Fantastic experience: Dr Amrita is an absolute Dentist Angel !!!!!!! Fixed a horrible experience from Pure Dentistry upper mount gravatt - who failed to do a basic x-ray which Dr Amrita had done and we discovered an infection and potential fracture! She helped file my tooth down, which again the Dentist from Pure dentistry had done too high and gave me pain all week. She was extremely kind to explain my options and answer all my questions !! thankyou for being such a genuine dentist <333

Fantastic experience: Honestly have been afraid of seeing a dentist since i was a kid. That was one of the most pleasant visits that I've been to. The dentist was seriously amazing. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She walked me through the process step by step amd honestly the process was quicker than i thought. May have to follow this dentist around the world for all my dental appointments as trusting someone with your body can be confronting and scary at times. Thank you so much. See ya in 2 weeks time for the rest of my appointments

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Dr Michael highly enough. He is extremely polite, gentle, professional, and knowledgable. I can safely say that he will be my go-to dentist from here on 100%. He doesn’t push for treatments that aren’t necessary (like other dental clinics that I have attended). For my treatment today, I had a procedure that required a needle in the front of my gums & also the back - and thanks to Dr Michael a his tools/wizardry, the pain was very minimal (1/10). I am thankful to have found him. Keep up the amazing work Dr Michael.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. Dr Amrita is lovely, I have ME which causes sensory sensitivities and the staff were very helpful and careful to reduce chemical load, noise and light. I was able to stay in my wheelchair for the appointment and the actual dental work was very, very gently done.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr Michael, his care and explanation, the appointment I was slightly nervous about, went fine. Great special price option for new clients; X-rays, check and a clean. Assisting at the desk and during the appointment, Ella and Ruby were friendly and professional, as well as being able to chat to nervous patient. Clean, new equipment made getting X-rays done and teeth cleaned much easier. Do your family a favour, book some appointments and support a local business. You will be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: My name is Alyssa and I visited 32 Dental Lane on 25/02/25. I sat outside this clinic crying for 20 minutes as I have a fear of dentists & my anxiety is out the roof. From walking in the door and leaving, it was AMAZING. The receptionist was lovely & I went in to see Michael & (I’m sorry I forgot her name she was the dental assistant) they were both absolutely caring/ amazing and reassuring. I explained that I may cry & may need to take breaks as I am sooo afraid of dentists. Michael was so kind, reassuring and made every effort to make me feel heard, comfortable and safe. There were some complications with my tooth not numbing lol but Michael explained everything that was going on. The dental assistance was lovely & kind, she gave me tissues & put a show on for me and showed no judgement whatsoever!! I have never walked away from a dental appointment feeling genuinely happy to have went & this is coming from someone who was extremely afraid. If you need a dental clinic, I 100% recommend this place!! Everything was a 10/10 for me that I’ve told my entire family. Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow, I have not been to the dentist for a long time due to crippling anxiety at the thought of going, well all my fears were put to rest today when I came here, I had to have two teeth removed and I was so scared, but the dentist he was so lovely made me feel comfortable even the anaesthetic didn’t hurt, this will be my dentist from now on and I can’t wait until my next visit!!!

Negative experience: Dear Dr Amrita, I attended your clinic today, 26th Nov. 2024, around 11:30 am to clarify what's going on with my denture. I'm extremely saddened that your receptionist, Ms Ella is untruthful stating that she talked to me for three minutes last Tuesday, Nov. 19th. I've never received any call from her. My phone has all the details of any call. I attended, your clinic, on the 20th, for denture fitting, and found out the note on your door, "Unfortunately we will not be open till the 22nd of November, we are sorry for the inconvenience". I was waiting for your clinic's call, but never got one. Ms Ella insisted that her phone has a record of her conversation with me on the 19th, and I have no record of talking to her, better still, I never had any conversation with her. I felt insulted. She threatened to call security, which I said, "call security if you want". I'll take you and this clinic to the Ombudsman if need be". I cancelled all our dealings. I'm going to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency visit close by and dental lane popped up with great reviews. I was lucky enough that Dr Sumit had room & could fit me in that morning as I had terrible throbbing pain. This was my first visit and I was greeted by a wonderful & friendly nurse Ella at reception & first impressions of the clinic was how clean & prompt the service was. Being a person who is COMPLETELY TERRIFIED of dentist visits. Ella & Dr Sumit were very accommodating to my nerves. I had a bad tooth pulled out & start of a root canal & I can't thank Ella enough for keeping me calm during the procedure. Dr Sumit examined & recitfied my crippling pain within the hour. I was so relieved that he could help me that day! My second visit to complete the work was with Dr Amarita and she was an absolute delight from start to finish. Once again I addressed how nervous I get in the seat and she kindly reassured me through the whole procedure. Advising all the steps and giving me plenty of breaks inbetween. My whole experience at dental lane was just amazing. The whole team were so friendly, caring and accommodating & I can't thankyou all enough for what I believe to be one of the most calming dentist experiences I've ever had. I feel like I've turned a new leaf & look forward to my next visit. Lol . You have a wonderful practice and Ella was a delight to deal with. I have now moved my family from a previous clinic to now go here in future. Anyone who is terrified or have scared children, I would highly recommend seeing Dr Amarita as her caring nature was unforgettable.

My initial visit was the most comprehensive and considerate check up, X-ray and clean I have ever experienced, and no gap or out of pocket cost. I will most definitely be back in six months!

Fantastic experience: My first visit yesterday as the location is more convenient then my usual dentist but got to say the treatment is 100% service, very friendly environment and I felt very comfortable. They are now going to be my primary dentist. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody. Very old school personalised service didn't feel like a number or that I was in a queue waiting my turn.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth. My regular dentist was closed for Xmas break and no message as to where to get help. This dentist set up in my regular shopping centre so, despite saying no appointments available on line, I popped in and was told by receptionist that no appointments until next year. Dentist overheard and told me to come back at end of day. However, they rung me shortly after and tooth fixed! Not sure if it’s my health fund, but there was a very big gap payment. I’ll continue to go here as long as appointments are available at short notice as I get called to work interstate at short notice and long term appointments don’t suit me.

Negative experience: My son has had his filling done and redone on same tooth two consecutive days there twice due to poor adhesion. There was no pain ever before on that tooth and we just went in as I saw cavity starting. He's currently in pain and the filling failed again within a month of visit - it has brown between tooth and filling, tooth floss gets stuck where that filling is. He is traumatized and doesn't want to go to the dentist again. Definitely wouldn't recommend for quality of work, but the doctor was really nice otherwise as a person. Update - another dentist confirmed poor workmanship and failed adhesion and now forming abscess under that tooth that will now need extraction. The doctor at 32 denies her mistakes and accused me of "screwing their reputation" and doesn't take any accountability for what she did. And they only called me once when I was at work after I left a review here, so that's a lie about checking how my son felt afterwards and me not responding.
