Fantastic experience: Our family have had a very positive experience here with Dr Marie Tong and Dr Kasey Qiu. My 10 year old had to have two teeth extracted and a filling. Dr Kasey had him for his initial appointment (first visit to Normanhurst Dental) and was great at explaining everything to him and my husband (and answered all my follow-up questions the next day). Dr Marie performed the extractions. My son was feeling anxious but she put him at ease with her calm, caring and cheerful manner. Highly recommended.

Due to my own sensitivity, I felt tense during the cleaning and filling because of the sound of the machine inside my tooth. Getting my teeth straightened again after having braces when i was younger was a scary thought but the staff here made the process simple, painless and affordable. Negative experience: I found Kasey to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful by asking me at least three times what happened, because I was wearing a hand splint . I’m pretty sure I was there for a teeth clean and checkup, not a medical. He needs to learn some manners and social etiquette.

Positive experience: The area is nice and clean, the room was tidy and everything was at where it’s supposed to be at. The staffs are nice and friendly. I had my tooth pulled out there, and since there was an infection in my tooth, the pain couldn’t be completely numbed, it hurts a lot so I started crying, the staff tried their best to calm me down and tried to reduce the pain as much as they could by comforting me and telling me that everything is going to be fine. They were patient with me even though I was crying a lot.
