Fantastic experience: Dr Allison and her team are professional and are equally capable both with my little boy (3) and myself. My son is a bit wild and hasn't yet sat still, but the team make him at ease, and I know it's just a matter of time before he is comfortable. Their approach of getting my son familiar first, is very reassuring that they have the long game in mind, are flexible and truly care about the individual first and foremost. What could be a stressful event for a young boy and his family, is not, rather it's calm and I have full confidence in the team and their approach. Very lucky to have stumbled upon this practice and I'm looking forward to heading back every 6 months. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Ideal Dental for a few years, and I have never been disappointed. Dr Vincent Lau has been awesome, he always does a thorough job to keep my teeth looking great and answers my questions. The reception team does a great job with communications, reminders and bookings. You also get a special soft bristle toothbrush after each visit which cleans well and is gentle on the gums. The only downside is the popularity! Sometimes it is hard to find another appointment, even 6 months in advance. But it goes to show the excellent service that is provided.

Fantastic experience: I love it , it is so fun everyone is so gentle and kind and wile you wait you get to play Nintendo Wii a game so fun and if your a kid you get a prize after and you get a photo so they can remember you Chontelle and Renee are the reception people they are so so so so sos nice and fun I really recommend coming here

Fantastic experience: Myself and my two kids have been attending for several years. Both Alison and Vincent are great with small children. My kids have never been scared of the dentist thanks to their calm and gentle touch. Very reasonable pricing, and Vincent fixed a lot of bad work I had done at another practice when all my fillings began to crack and fall out. With regular checks and cleaning since then, I've never needed more work.

I’m always very anxious but Dr. Alison is super friendly and easy going, she always explains exactly what she’s doing and why. When I was a wee lad i would receive prizes but i am not a wee lad anymore :'( Anyways I really enjoy visiting except when I had a cavity because after I got it filled I was scared by my next visit I would have more and dissapoint Vincent. But it's okay because I dissapoint him anyways because I dont floss.
