She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. The treatment was thorough, and she explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident. Overall, a very good doctor who goes the extra mile to help. Highly recommended!

Dr Patel was friendly, asked plenty of questions, and conducted a very thorough examination—not just of my problem tooth, but also my overall oral health, including my gums. The cleaning was exceptionally detailed, and despite having had one recently elsewhere, it was clear that some areas had been missed before. Dr Patel’s attention to detail was fantastic. The staff (especially Cathy) are wonderfully kind and just have a way of putting the kids and myself at ease. Whilst Dr. Patel is a wonderful dentist, she has also treated our children for orthodontics as well as emergency care for injuries resulting in cracked teeth. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Complete Family Dental for many years and the staff there are simply beautiful people. So welcoming, warm, professional and one of the best Dental Clinics I've ever been to. They really look after you and always strive for the best outcomes for your dental health. Receptionist Cathy is wonderful and Dr Umisha Patel our family Dentist is simple amazing and has an extensive knowledge for dental health. My daughter who has mild autism was nervous at first but Dr Patel helped my daughter build her confidence and trust and now she looks forward to coming to her dental appointment all the time without fear. Dr Patel is so patient and caring and all my 3 kids are always happy to come to their dental appointment. I've recently had a crown fit in and my teeth have never looked better in years! Booking an appointment was also very easy and thanks to Kathy (the wonderful lady at the front desk who also was very kind and reminded me to get my details filled prior to my appointment which I totally forgot). I had a very pleasant experience at their clinic and recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever been to! Dr Patel, Kathy and her assistants have created a safe, inviting and supportive dental practice that everyone will feel comfortable in. After years of avoiding the the dentist due to an irrational fear, I chose a local dentist that has the HUMM payment plan option and great reviews, I never turned back! I was treated with care and was wholly supported throughout my dental journey. The payment plan was a godsend in the current economic climate. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend. The entire team is amazing and accommodating, honestly, they're superstars! Also, if you're nervous, just ask for the squishy fish, best stress ball buddy ever!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Complete Family Dental this morning. The receptionist, dentist and young assistant were all super friendly, calm, patient and accommodating. I ended up having a much needed wisdom tooth removal in the chair. I was fairly anxious before hand. The dentist sat with me to answer all my questions and give his knowledge. The extraction was by far, way more pleasant than I had imagined it to be. I am happy to report that I am back home and comfortable and will be back in a couple of weeks for my next wisdom tooth extraction. Pricing was fair and explained to me before they did anything. Fantastic experience: Dr Umisha Patel is a very knowledgeable dentist. I have always been scared going to a dentist but the way she treats you, you don't feel a thing (she is very gentle). I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted at once and she made it a very smooth procedure. Since then I get my 6 monthly checks/clean ups there (my whole family including my 3 year old girl goes there). All the staff there are very friendly and welcoming too. Would highly recommend them.

They are highly organised and clean, the treatment is excellent, you get follow ups for your appointment, staff(Vidhi and Kathy) are friendly and make you feel at home - all these things together makes it the best dental practice you can find in Quakers Hill. The advise Dr Umisha gives is not just for the short term, but also takes care of our dental wellbeing for the longer term. We are always well informed of what was done and why - with detailed pictures of our teeth before and after.

Fantastic experience: I came last week with my young daughter. When we walked in she was very nervous, she was quite worked up about what to expect. Doctor Patel, the dental nurse and dental receptionist made our visit so enjoyable - they calmed her down very quickly, made it a very special and exciting experience, she even got to help as a special dental nurse assistant for me whilst I had my check up. When we got home, she asked when she could visit again as it was so much fun and that she learned a lot about her teeth and wants to eat less sugar to look after them! Couldn't have asked for a better trip to the dentist and so glad it will be something she looks forward to.
