Fantastic experience: Heather is a very caring professional dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted last week which isn’t an easy experience however Heather and her lovely assistant Eden were wonderful. Heather’s clear explanation and caring approach was reassuring. I didn’t even feel the needles! Eden comforted me as the extraction was going on. I have already recommended Avenue Dental to work colleagues and would definitely recommend Heather in the future. Fantastic experience: Let's face it, going to see the dentist does not make anyones list of top five most pleasant things to do, most often its in the list of the most unpleasant things to do however, seeing Dr Chris turns all that on its head. He's such a nice person he immediately puts you at ease. Witty, funny and really, really good at what he does you can't help but feel you are in good and caring hands. Very well supported by Tanya assisting him and looking after the front of house, makes for a very, very pleasant experience. Bravo team Five Stars.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Tewantin and started seeing Heather. She saw me as an emergency first as I chipped my tooth and it’s the best work I’ve had done in a long time. In my follow up apt she did a full 3D scan with technology I’ve never saw before and based on the results recommended what work I could get done. I liked that she didn’t pressure me to do anything but it was great to know my options if I decide to do the treatments at a later stage. Highly recommend Heather and the team at Avenue Dental.

Fantastic experience: The very first time I went to have a consultation with Dr. Chris, I was put at ease immediately. He explained everything in great detail what he proposed to do and promised me no pain would be allowed during all treatment. Also his assistant Belle, was outstanding and very caring. My treatment with all the dental work from a great looking bridge, a beautiful implant of one of my front tooth, a crown and cleaning of the teeth, I was left in awe how Dr.Chris would finish the treatment only when he was 100% happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend Dr Shuyi Chen. She ensured that I was comfortable and had no pain. After completing the work she showed me photos of teeth where she recommended further work and explained the reasons why it should be done. For me, the reason I will go back to her is that after the numbness subsided my bite felt normal, so I didn't feel like I was chewing on just one side or wrong parts of my teeth.

X-rays, diagnosis, prescriptions, and pain relief advised, with the added bonus of x-rays being referred back to our regular rural dentist for further treatment on our return. Honestly I couldn’t have picked a better dental clinic. Their attention to detail is honestly second to none. They listened to all my issues & explained everything they needed to do without any technical wording ect. The first thing I noticed upon walking into the clinic, I was greeted immediately by their friendly receptionists whom were very friendly & polite. After my dental work, I even received a follow up call to hear if I had any concerns ect, which I’ve never had that before even after spending much more money at a different dental clinic that isn’t affiliated with this clinic, definitely goes to show spending more money isn’t always better.
