second to none from start to finish, the follow up call the next day after an appointment to check that you are all ok was never missed. The after hours calls from Dr Sanjay and the ability to be able to call him if there was a need was much appreciated. So finally in writing this I would sincerely like to say a massive thank you Dr Sanjay, Dr Hunar, all the nurses, you know who you are thank you, Kylie, Chloe and Meena at reception thankyou. Dr Richard in particular impressed me with the way that he was constantly informing me what he was doing and taking the time to explain in a way that I understood where things were at and what needed attention in the future. I said to Dr Richard that going to dentist is never an “enjoyable” experience. However, his manner made it less unpleasant. I also told him that I have trouble with phlegm building up in the back of my throat and have a contact partially blocked nose due to hay fever. And that during dental work I sometimes find it a bit hard to breathe. He accommodated me by allowing for frequent breaks and asking how I was going. I REALLY appreciated this. I can’t recommend Shree Dental & Implant Centre enough!!!!!

Negative experience: Had a filling come loose and requested a priority consult. Got left waiting 8 days for an appointment. They called me 1.5 hours before said appointment (as per the confirmation text) and told me I was late. They then wouldn't do the full treatment because I "had run late" Pearly Whites around the corner had me in for an appointment less than an hour later. I should have ditched these guys the moment they told me to wait 8 days.

Fantastic experience: My journey so far.its been around 5 weeks since my dental plan has started. I was apprehensive at the beginning even a little scared,but the dentist the dentist assistant and the up front staff were so caring it settled me.i was in the dentist chair for over four hours, the dentist and his assistant along with the Christmas music relaxed. Every visit my treatment ,what was expected from me . Was talked through . After every visit I received a call from either from my dentist or member of staff to see how I was. I now have my first temporary plate in my top jaw and looks great. I have some of my confidence back and the start of a great smile. If your out looking to have implants in I recommend sherry dental be your first port a call . I am so so glad I did

Negative experience: One fillling costed me $588. I asked them not to do thr X-ray cos I have full mouth Xray record from other dentist and they can ask for that. But they still push me to do it otherwise they will not do the filling. Service is bad. Wont come back again.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my first visits to Shree Dental for a check up and hygiene service. I am impressed with the level of technology they have and the service provision. I learnt so much from the explanations provided. The methods of plaque removal, sampling and assessment of the oral biome, and the response to what was found, was at another level when compared with my experiences of the past.
