Fantastic experience: Rohit is professional and friendly, our family has seen him for years now. He takes the time to explain why he recommends treatments and ensures that we (adults and the kids included), understand. Every treatment recommended has helped me in my dental care so far. He’s patient and fun with the kids when we visit, with the play area always occupying the kids for our short waits before our appointments.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing some pregnancy wisdom tooth issues and they were SO helpful here. Literally a life changing visit because I can now eat without my newly erupted wisdom tooth scraping my cheek. It’s been such a relief to have it dealt with. New, clean clinic with friendly staff. The reception staff were knowledgable and really really lovely. The visit was also fast which is such a big tick in my yes column when it comes to going to a dentist while someone else is babysitting your kid - you want it to be quick while also feeling cared for, which I did. Negative experience: While the dentist is okay and will do what they say. They will always be late at least 10 minutes if not up to 30 minutes in a world of time poor people this is not the place to go. They are the most expensive in the area for all dental care. If you cancel an appointment and try to rebook more than once they will attempt to take payment for the next one even if it is that you are sick. When discussing with them that they are always late they will use an excuse that they are a medical location. Like being medical removes you from being on time. If you cant keep up with the work dont book so many on one day. Dont use them there are many other dental places in the area.

Fantastic experience: The most gentle dentist for someone who fears all dentists. Understanding, patient, considerate and accommodating. I now have less fear of going back and completing the rest of my treatment.

Rohit is fast and efficient but extremely thorough and happy to answer questions which makes you feel a lot more comfortable. Negative experience: The lack of accurate and honest communication was troubling and eroded my trust in their care. As a patient, it's crucial to feel confident in the advice provided, and unfortunately, this practice did not meet the standard.

Fantastic experience: Just had the best dental experience ever with Dr Minaz. Such a gentle caring considerate dentist. Highly recommend Bilby Dental. I’ve had several visits and all dentists are wonderful. In reception Regina is a treasure too, informative and kind such a good team there.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years so I booked the ‘new patient’ package at Bilby Dental. It was $174 for a thorough examination, including x-rays, and a clean. The reception staff were really lovely and my dentist, Rohit, was incredibly friendly and gentle. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and then discussed long-term care of my teeth by showing pictures to help me understand. The dental nurses were also excellent. I was very impressed with how friendly all of the staff at Bilby Dental were.

Fantastic experience: I can not begin to thank Dr Thao enough for the experience I had today with her. I am absolutely terrified of dentists and I will go any length of pain to avoid going. I was in a situation the last couple of weeks were the pain was debilitating and I had no choice but to go. It was my first time going to Bilby dental and meeting the staff and I am so thankful that I got the meet Dr Thao. She made me feel right at ease and there was also absolutely no judgement from her with what I had put off for so long. She made me feel so relaxed when my anxiety was through the roof, I also had been prescribed oral sedation which not alot of dentists do (highly recommended for anyone with dental fear) and she got the job done with ease and absolutely no pain. I have even rebooked a visit to get some of my other issues sorted and I have never successfully done that previously with other dentist's. Thank you so much again for the wonderful experience and I can't wait to see you again in 2 weeks to get my health back and be able to smile again with pride. Thank you Dr Thao.

I have had extremely bad dental experiences over a long period of time and was very anxious about my appointment. Cannot speak highly enough about the care received and the service provided.

Negative experience: Had an extraction on the 24th may, went into Bilby Dental in agony pain and he pulled a piece of tooth out that was left in over the years caused from a DV situation. Took the dentist almost 45 minutes to get the tooth out which was fine. It’s the aftermath that done it. I Went back into him on Friday the 26th in pain because I couldn’t sleep due the amount pain I was feeling the days after it. Over the weekend I was at this point in so much pain all through my whole face in the area the tooth was pulled. I Go back into him on Monday and told him about the horrid weekend, again he says this is normal and sent me home with nothing I was not giving no antibiotics or pain relief at any time. I then had Go back In Wednesday the 31st because I was still in pain and I was told I have a dry socket, so he finally gives me antibiotics after all this time. Today Friday 2nd of June and I’m still in pain so to say I’m frustrated would be an understatement, don’t think I’ll be returning. Staff all mean well and were amazing through out my experience but at what point does one have to be in so much pain to be giving something?

I started off with Rohit who did my fillings and thorough examination of what works need to be done. He is so gentle, & explains the process and gives options. Amazing dentist & confidence builder. Next I've gone to Dr Thao & she is amazing as well. Had a root canal, & didn't even know she was working in my mouth half the time. Very knowledgeable. The ladies at the front are lovely and you feel like family going in. Even if I get in my head about the works that day I always walk out smiling and more confident each time, even to the point I've gone there by myself without someone dragging me to the dentist. Thanks guys, glad I have a dentist I can go to regularly with confidence knowing they have my best interest for the long term.
