Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Marian Melad and the entire team at Memorial Group Dental. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The staff are professional, attentive, and always go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and looked after. Dr. Melad is truly wonderful — not only is she highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel at ease throughout the entire process. She has such a gentle and caring approach, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. The whole team works seamlessly together, creating a welcoming environment that takes away the nerves of visiting the dentist. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism, compassion, and excellence, but Memorial Group Dental has it all. I even had a tooth extracted, and it was so quick and painless that I half expected the Tooth Fairy to walk in and tip Dr. Melad for a job well done! Thank you, Dr. Melad and team, for making every experience such a positive one. I wouldn’t trust my dental care with anyone else!

The experience was wonderful. Her dental staff, wonderful nurses were attentive and very caring , absolutely supportive. I will be making them my family dental care also very reasonably priced because I know of the price of living now everybody’s struggling but I assure you very reasonable . clean cozy warm place. Emily at reception did an exceptional job making me feel calm before getting my wisdom teeth pulled out. Friendly banter conversations always make you feel better before a procedure. Dr Marian was amazing also. I believe I was one of the biggest sooks she’s probably faced on a chair. The procedure was effortless. She me feel calm and comfortable stopping every step of the way to ensure I am okay. I was feel more sick of being so anxious then anything with the procedure it’s self. I never liked going to the dentist. Now it will be a walk in the park. Not to mention she has a very light hand . Thank you to the team. I have now found my favourite dental cloning after moving to this state:)

Fantastic experience: Dr Mirian is fantastic. She takes care of our families dental needs with professionalism, compassion and expertise. Being a nervous patient, the staff always make sure that I am feeling as comfortable and safe as possible while in the dental chair. She always discusses a plan of treatment and cost to be incurred before proceeding. The waiting room is child friendly with tv / toys and heating / cooling. Many different payment options are available.

Dr Marian was exceptional from the start. She took the time to thoroughly assess my mother’s situation and explained all the next steps with patience and clarity. When it came time for the tooth extraction, my mother was in excruciating pain, but Dr Marian’s gentle approach and genuine concern made a difficult situation much more bearable. What truly stood out was the compassion shown by Dr Marian and the team. They treated by mother with dignity and respect throughout procedure, constantly ensuring her comfort despite challenging circumstances. The care didn’t end when we left clinic. The dental staff followed-up afterwards to check on my mother’s recovery, which I found incredibly thoughtful and professional. After this experience, I am confident that Memorial Avenue Dental is the right choice for our family’s dental needs. Fantastic experience: After not visiting a dentist for 10 years because of embarrassment and fear, I decided to bite the bullet and seek treatment. After reading reviews I decided on booking in with Dr Marian, and I am so grateful I did. I’ve been seeing Dr Marian for 2 years for extensive treatment, at my first appointment I cried as soon as I sat in the chair, and she was so understanding and comforting. I would even need sedation for the first few appointments. Now I have absolutely no fear and leave my appointments happy and having a nice chat. Dr Marian is so informative pre, during, and post treatment, she makes sure you understand everything. She will make you feel so comfortable and calm. I recommend her to anyone who asks. If you are scared or embarrassed of the state of your teeth like I was, do not fear, Dr Marian will save you. I cannot thank her enough.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with Dr. Marian at Memorial Dental Clinic I have had a history of dental anxiety due to past experiences, which led me to neglect my dental care for some time. Recently, I found myself in severe pain and urgently needed dental assistance. Fortunately, I discovered Silvia at Memorial Dental Clinic. Silvia was exceptional—kind, caring, and attentive to all my concerns and fears. She treated me multiple times without causing any pain or issues. However, my recent visit was quite different. My tooth became infected, and I had to make another emergency appointment. Unfortunately, Silvia was unavailable, so I was scheduled with Dr. Marian. From the beginning, the experience was distressing. Dr. Marian mentioned the high costs of treatment options upfront, stating that I had to choose between paying a significant amount or enduring the pain. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and warmth. This appointment was the most uncomfortable and painful dental experience I have ever had. I felt like crying throughout the entire session. It was only when I was paying that I learned I was being prescribed antibiotics for my infection—something that was not mentioned during the appointment. Additionally, I left without receiving my prescription. Silvia had always discussed payment options with me, considering my budget and allowing me to proceed at a manageable pace. In contrast, Dr. Marian was blunt about the costs, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I requested an injection without adrenaline due to my sensitivity, but Dr. Marian questioned my health and only administered one injection, resulting in an extremely painful treatment. Despite my discomfort, she insisted I keep my mouth open, or she wouldn’t be able to do a good job. This experience has reignited my fear of dental visits. I hope this feedback helps improve patient care and communication at Memorial Dental Clinic. Unfortunately i wont be returning to this clinic again.

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 year old here for her first ever dental checkup today and couldn’t be happier with the treatment we received. Dr Marian took the time to engage with my daughter and show her all the instruments she was using (my daughter was particularly impressed with the ‘fairy mirror’) as a result we had a seamless visit and my daughter was happily chatting away about her visit when we got home.
