They were thorough and picked up on issues that our previous dentist had missed, explained everything very well. Really happy with the service we’ll definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: From 30 minutes appointment dr only checked 10 minutes. Appointment was for clean and check up for kids $125 . And charges 227$ just for check up and X-ray ,no cleaning done. Dr mentioned no time time to do filling for teeth need another 2 appointment. I walked out with the feeling waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Abouzeid is obviously a very skilled Dental Surgeon. She was very thorough and worked with great precision, paying attention to every little detail, while also ensuring that I was comfortable at all times. She explained the multiple procedures every step of the way, and it was important to her that I was 100% happy with my smile when her work was finished. And I certainly was 100% happy. I was delighted. And equally important for me was her "bedside manner". She's very friendly, caring, sincere, and even comforting. I would give her a rating of 10 stars if I could and I highly recommend her.

Negative experience: I am not happy with this clinic. I booked an appointment for my mum in the late afternoon, however due to traffic, she was worried she would be late. So she called the clinic to reschedule before her appointment time. However, they charged her $50 cancellation fee!!!!! There is no policy online saying anything about cancellation fee!!!! I am extremely not happy with this clinic!!!!

Fantastic experience: i normally wouldnt go to a shopping center for dental needs. but im glad to report that my experience at pacific smile Werribee, is very pleasant. from the receptionist to the dentist, people are actually nice there. and the clinic is clean too. ps. i went to see Dr Charan Grewal. will be back seeing her again, in 6months.

Negative experience: One place I will not go back too. They are a complete rip off. Well and truly over priced for the work that they do. Almost $1800 for a root canal what a flying joke this place is. Go to another dentist to get your dental work done.

Negative experience: My husband has tooth ache so he booked the appointment for evening after finishing work however he was not able to make on time as his train service was cancelled on the given time so we called to request to reschedule appointment for other day as he cannot make at 5.30 , the centre manager Amita Gupta so rude she said she will charge 50$ cancellation fee as it was short notice and they would hv seen other patients in that time. When my husband how they wil charge 50$ she answered with next appointment, when he said he doesn’t want to pay cancellation fee then he was told not to book any further appointments. I have been here regularly in last two years , no one spoke to us like this ever. Even when I asked to speak to anyone else who can help on this she said she is the centre head . Such a waste of time for us. Pathetic customer service from the reception. Because of her our family won’t be using the pacific Werribee dental services any longer. Such a shame!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Charan Grewal just this morning, and I HAD to leave a review straight away! Not only was she warm and friendly, but she provided so much more information to me than other dentists have in the past. On top of that, I have a tiny gap on my bottom middle teeth, and I've only ever had one dentist YEARS ago clean that area properly, and when I've asked other dentists if they could do it, they said that it was impossible to get such a small gap and be so thorough which I found was odd, so of course it's never been done properly. My first appointment today with Dr Charan Grewal, she cleaned it thoroughly without me even requesting it, so when I got home and looked in the mirror I was SO happy!! It seems like such a small thing but I get so self-conscious about it and felt pretty let down when another dentist had said it was impossible to do when it had been done before. I'm very grateful - thank you so much!! I'll definitely be booking my appointments with her from now on :)

Negative experience: My rating is based on lack of transparency with regards to costs, and while I admit on my part I should’ve asked for the breakdown beforehand, as someone who works in private radiology, even these prices shocked me; the costs of 2 x-rays totalled about thrice the cost of the emergency consultation. I wish I had asked for a referral as they could’ve been bulk billed at any other radiology clinic, but we needed answers due to acute pain. My sibling who was the attendee was only advised of the consultation price. I’m a regular at the Point Cook clinic and the dentists and staff there are always polite and transparent with the costs, even without me asking. I’d hoped for the same at the Werribee clinic but am very disappointed. Today felt like we were taken advantaged of, and on a public holiday no less.

Negative experience: I had some unprofessional experience at Pacific smile werribee. The doctor started to grind the teeth to do a cavity filling . The kid got scared, and stopped the doctor. 2nd attempt, the kid accidentally touched the doctor's hand to stop her. They stopped to work on my 6 year old kids teeth by saying it is too dangerous. The kid even calmed himself down and was asking to finish the job they have started but doctor refused again as they have to see the next patient as my kid had almost taken his appointment time. That's why they didn't continued and kept refusing and asked to go to especialist. They didn't compromise on their safety and left my kids job unfinished imposing more risk to 6 year old boy. They didn't listen to my requests just because they want to attend another customer. The appointment time was not even over and they stopped. Easy way to make money Doctor should be a little professional and rather getting the grinding done in one long sequence she should have done it in sections so the kid mouth can relax too.

Negative experience: I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at the clinic. While I greatly appreciated my previous treatments at Pacific Smiles in Sydney under Dr. Michael, I was disappointed with the level of care I received in Werribee. During my treatment with Dr. Amandeep, I found her approach to be quite rough, and I experienced discomfort that I had to push her hand and said to her that it's hurting. Unfortunately, there was a lack of sensitivity and communication during the procedure, as I was not asked whether I was in pain or feeling sensitive at any point. This made the experience uncomfortable for me. Additionally, when I inquired about another concern, I was told that there was no time for further treatment and no time for that. I felt that she is in a hurry. She mentioned about the infection of my previous root canal but she is hesitant to give me antibiotics initially, so I want to know why she can't if it is infected to her diagnosis. I value the quality care I previously received at Pacific Smiles and hope that this feedback will contribute to improvements in patient experience in the future. Negative experience: I've been going here for years and Dr Grewal is great, although my most recent experience with this clinic has pissed me right off. Got an impression for a mouth guard done back in May. They called me a week later saying it was ready and told me to come in to check it. I came in and it was not in fact ready, i.e., it was incredibly thick that I couldn't talk, and the product was still rough and sharp that it scratched my mouth. The dentist made some amendments and said she'd get someone to finish it off (assuming polish it off making it ready for use). Didn't get a chance to call them back until August, where I spoke to different people who said they'd check where the mouth guard is. Getting no answer I called again at the end of the day and the person I spoke with had to allegedly call their Manager. 10 minutes later they called back and said they didn't have enough time in the day to check the lab but there will be an extra nurse roaming around tomorrow who will look for it and call. I don't care how busy you are, if you're going to say you'll do something then do it, or call me up and say you can't do it. Don't make me wait until the end of the day to chase you up.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist, communication is clear and easy to understand. Billing is clearly communicated throughout appointment, so there are no surprises. The dentist is also fantastic at calming nerves!

Negative experience: The receptionist called me Saturday at 4pm to change my appointment to Sunday....I already had an appointment on Monday. I agreed to change my appointment to 11am on Sunday. They don't open till 10am on Sunday and I needed to cancel my appointment. I called and left a voicemail Sunday Morning at 9:30am to reschedule. No one called me back about my appointment, so I called at 10:10am and I said I'd left a voicemail that I needed to cancel my appointment. To which the reception tells me I need to pay $50 cancellation fee! I explained to her that she called me yesterday to change my appointment from Monday to the Sunday. To which she tells me I just offered you the appointment on Sunday you didn't have to take it. Extremely rude receptionist! I was getting an implant completed and now they have lost out on my custom and around $2500 because of a rude receptionist. I have used Pacific Smiles in NSW and they were fabulous. Shame the same standard isn't spread across the franchise.

Negative experience: Took my boy for his dental assessment today. Not happy with the experience. Two staff members were present in the room, out of which one staff member was browsing video on the computer. The other staff only looked my boys teeth for a minute and said he was fine. Not happy with service. If you pay for full assessment then you would expect from them to properly assess all the teeth. We recently moved to the area and i never had this type of bad experience with dentists. I am never visiting them again. On brighter side, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hence the reason why i would give them two stars.

Negative experience: First of all online booking is scrap . Had booked an appointment and on reaching the clinic receptionist told that the Dr is not available for the day. The receptionist informed that she can check with another Dr but need to wait for 30 -45min . So when I asked her that is it because the Dr was not available that I need to wait and she answered that I was 5 min late and hence can’t book me in . I clearly told that there is a parking issue in Werribee pacific and hence was late for 5 min Never going to this center again as I did cancel my client meeting for this appointment.

Negative experience: Absolutely rude and disrespectful service. My appointment got cancelled without informing me because my confirmation text went through slightly later than they wanted. Even though there is no cut off for a reply on the confirmation text and refused to give me back my appointment even though I watched all the staff having a chat including the dentist and had the nerve to tell me they were too busy for me when there was no one waiting and online was clear there was appointments available.

Negative experience: Took my daughter to have 2 small cavities filled in Feb 2023. By November both fillings had fallen out. I sent an online enquiry asking to discuss as I felt that both fillings failing in such a short time indicated that substandard work had been done initally, and they didn't respond. Dissapointing as they are convenient to get to but we won't be using them again.

Fantastic experience: We originally had been quoted to have his filling done under general anaesthetic through private hospital as he was too "young" to have the procedure done in the chair for $3k. We had our initial visit with Dr Kaur at Pacific smiles Werribee where my son's situation was assessed (cavity). Dr Kaur stated that the procedure was possible in the chair but my son would have to cooperate at his young age. My 2 year old son came back for a second visit 3 weeks later and had a filling completed by Dr A Kaur and I am very pleased with the outcome. Dr Kaur is very child friendly, explaining every procedure using simple words for my son to understand. She was very confident in her work and I am so thankful to her as she saved us $3k doing this under GA privately in hospital. I would highly recommend Dr Kaur at Pacific smiles werribee. We will be back soon for another check up. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Lady dentist was very skilled and decided to book in the subsequent appointment with her after two weeks. In the morning of the date of appointment, I got a phone call from the clinic asking if we can come in earlier than our scheduled appointment as there was a vacancy. Grabbing the opportunity, I have made rearrangements on my schedule and we arrived prior to our new appointment time, only to be waiting and be entertained way after our original appointment schedule. So disappointed with this given that we have a very hectic schedule and rearrangements were made for us to come in earlier.

Fantastic experience: I had visited Pacific Smiles dental for a regular checkup and cleaning. I am quite impressed by their service. Dr. Anooshree Katwe gave me excellent advice on how to keep my gums and teeth healthy, and how to reduce the chances of getting stains. I have been following her advice and am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Pacific Smiles. This is now my regular dentist place

Fantastic experience: I got an awesome dentist. She was very clear and simple with explaining things.

Negative experience: I had my first ever tooth extraction in this clinic, yet I had a bad experience. Firstly, the lady dentist did an x-ray on my mouth and during that time she was rushing very unprofessionally to put the x-ray thing on my mouth even if I said that it was very painful as it was sharp yet she was very impatient and pushy. I had developed an injury because of it. During the extraction process, I felt discomfort and had 3 anesthesia needle injections, we paid around $446, which did not included the surcharge. I think its definitely more expensive than the other clinics that we've been too. After the dentist extracted my tooth, I felt pain in my tooth area and my mouth was swollen and couldn't speak properly for 4 days following the extraction. Definitely will go somewhere else as more complex procedures could be a far worse experience.

Fantastic experience: Atmosphere of the clinic was pleasant and calming, with a friendly and professional staff. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were top-notch, which further added to my confidence in the practice.

Negative experience: My father Krishan had appointment with dr Aman yesterday, we were very surprised with her way of treating and examining the tooth conditions , she didn’t checked any cavities, tooth condition or took any X-rays , her focus was to just quickly do clean ,which she hardly did in 10 mts ,and while doing treatment she hurted him couple of times ,during treatments dentist should consider age , courtesy and good care which was totally ignored. It was worse experience for my father and he was completely disappointed , hurted with such kind of treatment and behaviour provided by pacfic weribee dental clinic .

Fantastic experience: Very happy with all my visits here and Dr Kaur is amazing! I've had two wisdom teeth extractions here and a few check ups and cleans and have only had positive experiences. It was efficient, clean and very organised. Dr Kaur was also very easy to talk and guided me through everything very clearly. Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you're also on Medibank as it's the preferred provider so they cover more out of your health insurance.
