Fantastic experience: A lovely ambience at this clinic, with two waiting areas (one quieter), lounges, ample seating. Staff are very welcoming, cheerful, efficient. I looked around and went to several other dental surgeries with no confidence in them as i was so nervous knowing that i had to have major dental work done to my mouth and not knowing where to go and who to trust, after meeting Alison at the desk and my first appointment with John i knew i had come to the right place, to say they were amazing is an understatement and my anxiety ceased to exist, Since the procedure and follow up appointments i have always felt good going there, the team at Ambience are second to none in my opinion I have recommended John to family and friends with positive results and will continue to do so

Positive experience: My hygienist Phoenix is the best one I have in Illawarra. She won’t force us to do x Ray and just clean our teeth. The practice price is a bit expensive. Otherwise service is good.

I am still in shock that the team at Ambience were able to get our daughter in to an emergency appointment within the hour and that she has walked out looking like the accident never happened. The team, Dr Saad, everyone we dealt with was so empathetic and kind, talking her through every step of the process until the moment she walked out. The result - we cannot even tell which tooth was damaged, and have a young girl who has bounced back to her confident self and feels like smiling again. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be stressful, but John Capp has a very calming manner and manages to distract you as he chats about building a retaining wall or surfing. It helps that I have total confidence in his knowledge and ability, having had two root canal therapy treatments with him. I recommend him to everyone.
