Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Tim Hayward and it was extremely efficient and painless. It is the next day and I have next to no pain. Very happy, and all the staff were lovely.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to SPA DENTAL for many years . I am always very happy with the service every time. Previously, I had my invisalign done beautifully by Dr Sean Parsonage. I Had my teeth cleaned regularly with a hygienist there. Recently, I had Dr Justin Lam to check my teeth. He cleaned thoroughly, checked up, took x-ray and fixed some problems as he saw them. Everything was done in one session. I was very happy knowing my teeth are being looked after by high standard professional. Thank you Dr Parsonage, Dr Lam and SPA DENTAL ! I went for regular dental check up in August25 . Jessie, the hygienist, did a wonderful cleaning job on me. Afterwards, Dr Justin Lam came to check up , making sure my teeth are all good. They are very professional and caring. I am glad I found SPA DENTAL .

He was incredibly kind and professional, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt totally comfortable and well cared for throughout the whole process. The clinic was super clean and modern, with high-tech equipment for scans and X-rays. I also really appreciated how respectful he was – I felt like he genuinely listened to me and made sure I was okay every step of the way. He ran through the whole process and what to expect. I have gone through previous dentists that clean my teeth within 10-15min however Dr Justin was very thorough with his cleaning. He has also told me how to look after my teeth / gums. His assistant Daisy is very lovely too!

The interior is stylish and beautifully maintained, and I love how they offer chilled bottle water in the waiting area—I’d give more than five stars if I could. As someone with an anxiety disorder, I have always been treated with compassion and understanding here. My dentist, Sean, goes above and beyond to create a comfortable and accommodating environment and consistently delivers results that have made a significant difference. The ladies at the front desk are absolute gems, conducting themselves with kindness and professionalism. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful clinic, especially after bad experiences with other dental practices. Additionally, parking is usually convenient, with a lot in the back and ample street parking available.

Fantastic experience: I went in to see Dr Justin Lam who fit me in at the last minute for a checkup. I had composite veneers done by a previous dentist which I was unhappy with as they were cracked and stained, I honestly thought there was no hope and would need it done all over again until I saw Dr Lam. Dr Lam was professional, pleasant and listened to my concerns. Dr Lam fixed my teeth without a whole re-do and WOW I am so happy with my teeth now. He was able to fix the lined cracks across each tooth - 4 in total the stains were gone (no teeth whitening could fix). He did not rush even though it was past their closing time. From Dr Lam to his dental assistant, reception staff, comfort and pricing I cannot recommend Spa Dental enough Thankyou so much

They are among the most professional, caring, gentle, and cheerful dental teams I have ever met. The place is also of a very high standard, with flat-screen TVs on the ceiling, soothing colours, soft music and first-class chairs, offering maximum comfort and living up to the business's name. Strange as it sounds, the ambience and care given at this place make a visit to the dentist a wonderful overall experience. A big thank you for going above and beyond every time, Jeffrey and Selina!

Fantastic experience: I’d like to say how amazing and professional the spa dental team at ryde are , just had my top row veneers done and extremely happy with the result considering I had poor placed composite veeners which were uneven and discoloured . I’ve been to quite a few dentist and had multiple issues which were addressed and fixed to make sure i’d have the best result , my gums have never been healthier and not to mention how caring the team are for what i wanted to achieve with my smile special thanks especially to Dr justin and Valentina . You won’t get the comfort and how thorough the dentists here are with how they explain procedures prior and during appointment even with the lovely receptionists . Thank you so much ryde team , highly recommend and now i’ve found the best place to go to for my dental work!

In July 2020, I was seeking Invisalign treatment as I wanted to improve my teeth and feel more confident in my smile. Fantastic experience: So I'm very afraid of dentists but Justin and his assistant Ira made the experience as comforting as possible. It was my first time there and the process from signing up to sitting down was very smooth and time efficient. I was not there waiting a whole while. Justin and Ira were both very professional in explaining what things meant to me but they were also very friendly and personable with their conversation. I had a general clean and inspection done and while the cleaning process still terrified me and was painful (Just because I'm sensitive) the whole time they were accommodating and gentle.
