Negative experience: Don’t waste your time or money!!! I trusted these reviews and chosen Dr Doreen for a peace of mind however this was the biggest regret I had. After spending more than $10K on my teeth i wish i had never touched them from the beginning. I was mislead to thinking i was getting the perfect smile. I have lost 2 healthy teeth due to treatment and have been complaining about jaw pain which she kept referring me to go and see a dentist for this. Absolutely unprofessional. You are promised 2 years of aftercare which is a complete lie, they will only give you 2 post check ups (1 a year). Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Very poor service, Dr Doreen just wants to make quick money. After 4 years treatment, the center line is shifted due to her mistake of trimming one of the teeth too much. From time to time she tries to drive me away without achieving decent result. Her goal is to make quick money, she left sharp wire in my mouth a couple of times. Stay away from this dentist at all cost.

Fantastic experience: As an adult patient going into my second braces treatment, previously having braces in my teens, I was unsure on how effective and impactful another round of treatment could be. However, Dr. Doreen has shown she is exceptional at her craft - the results after 24 months have been exceptional (and the before and after photos shown to you in the conclusion of your treatment will be a testament to this)! She is upfront and provides realistic expectations upon the initial consultation, throughout the treatment she is attentive and professional, taking the time to ensure any concerns are addressed. Fantastic experience: A professional team led by Dr Doreen helped me avoid an implant with a tooth canalling treatment from another dentist that went wrong. Dr Doreen was able to help bridge the gap caused by the lost tooth and also straighten the teeth with the orthodontic treatment. Patient, calm and very friendly. Dr. Doreen Ng and her staff attends to all your requests and accomodate last minute changes with a big smile. 100% satisfied with the services for my kids. My kid lost his aligners during school trip, however when approached Ortho Co. for a replacement, they assessed and quickly moved him on to braces saving us lot of dollars and time. It was our last day in Sydney before we went on vacation and they really surprised us with the treatment plan they quickly moved my kid on. Jamie surpassed all expectations and went above and beyond to help us, really appreciate her hard work.

I got Speed braces as of April 2021 and they were removed today - omg the results!!!!!! I am so so so happy with with my new teeth, I can't stop smiling and I feel like I can express myself as fully as possible now. Dr Doreen takes so much care during and after the treatment - always ensuring to ask about proceeding with anything before beginning first. If you have ever had a porcelain filling on a chipped tooth and it needs some refinement during the treatment, this is also the clinic for you, as the Dr is so precise when doing so.
