Fantastic experience: I had a very complicated infected wisdom tooth that many dentists refused to treat, but Dr. Alex and his assistant Loredana managed it perfectly. They were kind, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a good experience with Dr. david. I’m from the Netherlands & i’m in Australia on a WHV. When my wisdom tooth hurt I knew straightaway it was not good & I had the feeling it needed to be removed. I was in a lot of pain because it got infected. Online i found fortitude valley dentist. I called them & they immediately made time for me, I could see a dentist the same day. All the receptionists were very sweet & helpful with answering all my questions. Dr David & his assistant made me feel so comfortable throughout the procedure. Giving me all the information i needed at that moment & making sure throughout the XRAY that he was not gonna damage any nerves. The procedure was quick & I didn’t experience any pain during it. It’s been 24 hours ago & luckily I’m not in a lot of pain. Dr. David really knew what he was doing & I would 100% recommend him. I’m very relieved & thankful!

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this practice for Invisilign treatment. It took over 4 weeks from my initial consultation just to receive my treatment plan. After deciding to proceed, I was left waiting again for the contract and payment details, despite calling multiple times. The lack of communication and follow up was very frustrating and the process a waste of time for both sides. The fact that the orthodontist works only once per week adds more to the delay. In the end, I decided to go elsewhere and received everything I needed within a week. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone looking for a smooth and timely process.

Negative experience: We have got a high recommendation from our friend, plus an excellent Google review. We met Doctor David on 01 Nov 23 to discuss our son's k9 baby teeth issue and whether he will need surgery or not. Doctor David and the front desk promised to get back with whether they will do the operation for our son on Friday 03 Nov 23, including the quotation (if they are going to do the surgery for our son). We called them on Friday afternoon to follow up but the receptionist didn't know our case. She promised to call us back, but no contact from them on that day. We called them again on 09, 10, and 13 Nov 23. Every time, they promise to update us but no such communication from them at all. We just have to wait and wait. Communication is vital for business and this practice absolutely fails this. We just don't get why it is so difficult for them to just tell us if they will accept our son's case or not. I know this review is only one bad review for them. However, I hope they will take this review seriously and improve the way they communicate with customers.

Negative experience: Clean and dentist/staff are nice but the way my case has ended make me so frustrated and It cost me a lot of money. I came there for a broken tooth and I got pain the day later, David have tried to find a solution during weeks without any solution except root treatment canal. I moved to Sydney because of work so I m now in Sydney with root treatment who need to be done and it cost very expansive for me. I didn’t have any pain in my nerf before my appt in this office. (foreigner no Medicare) disappointed because I choose this dentist from reviews.

Fantastic experience: I recently attend Fortitude Valley Dentist on holidays in Brisbane (not exactly the place you want to be on holidays!). The online booking process was quick and easy. Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised at the modern, clean fit out and offered bottled water, tea and coffee whilst waiting. The dentist was right on time for the appointment (which never happens!) and was very friendly and helpful. He promptly fixed my filling and assisted with all questions & concerns I had. The process was simple and so easy. I received a check in phone call a few days later from the lovely receptionist. 10/10 recommend this dentist and have told all my friends and family in the Brisbane area. Fantastic experience: The BEST of the BEST! I only had two consults - 1 in person and 1 via the phone and Dr David was so willing to help with any questions I had and completely guided me through the process that I was starting with my smile transformation. I am not local and am 100% willing to travel to these guys simply due to their amazing service and kind faces. I am so scared of dental clinics and was made to feel so safe and at ease. 100% recommend. Can’t wait to finish out my smile journey with this team!
