Fantastic experience: My children were first introduced to the vivid team when they were in childcare. We have since been going there and they are now in high school. The kids were made to feel safe and comfortable and the treating dentist at the time kept them informed throughout. The whole team are passionate, professional and easy to get along with. They guided me through issues that were identified and all 3 kids and referred them on promptly to the orthodontist ( whom I am also very happy with). Our whole family see the beautiful team for all our dental needs and will be doing so for many more years to come. Thank you to Caroline and the whole vivid team for being so “Awesome” !

I arrived teary, overwhelmed, in pain and thinking I was going to have to cancel my holiday as I knew I had an infected tooth. Dr Caroline was amazing. she went over and above for me - a complete stranger. I left Vivid that day with a plan of action, follow up appointments booked and completely pain free. Fantastic experience: I personally do not like to go to dentists and have really bad anxiety. I took my two kids here because i dont want them to be like me and suffer through toothaches because of my fear. Todays experience was so special!! Dr Leong was gentle, kind and extremely patient and made it such a great experience - i really wish i had this as a kid! She read a book, had Henry the dinosaur a d explained everything thoroughly and let my girls set the pace. Thank you so much Dr Leong, i have booked myself in for the first time in 5 years although im extremely nervous i feel really confident I'll be in caring hands. Thank you again! Edit: i jst wanted to add how i am currently going through a treatment plan and just how excellent Dr Andy Lam and Nurse Reshma have been with me, the care patience and overall experience is stellar!! They let me listen to my own music to calm me down and gave me a stress toy which i was super embarrassed about using at first but has gotten me through 2 fillings so far lol.. Also the front counter staff are so lovely and welcoming. I highly recommend ths dental practice!! Thank you very much
