Fantastic experience: What can I say? In my experience over the past decade or longer, Smile Place Tecoma has been the absolute best dental practice I've ever encountered! Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to the community and their customers are truly exceptional. I can confidently say that my entire family is on board with this! Arathy Rao is the most gentle and thorough dentist I’ve come across Her confidence and knowledge is remarkable and she takes time to explain the problem and treatment in detail. Fantastic experience: Our family has been visiting this dental clinic for over five years, and we’re incredibly grateful for the care we’ve received from Dr Arthy, our trusted dentist. Her experience and professionalism can be seen when she takes the time to explain everything clearly, and offers thoughtful treatment plans cost effective, that prioritise comfort and long lasting sustainability of my teeth. A lot of preventive treatment suggestions so I'm not in trouble later. Pain relief and numbing is always offered I'm really grateful for this. Rather than rushing through procedures, she has recommended spreading them out across several sessions to ensure minimal discomfort for me ( including financial discomfort!!) which I truly appreciate. I've always felt well cared for, and thanks to her gentle approach, even fillings have been quick and painless. I had part of a molar missing and she reconstructed it in just 30 mins without a painful root canal, but a filling. She's managed to save multiple teeth I once thought couldn’t be saved or would be crazy expensive to fix, which weren't. Dr Arthy is also wonderful with our children, she's calm, and reassuring and takes time to make them feel at ease. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and her warm manner helps everyone feel at ease. We’re so thankful to have found such a dedicated and compassionate dentist and will keep coming here for years.

Fantastic experience: I have very sensitive teeth and usually find dental visits quite challenging, but Dr Mariam K at Tecoma Dental has completely changed that for me. She is incredibly gentle, understanding, and always goes out of her way to ensure I’m carefully treated with minimal discomfort or pain. Even after moving to Sydney, we both still travel back twice a year just to see her — that’s how good she is. Mariam is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind, which makes all the difference. We trust her completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Weve been attending smile place Tecoma for about 10 years now, and have been consistently happy with the service provided. The dentists and reception staff communicate very well, our children are handled in a professional and friendly manner, and we all enjoy our visits (which wasn't the case at prior dentists). I particularly like that I have been able to talk through options for treatment, with pros and cons of different approaches, rather than just bring told to do the most expensive option. Highly recommended. We have also used Smile Place Tecoma for orthodontics, and this was also a smooth and professional process.

Negative experience: Hi my name is Christopher on my sons account, I had an appointment today at the smile clinic in Tecoma with dr jagruti Patel, she told me today I would need a clean and offered to use a numbing gel/agent and I responded with with absolutely if I don’t feel pain, she then went on with the clean using the gel, and my experience was fine it wasn’t until I got home and had a look at the receipt to find that she charged me $24 dollars per tooth and she used it on 12 teeth with out telling me that I would be out of pocket or that it would be a cost I have to incur. As a professional dentist running a practise I would expect to be informed of any additional costs of treatment.
