Negative experience: If I could leave negative stars would. What started off as nice visit with my partner, they then asked if I wanted to give my son a quick check up whilst I was there. I said ok. At first it was ok, then he got uncomfortable and started crying which seemed to flip some kind of switch with the dentist. She then proceeded to constantly say to him “stop crying”, “no more crying you’re giving me a headache” and roughly forcing his mouth to stay open with some plastic thing, only traumatising him more. Think twice before taking your child here, trying to find somewhere for his next checkup will be fantastic as he now seems completely traumatised and terrified of dentists.

Positive experience: Dr. Masoumeh looks professional and knowledgeable. The dentist assistant was also professional and quick. I had some issues with the filling tasks during the following days of their services, and they tried to fix them. Dental stuff is expensive in Australia, so I can’t complain about the price. In general, I really recommend to compare the price of the services and consider the real experiences (some dental issues might happen days after you receive the service).

Her team were calm, professional and informative so I knew before I made the appointment how much it would all cost. She did a great job and ended up fixed a few more chips and holes over time. She is excellent dentist, she has fixed a few of my teeth. She knows what she is doing at maintaining your teeth and gums and gives very good advice on how to maintain your dental hygiene.
