Negative experience: I am so angry with this place… Its a shame that you go to the dentist trusting them with their advice only to deal with salesmen trying to con you to spend. Jinah Lee.. Korean lady dentist is a scammer! She took off 4 of my wisdom teeth saying that it’s causing crowding when. Ever since then, my teeth have been very weak. I have since been to other dentists which say I shouldn’t have had them taken out as there’s no evidence of it causing crowding and now I can’t chew food properly! She’s a sales person and scammer. She will tell you everything is wrong with your teeth even though I had no issues or pain before but now I am left with no wisdom teeth to chew and my teeth feel so weak! Beware and be warned!

I usually get a bit nervous at the dentist, but she was so gentle and reassuring that I felt completely at ease. Her attention to detail is amazing, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The whole experience (from the friendly staff to the actual treatment) was smooth and stress-free. Fantastic experience: Jennifer how Is the best dentist I have had in my 22 years of life. She is gentle and very extensive when it comes to examining my oral health. I have a bad gag reflex and am nervous at the dentist but found no issue at all with Jen. Menai dental care is a fantastic practice. 10/10

Negative experience: The website says they will do what they can to fit in dental emergencies. As a previous customer i called them with my emergency being a broken tooth with exposed nerve. Guy on the phone couldnt give a rats, the only thing they could do was offer me an appointment 2 days away. Cheers for that.

Fantastic experience: As far as visits to the dentist go this was as good as it can get. Welcoming chatty staff trying to put you at ease - just in case you are a nervous person. My dentist was Hind (pronounced H and ind like indicate). She was very thorough and explained what she was going to do. All good.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Menai Dental Centre. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a few years, as I’m a fairly apprehensive person. But the staff and the dentist were all very reassuring. I had several fillings and a crown fitted. Everything was explained to me before hand and two visits later it was all done. I’ll be going back in 6 months for a check up and feeling much more comfortable in doing so. .

Negative experience: I went to this dentist because I heard great things about Dr Jinah Lee. However, I didn’t get her, I had Dr Mutaz Farjian. If you would like to leave a dentist feeling sweaty and like you’ve been to a sleezy car sales yard, definitely see this guy. He tried to get me to buy a night guard that would cost $1300, when they are $600, at their most expensive, literally everywhere else. He made me feel like it was a life or death situation if I didn’t get this guard. And then he had me sign a piece of paper for the price and put down a $100 deposit just to secure my appt for the fitting! He also heavily recommended whitening when my teeth are literally fine colour wise. I just felt like he was trying to get a good sale out of me, so much so that he didn’t even do a polish on my teeth when I asked for a clean. I felt like my care was not prioritised here and will not be going back. However, reception staff were very understanding when giving me a refund for the deposit for my appt and I appreciate that a lot.
