Fantastic experience: My 2 year old daughter had her first dental check up with Edmund over the weekend. He was amazing with her, very patient and they had fun playing with the dental instruments and balloon animals whilst getting the teeth checked out and brushed. Great first experience, she had fun and has already asked to go back!

My appointment was on a Sunday which was a pleasant surprise to have this option available as I work full time during the week. Fantastic experience: Minimal Chipped front tooth that needed quick replacing . Booked in within 24hrs . Amazing service and quality & the front desk to Dental Assistant, to Dentist could not be any more perfect **Side note another local “company “ I called and said if they could fit me in that initial day I would give them my business, went there sat down and 2 x dental assistants meet me, still waiting for dentist to come in and then after I questioned the assistants that I may only get assessed by the dentist then reschedule? .Plus a $95 dollar visit fee . I won’t say the name of the business as they may do great work but be honest up front and I will give you my money .. I was time poor and I expressed this when booking in. This type tactic may work for someone who feels obligated, or can’t speak up because they are in a chair with assistants putting slight pressure on you . I respectfully declined & walked out 10/10

Fantastic experience: Dr Kwong here at Sia dental was super friendly, he patiently explained all of his answers to my numerous questions. I felt very safe and he was happy to pause mid clean due to my sensitivity. The attending dental nurse was also very friendly and the whole morning was smiles all around :) 10/10 and 5*’s for sure! I’ll be back in 6months!

Fantastic experience: SIA Dental have been excellent. I have just had issues with wisdoms & a broken molar because of them. I have just had 3 days of full on dental. Dr Safaa did a fantastic job of repairing & rebuilding the broken molar. It's perfect. She also did a full analysis, involved clean, multiple xrays & ground work to have all four wisdoms removed. Her work is excellent. Dr Ramanathan then removed all four wisdoms on my third appointment in three days. He was very professional, very personable, very efficient, very communicative. He talked me through each step perfectly. He described each stage perfectly just before it happened. No surprises, no complications. All exactly as described. I can't recommend SIA Dental enough. I have some more minor follow up work in a month but I feel very lucky to have had such major dental work performed to feel a lot less impactful than I was anticipating. Negative experience: As this clinic was not my regular dentist, and I need timely service, I was persuaded by the positive reviews. Unfortunately both visits, the first where I did a clean due to a toothache (done in Sept) and then a filling for a chipped tooth (in November), despite what I thought was helpful customer service, both procedures have now been faulty, which is surprising due to my experiences with my regular dentist. I usually don't write reviews, but given that I am now $600 out of pocket, I thought others might need to be careful.

I just had a number of fillings to help protect my teeth and gums from receding gums and I did not feel a thing. Did not break out in a sweat and was super surprised when it was over. Fantastic experience: I used to go into the city to my dentist, it was hard to get in when I had a problem, I had a root canal issue and they expected me to wait 4 days to maybe get an appointment. I was recommended to SIA dental in Essendon, I rang and got in the next morning. I now have Edmund Kwong as my dentist at SIA. Edmund is a great dentist who I recommend most highly, and SIA is a great practice with fantastic reception who cater for all your needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tan was very attentive and clear throughout my treatment with her. She made me feel comfortable by providing frequent breaks and constantly checking in. Will definitely be back to see her as my preferred dentist in future

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a very big personal and sincere thanks to Dr. Edmund Kwong and staff at Sia Dental for the wonderful treatment recently received over two visits for my persistent and chronic dental issues. Through careful examination and analysis Dr Kwong was able to quickly diagnose the root cause of the problem followed by suggested treatment options. I found him to be highly skilled, professional, warm and caring. Pricing was very reasonable. I recommend to anyone looking for a great new dentist.... p.s. I just wish to add that Dr Kwong does the best, most gentle and thorough periodontic cleans imaginable.

Fantastic experience: We had a positive, easy and fuss free visit to Dr Kelly Sin and Ilaria. Highly recommend. Kelly and Ilaria had an excellent, child friendly manner with my two children (3 and 6) - both loved the experience of going to the dentist and they were so happily engaged with the process that they didn’t even notice the TV intended to helpfully distract them. I had called the reception and made an appointment for all 4 of us first thing on a Sunday - a very efficient way to visit the dentist as a family. Thank you for Sunday appointments for time poor families. My husband has a dental plan in place now to protect his teeth and I’ve also got a really effective pathway forward to manage the impact of tension in my face. Great experience, a real relief for me as a Mum of two young kids, highly recommend. We look forward to our next visits.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Dr Kelly Sin is fantastic and I feel so safe in her hands. She is very thorough in her explanations and genuinely cared about my experience. I was amazed at how accommodating Dr Kelly and the team were to me during a long procedure ensuring I was comfortable at each step. I take my kids to see Dr Kelly and she is great with them too - made the dentist a fun experience! Also love that weekend appointments are available.

Fantastic experience: Had the best dental experience while getting a filling. From reception to dental procedure, everything was professional and easy. I felt well looked after. The dentist used a wedge to assist in keeping my mouth wide open in a relaxing way, and that made it a comfy dental experience. The dentist was very honest and upfront. Thank you so much for fixing my filling. Every staff member was very welcoming and seemed to all enjoy what they do. Family will be back for a scale and clean ☺️
