Fantastic experience: It was my very 1st appointment with Dr Caroline and the Dental practice. My experience was exceptional. All went well, I felt really comfortable throughout my treatment. Dr Caroline is very capable, and confident, she really listens to her clients. I was completely blown away with as to how I was treated from the minute I stepped into the room, every step throughout the procedures was explained clearly and that I was encouraged to stop at any time if I felt uncomfortable. I will now happily recommend Dr Caroline to my extended family. Truly my experience was Exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Hi i am malachi and id like to say that I have now gone to my 3rd appointment at this dentist and it definitely deserves a 5 star review, the receptionists are all very kind and welcoming and I've seen the same dentist each time and he has been amazing and I go in and out feeling relaxed instead of feeling nerves or negative like I'd usually expect an appointment with teeth to go. Fantastic experience: I went and saw Dr Caroline. OMG, I am referring her (& her superstar assistant) to everyone I know (even my ‘terrified of dentists’ friends). She was calm, non judgemental (yea, I use most any excuse to avoid going to the dentist) and made sure I was looked after in every aspect. All the staff there; from those answering my phone call, up to paying the staff member who also set up subsequent appointments, were kind and caring and were actually present in the moment.

Fantastic experience: Had an extraction in the practise. Dentist had an excellent bed side manner. Explained everything clearly during the procedure which I really like. Felt very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Second appointment I have had today with Martin from South Burnett Dental and I am so happy with the service and professionalism given by all at the centre. Martin is not only an amazing Dentist who works hard to give his patients the very best service, his cheery disposition and caring and helpful attitude is also first class making you feel relaxed and in good hands. He constantly updates you as to what’s going on all the way through your visit from start to finish so you know exactly what treatment has been done. I received incredibly kind care, I cannot praise him and the wonderful Dental assistant enough. Their reassurance throughout the needles and treatment was genuine and gentle. Fantastic experience: Dr Caroline is a wonderful caring and empathetic Dentist. She takes the time to talk to you about what you are having done. I am a very nervous patient at the dentist, but Dr Caroline puts me at ease and explains all of the procedures she is about to do. She takes the time to explain follow-up care to keep my teeth healthy in between visits.

Fantastic experience: Dr Caroline and the team were second to none in the care for my son after losing both front teeth in a work incident. Not only did they go above and beyond for his care by staying back to do the procedure. But they did a fantastic job and were very informative about the whole process and understanding of the way we were both feeling. I will never go to another dentist again. I can’t thank then enough. Fantastic experience: Today I visited the dentist to get my teeth cleaned. This is what I would describe as a pamper session for me that occurs twice a year. All the staff and dentists are easy to talk to, listen to what you say and have your best interest at heart. Thanks for looking after me again today. See you In 6 months

Fantastic experience: I'm embarrassed to admit my crippling anxiety about dentists had me years since my last check up. The reception team were so understanding. Dr Tom was awesome - very empathetic in his approach to my treatment. Everything was explained and done at my pace. I felt really cared for. Yes, I am still scared, but I know the treatment is respectful and the results have given me my smile back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I used to drive to Hervey Bay for my dental appointments with my long time dentist. When he retired I wasn't sure what to do. Fast forward and I've been going to South Burnett Dental Group. Everyone is amazing. Dr Ken recently got me sorted with a night guard. Friendly, fantastic service.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 positive experiences at SBDG, both times I had two wisdom teeth extractions by Ken. Both times I felt calm, without needing to go under, I was informed and the healing process could not have been better! Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I popped in to see the dentist Kent and the Women of Wellness, today for a check up and clean... see my clean teefs!!! I learned new things about my teeth and I've booked an appointment for my school aged son soon and myself again in 6 months. My mum said to "always look after your teeth and feet"... coz I'll need them. Choose self love for a long happy life.

Fantastic experience: I had previously had a bad experience at this dental clinic and was reluctant to return however the pain I was going through was more than I could bare so I called and they could see me in a few hours. I am so happy that I gave this dentistry another chance as it was completely a positive experience and has changed my mind for my future needs. My original experience was in all fairness a difficult procedure for which I will take half the negative side for myself but I am hopeful that the practice learned from in it in order to assist others in the future. So to Ken and all the staff there I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me when no one else could and for showing me that your reputation as a fantastic dentist is well founded. Fantastic experience: A professionally operated super clean covid safe dental clinic. I seldom wait more than 5min for my appointment. Dental options were explained well to assist my decision making process. Specifically, I would like to commend the exceptional work of Dr Ken Chen in regards to his specialist knowledge of sleep apnea and associated methods to resolve jaw issues, clenching and grinding etc. The sleep apnea appliance Ken meticulously 3D printed and manufactured is AWESOME. A perfect fit, comfortable, adjustable and has eased my symptoms remarkably already! I am very relieved and grateful after 6 years of ongoing expensive dental issues to have finally found the Dentist who went straight to the 'cause' If your grinding or clenching or have jaw pain or problems, please see Dr Chen and protect yourself from the expensive, painful, destructive trouble that is a guarantee down the track !

At the start of the appointment Dr Emma explained everything she was going to do, and then after the examination gave a comprehensive explanation of the state of my teeth, and answered all my questions.
