Negative experience: My dental appointment was pefect and I have no complaints there but I am rating two stars due to loud noises coming from outside of treatment room. This made my visist not as pleasant as could be and I hope this is addressed soon and I will update this review.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Manish for my Invisalign journey and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. He’s incredibly friendly, experienced, and always makes sure I understand the process every step of the way. He takes the time to answer all my questions and explain things clearly, which makes the whole experience much easier and more comfortable.

Positive experience: Had 2 teeth extraction recently. Dr sethi was amazing, he could tell i has scared and made me relaxed, he also kept checking to see how I was going during the whole procedure.

Negative experience: The Receptionist Dhara is so rude today I rang her and I was talking and she just put the phone down So unprofessional and rude. If she doesn’t have patience she shouldn’t be working and give the job to someone who actually needs it.and now I have been trying to call the clinic and she isn’t responding the phone just rings and I couldn’t leave voicemail either.

Fantastic experience: my housemate Christine has asked me to write this review as she is resting after getting seen by the wonderful Dr Ashu Gupta at Pacific Smiles Dental in Caroline springs, it was an emergency as her tooth was bleeding and I had to get her seen to. Today Dr Ashu rang Christine to ask her how she was, it was so nice to have that follow up after the procedure yesterday. Christine has given Dr Ashu and the staff a 5 star review. She is well on the mend Thank you. TOP NOTCH.

Positive experience: i had a good experience with them when I needed to get my fixed wire braces repaired — it was done perfectly. However, I’m giving them 3 out of 5 stars because they booked me in for a ‘6-month cleaning appointment’ that I never consented to. On top of that, I never even had a cleaning done with them. I’ve received multiple text messages reminding me about an appointment I never agreed to. I think it’s a bit odd your booking in appointments for people rather than giving them reminders, kinda feel it’s bit unprofessional.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience – wouldn’t recommend, this clinic at all. I paid $190 for a check-up, clean, and x-ray, but because I’m 8 months pregnant, they told me the x-ray and some clean up products wasn’t safe — yet still offered the X-ray if I was willing to risk my baby and told me it’s up to me . That was shocking and careless. I only received a basic clean and was told they’d “do more next time,” as if it’s easy to come every time and visits are affordable for everyone. I wasn’t even allowed to finish my medical form before they rushed me in, the previous appointment for my toddler they didn’t let me finish the form too it’s like they don’t care if we have any medical issues . I have been saving for this dental care for long time and now it’s gone without treatment. It’s sad how people making a living out of vulnerable people.I left feeling scammed and emotional. I want a refund. Please be cautious, especially if you’re pregnant or have health concerns.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment online for a filling and I had some other concerns. The process was easy and I filled out the online form to save time. All the staff are really nice from the reception desk to the assistant and doctor. I saw Dr. Al Janabi and she was one of the best. She was very communicative throughout the whole process which put me at ease. She took time to educate me which I appreciate because I want that level of detail and understanding. Thank you to the team!

Negative experience: Beware – Unprofessional and Overpriced Please be cautious if you're visiting this place for the first time. I was quoted $190 for a general cleaning and X-rays, but halfway through, the dentist told me I'd need to come back and pay an extra $122 to finish the job. Completely unprofessional and misleading. On top of that, the cleaning was poorly done — my gums are still bleeding and my teeth hurt, something I've never experienced with any other dentist. I’m looking into reporting this to consumer affairs. Save yourself the trouble and always ask for the full price upfront. I’ll never return and strongly advise others to be careful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jorge is one of the best dentist at Pacific smiles my whole family sees him. He removed my 5 year olds tooth in the best way and did a terrific job. My son was very pleased with his work and didn’t have a bad experience at all. I highly recommend him to you and your family

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Pacific Smiles Dental Caroline Springs. I searched for a new dentist and found this place via google review so saw Dr. Al-Janaby for the first time in April for a dental clean who was very welcoming and sweet. She and her assistant Ditti were very friendly and Dr. Al-Janaby was happy to answer many questions I had about cosmetic dentistry – tbh, they have really good/ reasonable prices too (I’ve been to many dentists to compare). She was not pushy, very realistic and honest about my treatment and I loved that even though we were discussing veneers etc. she was a strong advocater for natural teeth but of course still happy to explain different types of dental work and the costs involved. As I wasn’t happy with my bottom chipped/ uneven tooth, Dr. Al-Janaby kindly booked me into her busy schedule at the end of that week (one day before my overseas flight) for tooth bonding. She was so careful with the placement and frequently stopped throughout the procedure to ask how my tooth felt, how my bite was, and if I was happy with the look. She was so patient and really wanted me to be happy with my tooth. The place is clean, the receptionists/ staff are always so nice too and Dr. Al-Janaby is super lovely. Have definitely recommended this place to my family and friends, thank you for the wonderful service!

Fantastic experience: Professional and friendly staff

Negative experience: We used to visit this Dental clinic only because Dr. Manish Sethi is good with routine dental checkups and regular cleaning for myself and my kid. But this clinic's reception and coordination is so poor that they sent out a sms and voicemail at the last minute and auto rescheduled our pre-agreed, pre-booked and confirmed appointment from 12 pm to 1.30 pm after we had reached the clinic's reception and receptionist is not bothered about that. Not worth visiting this clinic again and no thanks for wasting our time. This clinic should not take regular customers for granted.

Negative experience: Very rough and did not detect my cracked tooth, told me it was my gums. I ended up going to another dentist in the area a few months later where they found my cracked tooth by then I needed a emergency root canal as the pain was severe.

Negative experience: Doctor Rialp and the assistant were extremely rough when handling me. The doctor kept shoving her fingers in my mouth, the assistant kept sucking my lip and tongue with the tube which felt unnecessary. As well as hitting my tonsils. Felt very uncomfortable, will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I took my child to the dentist for the very first time and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The dentist Jorge and dental nurse Nicole were very friendly and patient with my child, explaining each step of the process in a way that was easy for a child to understand. During the actual examination, the Jorge was gentle and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout the visit. Jorge also gave me valuable tips on how to care for my child's teeth at home, emphasizing the importance of regular brushing and flossing. Overall, the visit to the dentist was a positive one and I left feeling confident that my child's dental health was in good hands. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to other parents looking for a caring and child-friendly dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Pacific Smile Dental Caroline Springs for some years now for my regular checkup and cleaning. I've seen few different dentists there but recently I saw Dr. M Sethi. I am very pleased with his care. To me, he's very experienced and gave me the confidence to trust him. I had cleaning and did filling 2 teeth with Dr. Sethi. I highly recommend Dr. Sethi. The receptionists are always friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: A massive thanks to Dr Aisha Ali and the Dental Nurse at Pacific Smiles Caroline Springs for removing 4 teeth from our daughter today. They were both amazing. They were so caring and professional, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We didn't know what to expect, but they really done their best to put our daughters and our mind at ease. Negative experience: Good only for teeth cleaning, but no other expertise available. I had booked for teeth extraction with doctor Singh a month before and two hours before the surgery the receptionist called and said doctor can't extract the tooth as it is complicated for him and referred me to another doctor. It would have been great if they would have told me at the time of booking or else at least a week before the appointment, calling last moment is unprofessional. Sorry , but I am disappointed to say the least.

Negative experience: Very rude and unprofessional staff Today when I called to book an appointment staff member was putting me on hold multiple times like 4 times She was putting on hold middle of confirming the time and date for appointment . I thought she might have to check with dentils to book me in but it’s turn out to be not the case at all. Instead she was telling me I am asking too many question she got other customer to serve. (My call record shows total 14 mins including 4 times on hold) How rude unprofessional response from staff member on call. Poor customer service is next level. I decided not to book my appointment. Last time I visited when I went to pay staff member goes like surcharge on card pay but they don’t want me to pay cash because they don’t have change. They goes like it’s very small fees on surcharge. They asked me if I like to book an appointment for regular check up I told them no I will call if I needed. But in 6 months time they were sending multiple messages to confirm to book my appointment which I never book in first place. Then they called me to confirm my unknown appointment. My advise to pacific dental group please train your staff basic customer service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vanessa Rialp is amazing! I have seen her a few times over the years and she is always so careful. Never any pain caused even when giving anesthetic. Her caring approach easing my anxiety every time. Highly recommend!

She was thorough in her approach, explained me the issues elaborately and helped we sort my dental issue and also sharing a roadmap on how we can eliminate it from happening again. Fantastic experience: Dr. Manish Sethi, is an amazing dentist. He makes you feel very comfortable before the procedure. I’ve had a couple of procedures done by him, and each time the experience has been really smooth. I can’t recommend him enough.

Negative experience: I came here for a filling on a broken tooth and was charged an absurd amount of money. I also left with a quote for 2 grand to have another tooth fixed that had been causing me no trouble. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and pacific smiles had told me the wrong tooth and no work actually needed to be done on any of my teeth. I left pacific smiles in a lot of pain and felt like I was being exploited for money. The dentist I saw at pacific smiles asked his assistant what her name was 3 times during the appointment and discussed his weekend drinking plans. Will never come back.

Negative experience: Super overpriced and told me I needed 3 fillings when I only needed 1, and 4 fisher seals when I had fillings already in those teeth. I was going to get charged $1250 for this. I went watervale dental and saw a dentist my family has been going to for years and she charged me $220 for 1 filling and said there was no way in hell I need 3 fillings as my teeth were perfect. DO NOT GO HERE as they want to mess up your teeth and don’t care about you, they just want the money.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jorge is the best dentist in town, hands down. I have seen my fair share of dentists and Dr Jorge is the only one who really took time to listen to my dental history with interest, give me a range of options explaining the pros and cons of each, and work within my budget - with no pressure to decide right there and then. I felt very at ease and would highly recommend him for all the work I had done: cleans, fillings and and veneer implants (which by the way were absolutely worth every penny). I am now able to smile confidently for the first time in 15 years!

Fantastic experience: I had always been scared of dentists, specially in Australia - considering their costs. Due to the excruciating pain in my Wisdom tooth I ended up booking an appointment with Dr. SARA. To my surprise my dental experience went thoroughly pleasant. As the doctor was extremely caring and nice. I had my Wisdom tooth out in less than 30 minutes. With a simple and pain free procedure. Above all it wasn’t as pricey as it can be with dentals.

Negative experience: First time client and had the worst experience ever. Had my tooth pulled out and the tooth broke and some was left inside, the dentist tried pulling it out for over an hour to only tell me she is too tired to continue and tells me to book another appointment to get the rest out. I am in so much pain I am traumatised and I would not recommend this place to anyone

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Hala by my daughter who was also seeing her. My daughter knew that I have issues with going to the dentist. When visiting Dr Hala, I explained my issue, she listened and was absolutely understanding, wonderful and patient in dealing with it, no rushing and very caring. Dr Hala was much more than I had expected, I have since see her 2 times for different things and will continue going in the future, I am a much happier person. Thank you Dr Hala Al-Janaby

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hala Al- Janaby, she is incredibly talented. Wonderful service, full of patience. Today we went for cavity filling for my 7 years daughter with special need. The way Dr. Hala and Nurse Shohreh manage to do the procedure was beyond our expectations. The way they both were engaging and diverting my child was very impressive. We were not expecting it that easy but Doctor is incredible.A very big thank you to both for doing a wonderful job. Even my child is more than happy and keep saying “i like new dentist “ It’s really hard to find child friendly doctors, who should be patient with kids, as we had some bad experience in past, but we feel lucky to find Dr. Hala Great job guys and thumbs up, I will definitely recommend pacific Smiles to everyone

Negative experience: I would like to give 0 star if i can, Bad service, I have been there 7 times and 4 times have had to wait an hour following my appointment time. Today I called to cancel all of my appointments, and after the staff had taken my details to cancel the appointments, they did not ask any questions, they just hung the phone up. that so rude!!!

Negative experience: Not so great ..... given a dental voucher and well was unable to use it due to some issues, later it was extended + approved to be used, their reception checked it for approval then call me to say ok come in for a tooth extraction, When l arrived they said no you cannot use your voucher as the receptionist failed to record she rang the GOV DENTAL OFFICE for extended approval and you do not have a letter but she called DENTAL GOV and my voucher was oked by DENTAL GOV. They said pay full amount and claim nothing. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL INDEED !!!

Negative experience: My experience with one of their Doctor was terrible.. She made the filling too high which caused a severe pain.. this mistake cause me going through root canal treatment :( When I returned to the clinic she told sorry I tried my best and there are possible complications! Please avoid them if you can.
