Fantastic experience: Needed urgent dental care and was seen same day and treatment completed. As someone who is anxious about the dentist I was made to feel at ease, the dentist was kind and efficient and the price was great!

Fantastic experience: Great experience

Negative experience: Went there for a cleaning and decided to get a filling done by dr Cathy Zeng. The filling was still sensitive after a month (approaching two months) and she seemed rushed and trying to ignore answering my questions after the procedure. Went back to the other clinic for a check up and they ended up redid the filling. Her assistant and everyone at reception seemed nice tho. Ps I didn’t use the real name for privacy purposes, please don’t try to avoid the responsibility.

Fantastic experience: I took my 3 young children there and they were so patient. They still provided great service even though it was a bit chaotic with all 3 kids. Also I was provided great guidance on utilising my health care benefits.

Negative experience: I spent many years or so as a patient at Gardens Dental. I really enjoyed the place. That changed when I met Dr Cathy. She looked over my charts, had a look in my mouth, laid out a couple of options. We talked a little and I asked her if she were in my position what would she do. Her reply? "Well, if they were my teeth, I would shoot myself in the head." Lets out laugh then says " Yup, I would shoot myself in the head". Unprofessional behavior and cruel lady

Fantastic experience: My husband had an extraction from Dr.Ash. He is very professional & caring. He took extremely care to perform his job. Dr Ash also cleaned up my husband’s other teeth which holds partial denture in place. After the extraction, Dr Alice also gave my husband advice how to take care of the wound afterwards, for my husband is quite anxiety about getting his tooth pulled out. Definitely go back to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I normally get a check up and clean once a year, twice if I remember, but I haven't been loyal to any clinic - I just book whichever place with the earliest available slot free. I'm the type that only goes to a dentist if something is wrong or it's the standard check up as I find the whole experience quite uncomfortable. Due to covid lockdown I hadn't had any dental treatment for almost two years. I recently moved to the area and I picked this clinic from a list on google. I am so happy they fit me in because Alice is the best dentist I've ever had. She is professional and genuine, and has a calming demeanour to her. I didn't feel like I was getting rushed out and she took the time to explain what she was doing and what would come next. I am going to make garden dental my family clinic. I'm thrilled to have found someone I feel comfortable with, and I will be taking my baby as soon as her first tooth erupts to built that positive relationship. He made sure he explained everything that he doing and it only took 15 to 20 minutes to remove the tooth. I highly recommend him and his professionalism.

Negative experience: I called yesterday(19/2/21) too make the earliest available appointment and was told the earliest I could be fitted in would be the 3/3/21 ,I found that hard to believe, I called another local dentist with awesome reviews and scheduled in for 22/2/21 Good luck trying to make an appointment until 3/3/21 guys.
