Then Dr. Miran performed the procedure, she was so gentle, calm, and caring. I was quite anxious, but she helped me relax and made the whole experience much easier than I expected. She translates all thre medical jargons in layman terms, and ensures patient is aware takes informed decisions. I think she's the first dentist I have met who puts patients first and establish trust before starting any therapy. With my son, Dr. MIran and other dentists in the clinic have been extremely patient, as he being special child needs more care and followup during therapy. Fantastic experience: I brought my almost 3 year old daughter to this dentist. It was her first visit to this dentist so she was a little “scared” (in her own words), she was instantly put at ease by the lovely dentist and other ladies and staff who work there. My daughter was given a choice of two types of toys that she could take home with us after her appointment. Fantastic experience: Chester Dental has been the best dentist experience I've had! The dentists and hygienists are thorough with their work, taking their time to do the best job possible - I never felt rushed during my checkup at the clinic. Dr Seon Ah Jee has a knack for explaining dental work/hygiene in a easily comprehensible manner that allowed me to understand everything that was going on with my teeth. Chester Dental are also transparent on costs and potential work that needs to be done in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're looking for a quality patient-orientated dentist.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental clinic. Both of us saw Dr Seon and she was very detailed and thorough with her explanation. She was also very honest about what was needed at that time compared to other dentists we’ve been to where they’d just suggest you to get everything done there and then. Apart from that, just really took you through the ‘journey’ of the procedure that was being done. Whilst it’s still not an experience I’d look forward to (going to the dentist ), our experience here has definitely been the best and would recommend anyone looking for one!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Chester Dental and in particular Miran was exceptional. Miran took the time educate me on my current issues and preventive measures I can take to ensure the health of my teeth. I really appreciated this in depth knowledge sharing which I haven't received before with previous dentists. Miran also performed two fillings, and made the whole experience extremely comfortable (I was going to fall asleep I was so relaxed ). She kept of checking in on my level of comfort, and at no point did I feel pain or problems. All in all and exceptional and professional clinic with knowledgeable and caring practitioners. I will be calling Chester Dental my go to clinic from now on.

Fantastic experience: Dr Miran Jee has been my dentist for almost 15 years (since she was practicing in Lidcombe clinic). Now, she open her own clinic which is Chester Dental in Epping. Dr Miran always looks after her patient. She is very gentle, patience and honest. She always try to give the best for her patient and provide inform consent. That is she does not hesitate to spent time to give detailed explanation to her patient regarding the best option for treatment. I had my first root canal treatment and a crown placed for my second molar for almost 10 years ago (due to I tend to grind my teeth when I sleep at night) and it still works very well up until now. I highly recommend Dr Miran and Chester Dental.

I initially took my young children who were hesitant to see the dentist and now I have also moved to Chester dental. We have seen both Dr Miran and recently Dr Sebastian and both have been kind, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Summary: - Passionate about preventative dentistry and ensuring a painless experience for patients - Very gentle and skilled - precise movements to ensure most comfortable, painless experience (from my experience, in scale + clean, teeth extractions) - Clear communicator - so you understand what's happening, what to expect, cost, pre-and post extraction considerations - Beautifully calm voice and manner that is very comforting (particularly for people like me who are worried about pain from teeth extractions!) - Clinic is also exceptionally clean, well organised and new. Friendly and skilled staff. People-centric. I have been blessed with the privilege of having Dr Miran Jee as my dentist over the past two weeks (over June and July 2022), and she is the best dentist I have seen in my life. I have liked most of my previous dentists but have never particularly valued going to the same dentist for repeat visits (particularly as I travel), but I saw her for the following treatments in preparation for orthodontics treatment: - Initial Consultation + Scale and Clean - Extraction of 4 teeth (over two visits) - Follow up after extraction Initial visit: Dr Miran clearly communicated the various aspects of teeth extraction that I should be aware of and addressed my concerns about pain, including pre-and post extraction considerations, and what to expect during the process (particularly managing the pain and to consider taking pain killers 1 hr in advance). She was very structured and clear in her explanation (I need to learn from her!), and she mentally checked that she had covered everything. Dr Miran has wonderful attention to detail and picked up on an incorrect reference in my orthodontist referral letter and followed up to confirm the correct teeth to extract. She also explained how to ensure teeth are cleaned properly (and to alternate manual and electric brushing days - very enlightening!). Extraction visits: I cannot recommend Dr Miran and her staff highly enough. She was very careful to apply a large amount of numbing gel, and to be as gentle and slow as possible in the anesthetic injections to ensure a mostly painless experience (the outcome exceeded my expectations!). She also explained everything in advance so I was prepared. Although one of the teeth extractions was a little complicated due to its unusual shape and position, and she had to inject additional anesthetic and cut part of the teeth to extract it, she maintained a calm demeanor, explained to me the process, and extracted it with the root all in once piece (and the final removal was entirely painless) :) Definitely a highly skilled, considerate dentist with gentle and precise movements! Follow-up: After every extraction, Chester Dental personally called to ensure I was recovering fine. I ended up making a last minute appointment after my final extraction before getting my braces on to ensure everything was fine since I was getting more pain than after my first extraction visit. Despite being Dr Miran's day off dental work, she helped to check and clean the area, and put some medicine to prevent any issues. She even wrote me a letter to give to my orthodontist (all without charge) - given it was her day off, a double pay would have been more than reasonable ;) I have been telling all my friends about Dr Miran Jee and am looking forward to seeing her again! :)

Fantastic experience: Tried to book an appointment with my dentist in Carlingford a few months ago but found I could not as my dentist had relocated to northern NSW. So did some research on dental practices nearer Epping & settled on Chester Dental which is within walking distance. Saw Dr. Gee & was very happy with my first appointment. Professional, courteous & ably assisted plus has up to date equipment. Dr. Gee explained step by step her findings & discussed what she proposed before agreeing on the appropriate actions. Fantastic experience: They are amazingly skilled dentist and no rushing job at all. I've got some trauma uncomfortable breathing when I laying on the dentist chair after rushing rough job for hours. So I was very worry about that before my new dentist started but no drama at all. All processes was silky smooth..they are fantastic. I'm pretty sure that I don't worry about my trauma for next appointment. More than happy today after dental treatments.
