Fantastic experience: Always a very good experience, staff and dentists are polite and professional and seem to genuinely care.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had! I was butchered in the chair whilst having my wisdom teeth removed, only to end up in hospital two days later. After calling them to ask for help as I knew things had gone very wrong, only to be told “no dentist hear will touch you, just go to the hospital then”. The extreme pain, costs for several emergency dentists visits to fix what was done and weeks off work were not worth it, Nib should not be recommending this centre as a provider!

Fantastic experience: All the staffs in this clinic are very friendly & helpful. Dr Chan is very skillful and makes me feel very comfortable and not nervous during my treatment.

Unlike my previous dentist, she never made me feel bad or shamed — instead, she helped ease my anxiety and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Fantastic experience: We have been with them for more than 10 years. Some of the staff have changed but is the trust in the clinic that is hard to find elsewhere these days. They can be expensive but so are the other dental clinics everywhere. They always have state of the art and updated equipment to make sure Doctors/Dentists are doing their job properly.

Fantastic experience: I can see what all the other reviews mean about the friendliness of this place. From the front desk to the hygienists and the dentist, everyone makes you feel at ease. Dr. Katherine Zhu was so patient, caring and kind. She explains each step so you feel prepared, and reminds you to focus on your breathing (which makes all the difference because your mind ends up focusing on that instead of freaking out!). Also super easy with Nib insurance as there’s no gap so you only pay what you owe and don’t need to make any claims. I can honestly say I’ve never felt so comfortable or relaxed at a dentist before.

Negative experience: Dr. David Ko was wonderful and made me feel very calm during my appointment. He was professional, had a great chairside manner, and worked gently and efficiently. He helped fix my bottom wire and re-glued it, but advised that I needed a new top wire. However, when I tried to make an appointment at the front desk to see the orthodontist, I was informed that I needed an initial consultation costing $250, even though Dr. David Ko had already provided the necessary advice. Following this, I would still have to pay for another appointment to get the wire fixed. I declined this as I already knew what needed to be done, and it seemed unnecessary to pay $250 for the same advice. Due to this experience, I feel that nib Dental Chatswood does not prioritise patients' best interests and is more focused on profit. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly and professional, the clinic is clean and modern. My entire visit was comfortable and stress free. I would highly recommend Dr Katherine.

Negative experience: You make an appointment then you have to confirm your appointment 2 or 3 times. They also send you numerous reminders by email to the point of harassment. The day before the appointment they call to confirm again. On the day you arrive on time but they keep you waiting 45 to 60 minutes because they decide to squeeze someone in. So disrespectful!!!!! Obviously happy to waste my time.

Fantastic experience: I used to fear dentists but the professional team at nib Dental in Chatswood have been amazing, I don't fear my appointments for their cost or the pain anymore (if you're a member you even get gap-free checkups!) Shout out to Dr. Brad Moore in particular echoing other reviews he's one of the best Dr's in Sydney for those complex procedures.

Fantastic experience: Brad at NIB dental Chatswood is the best dentist in Australia... never any pain. Root canal is absolutely no issue ...no pain, no discomfort. If you are petrified of a dentist like I was please see Brad... you will be so happy. We have been a patient of Brad now for 12 years

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience. I was visibily shaking and had tears running down my face from being anxious about a painful procedure. The dentists just blankly stared and made no effort to help ease the situation. The dentist also told me he didn’t like doing the procedure on this particular tooth I was getting the procedure done on and had not done it very often - how reassuring to someone who is distressed. I understood there are risks to the procedure but the dentist went into great detail on what could go wrong (which I didn’t ask for) which made my anxiety worse. I was given numbing agents, but still felt the pain - the dentist then told me to see my regular dentist and that was that. I encourage people to visit private dentists. I will never visit an NIB practice again.

The receptionists were very kind and accomodating and my Dentist, Dr Patil was very professional, kind and made me feel very comfortable for something that is normally an uncomfortable experience. They explained my whole appointment thoroughly before getting started. I will be coming here more often!

Positive experience: The "practice" is ok... they ask you to sit in the waiting room and then after visiting the dentist, accept your payment (hard to get that wrong). If I gave 5 stars, I expect people would interpret that I'm reviewing the dental skills and experience, which I am not. Brad is an exceptional dentist. For the remaining dentists, I cannot comment on as have not been a client of them. I suggested to the practice that asking to review the "practice" was misleading, and probably a marketing trick to get 5 stars, which in no way reviews the expertise, or lack of, that you receive regarding your dental needs (assuming you go there for dental needs, and not to enjoy the reception staff and the "prctice"). If they were a little more genuine, they would ask how you rate the dental care you received... but they are hunting for high star ratings it seems...

Fantastic experience: Was a small chanllenge to locate the shop since they are moved from the Concourse into the Wesrfield. It is better to book on phone, as the last time I book on website is not a success and has been rescheduled for some reason. But overall, I have a grest experience with Dr Siu Hang Chan who provide a professional and detailed services. Would recommend Dr. Chan for my family's oral health.

He was nice, patient, friendly and happy to answer any of your questions. Did not bombard me with too much information as well. I would definitely come back again. I can't speak for other services and patient's experience, but mine was great.

But when I went there, they refused me to give service. It was waste of time, money and energy. Not recommend nib dental service.
