Negative experience: One of the nurses was really rude and lack of empathy, maybe she was tired or unhappy with her job. The facility has posters saying they don't tolerate aggressive behavior, but I guess she needs to read them every day. She wasn't paying attention to us at all. We told her what happened and then she just walked away. She didn't know how to establish a rapport with her patients. On the bright side, doctors were excellent.

Negative experience: This review concerns only one of the two telephone receptionists. Her behaviour on the phone was appalling and entirely unprofessional. She should not be answering calls or managing telephone appointment bookings.

Fantastic experience: We came here after a referral from Healthdirect Australia for my baby. I am so happy with all the staff we interacted with including the reception staff. The triage nurse was very friendly, kind and patient with our baby. Most of all we are grateful to Dr. Sahan N. who spent a lot of time going through the baby's health history and symptoms. He ended up recommending and referring us to a pediatrician which was a really sensible thing to do. Thank you Dr. Sahan for your patience and kindness!! The wait time to see the doctor was rather long give it was for urgent care referral, but I guess it can't be helped in a large clinic such as this.

Negative experience: NEVER EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL HUMILIATED. i have been coming to this clinic since i was a kid . and now the doctors have completely changed . i went doctor Danish Shojai to talk about my breast pain, breasts growing for no reason and rashes that i have been getting randomly. My mum even explained to her about the pain I’ve been going through for a long period of time ( roughly 2-3 years) All she told me was “you are just overweight .” i kept telling her my back is hurting due to my my breasts growing and i am not able to exercise. she still said “no. i will get you a dietitian“ when i kept telling her that she can examine my breast so she understands that im not overweight and that she could see my rashes , she said “i dont want to look at your breast.” I KEPT TELLING HER MY BACK HURTS. (keep in mind im only 16…) anyways, i went to another doctor . His name was doctor Wang or something but i think hes the owner . i told him about my condition and told him exactly what i told Dr Danish Shojai. INSTEAD.. he kept saying “My sons are so healthy and do exercise everyday. WELL ACTUALLY.. Your twice the size me when i see it ..” HE EVEN SHOWER ME PICTURES OF HIS SONS TO ME. so he saw i got abit disappointed and he told me to take off my jacket and he wanted to “examine” me . so i did and he just stared at my arms and DIDNT say anything . Honestly i felt so uncomfortable. I went to Dr Danish Shojai like more than 10 times about this and has done NO ACTION. After when Dr Wang saw me , i didnt eat food for 6 days as what he told me was stuck in my head. PLEASE DONT COME HERE . COMING FROM A 16 YEAR OLD ! DONT COME HERE.

Negative experience: Receptionist staff are rude and unprofessional. They show no empathy towards patients. New phone system should be purchased, as it's not working. Practice manager Lucy, doesn't follow up on feedback. Plain lazy staff. After visiting this centre for over 20 years will never go back, absolutely disgusting!!!! Dr Quach is a great doctor, who is professional, kind and caring towards his patients. Bridget is also lovely, caring and friendly.

Negative experience: Pathetic been going there for 6 years has been slowly going down last 3 years, recently had a traumatic work injury and have been unable to drive for 3 months go back today, just to get past from dr to dr with no actual help!! Tell me I should be on prolia for my osteoporosis (which they didn’t even pick up in my years of going there) despite numerous fractures… if your desperate enough to go make sure you stick with the one dr if their not in wait cos otherwise they just have the perfect excuse to palm you off!!!! Also reception very friendly BUT I sent all my hospital reports, surgeons letters and osteoporosis report in twice but still couldn’t get treated over the phone because my paperwork I emailed in hadn’t been uploaded!!!

Negative experience: Waiting time to see a doctor is more than 1.5 hours and it is ridiculous…rather go to hospital emergency then going here…all reception staff rude as always and few nurses as well…upon asking how long the wait is, you get yelled at and then laughed behind your back

Negative experience: I would say that when the doctor doesn’t have the capacity to see so many patients, they shouldn’t accept walk-ins and keep them waiting for over two hours without informing them. The reception staff are very arrogant and don’t know how to treat patients with care. This was my first and last visit to this practice.

Negative experience: Waited over an hour with 2 young kids just for a medical certificate for my son to be able to return to school tomorrow, advised a telehealth could be organised for tonight. No call and no one answering the phones even though I was calling well before the closing time so now I can’t go to work tomorrow because my son can not return to school! Very annoyed and very frustrating!!!

Negative experience: It opens at 8am. I went there before it opened and was the 4th person entered the centre. There were only 2 doctors listed as available Dr Khalid Etri who receptionist told me that he cannot see you because he sees his regular patients only. 2nd doctor was Muslema Alhtar who was not there as she comes by train and was running late. I asked receptionist again to see Dr Etri and she told me he sees regular patients only and in the mean time continued booking appointments for Etri over the phone but said no to me despite I was there and 4th person entered the centre when it opened. Worst experience.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND NURSE!! THEY SHOUT AT PATIENTS LIKE ME! AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST!! I am forced to give a star because I can't post this review if I don't. To be honest, this clinic does not deserve even half a star. The receptionist (I suppose she is Filipina) thinks she is owns the clinic. I came here for my GP appointment. Upon entering, there was no line and since all of them are looking at their computers, how should I know which one will accomodate me? I approached the receptionist in the middle. I didn't hear her say anything so I said "Hi. I am here to get my 2nd dose of vaccine." She did not look at me, which is fine. I waited for about 5 seconds and to my surprise this girl beside her shouted at me "I AM THE ONE TALKING TO YOU." Like girl, I didnt even know you are there. I mean, she told the manager that she had been waving to get my attention but nope, I didn't see that wave. So after she shouted at me I said calmly (Yes, I was still calm even after she shouted at me), "If you're mad, I can just leave." Her reaction, she partly rolled her eyes and shook her head. I have had enough but still manage to book my appointment. I even apologized to the busy receptionist (not the rude one) I was able to talk to the manager, who did not really do much but tell me it was all a misunderstanding. She said no one is at fault, even if the receptionist was extremely rude and unapologetic. So I guess, the complaint that I made would probably just go down the drain. Another incident in the same clinic: The young nurse who assisted me last August was so nice and calm. The older nurse (petite with a tattoo on her arm) was the opposite. I was talking to the young nurse just after my vaccination when this older nurse cut in and in a loud voice said "HEY IM TALKING TO YOU!" Umm, I have a name and it's on the paper you were holding right there. How would I know you are talking to me when I am talking to someone else and there are others in the area. Jeez, what is up with these people always shouting at me in this clinic? Zero patient care and customer service skills.

Negative experience: Very very bad experience totally non professional staff we have been visited for emergency services because my five year old son got injured we have been for emergency. Negative experience: This review is based on consults with Dr Wang. I have seen him 3 times and 3 times he has let me down. I want to ensure people are seeing appropriate Doctors especially if they are going there for a good reason as I was each time I saw him, each with a negative result and feeling disheartened. I find he is a very unhelpful Doctor. If you are looking for a caring professional Doctor he is not the one to see. There are plenty of other doctors there at RHMD.

Negative experience: Usually always come here to see Dr Hassan or Dr Govender but the wait times are atrocious every visit.. even for the simplest things. I understand it’s busy but waiting for 2 hours isn’t acceptable when you’re already feeling sick during your visit.

Negative experience: Been there my whole life and not a single problem. The one night i go to see my usual doctor, who wasn’t in. I was given a fill in doctor. Dr Yang Wang one of the rudest and impatient doctor that I have ever met. He was more worried about going home rather than treating his patients.

Negative experience: I have been a long term patient of Dr Quach, he has always been amazing however The receptionists on the other hand are disrespectful and have no concept of customer service, this medical centre used to have friendly staff at the front counter, now when you walk in staff are rude, far from even being helpful and very judgmental that laugh behind counters while looking at you, they show no kindness towards any customers, it’s definitely a place that you don’t feel comfortable walking into . I’ve been calling this medical center this past couple of weeks and customer service was absolutely rubbish Which is why I wanted put a review for a staff I spoke to over the phone today as For the first time that feels like forever I received such amazing customer service over the phone from a lady named Lois, she has been so helpful, she was very polite and very kind, and did her best to help me out in my situation ☺️

Negative experience: Been a long term patient here and Dr Vivian is amazing. The new drs they have bought in however pale in comparison. Been in 5+ times in the last month for my 4 year old with a cough runny nose and unwell. Was told to use steam, nasal spray and cough syrup. But with in a matter of minutes dr vivian had it organised for xrays and a different antibotics and turns out he has a lung infection. My child couldve ended in hospital because not one dr actually listened to me.

Negative experience: I usually see Dr Payam, who’s extremely respectful & professional. However, he wasn’t in at the time so I booked a phone consult with Dr Wang. Wang was incredibly rude, condescending & cut me off multiple times. He seemed off from the beginning of the call after I’d said hi & asked how he was- he ignored it & abruptly asked what he can do for me (maybe I got him on an off day). He continued to only get worse- he made assumptions as to what I was asking for & wouldn’t let me explain myself. I cut the call short as I specifically called about a mental health related problem (which I explained) & he only triggered me more rather than helping.

Negative experience: Dr. Wayne should probably have some training on how to properly talk to a patient. Given, there might be language barrier, it shouldn't be a reason to be rude and condescending to a patient. I had phone consult with him for my Daughter who we thought has Infection based on the result of UTI dip stick we did at home. I shares those details to Dr. Wayne, and his response was, "How do you know? Are you a nurse? I said we took the UTI test kit at home, and he seem to not know about that, asked me where did I get that. I was surprised he didn't know and proceeded to say those tests are not accurate. Fine, that might be true. He then sounded annoyed that I did a phone consult instead of bringing my daughter in person. I would have done that, if the reception person had said they don't do phone consult for UTI. When I called him out for sounding rude, he said he's not even charging me for the call and that he's not even supposed to work, so I'm lucky he's explaining things to me. I had to end the call as it was not going anywhere. Frustrating! Not the way a Physician should behave in person or otherwise.

Negative experience: For someone who worked as a medical receptionist few years back, it disgusts me to encounter the receptionist that i spoke today (looked like an indian lady). I understand that everyone can have a bad day, everyone can have a long day and just wants to pack up their bags and go home but if youre working as a medical receptionist - handling people who are ill, who are clearly not feeling well, please have some sympathy and atleast hear them out on what they are trying to say and not be dismissive. Clearly customer service is not the best forte of the receptionist of this clinic. It might be tiring, it might be annoying but dont be dismissive, dont be heartless, dont be passive aggressive on how you talk to the patients. Im not even sure if this feedback would even change anything or if the owners would bother making an action plan about this (unfortunately im not the first one to point it out). But hey worth a try i guess.

Negative experience: I have been a long term patient of Dr Quach, he is always great and deserves 5 stars for the effort/attention he gives to his patients. The receptionists on the other hand really need a workshop on how to speak with customers. The medical centre used to have friendly girls at the front counter, yet the last few years it's really gone downhill. Just had the most rude and blunt woman answer the phone. You can come here to see a good doctor but don't expect to have a friendly welcome from the receptionists..

Negative experience: This is the worst medical centre I've ever gone to. Unfortunately, both receptionists and doctors are incredibly unprofessional- and though I can overlook discourtesy from the former, it is unacceptable for doctors to act likewise. My health concerns have been dismissed without proper consideration or investigation far too many times. This is undeniably rude and invalidating, but the greater concern lies in the potential harm it poses- namely, delayed diagnoses and progression of untreated conditions. To be clear, I am sure this is not an accurate reflection of every medical practitioner working at this centre. However, I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere to avoid the experiences I had the misfortune of having at Rooty Hill Medical & Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: I went today to see the dentist Dr Kaur. She was great and very thorough She checked my teeth then suggested I have my teeth cleaned and further treatment next time I go. She also took xrays as well. And was able to give advice re my gap where I lost my tooth. She was good I recommend her and her dental assistant. Negative experience: The receptionist of filipino descent that’s sitting behind the reception desk as I write this review - why do you speak to people as if you are above them? You work behind a desk.. that doesn’t make you better than anyone else that walks through the front door of this clinic. Not only does this receptionist speak in the most condescending manner every time I see her but she had the audacity to walk to the back after I put my name down to laugh and giggle with her other colleague (lady of darker complexion).

I was seeing Doctor Rana and decided not to see him, I seen another doctor Doctor Sivalingum Govender. He had told me he refuses to take patients that have been seeing another doctor in the clinic! Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience at Rooty Hill Medical Centre. After being referred by one of their doctors to a specialist for surgery, the specialist advised me to return to my local GP (Rooty Hill Medical Centre) to obtain a long term medical certificate. The surgeon even emailed their post surgery assessment to the clinic for reference. However, when I returned, the referring doctor refused to provide the certificate, insisting that the specialist should handle it. The specialist clarified that this was incorrect and, to avoid further complications, referred me to Eastern Creek Medical Centre, where the doctor completed the assessment and provided the certificate without hesitation. It’s unfortunate that I had to go through this unnecessary back and forth. While I don’t like leaving negative reviews, medical centres have a duty of care to their patients, and this experience fell short of that standard. I hope Rooty Hill Medical Centre improves their processes to prevent similar situations for other patients in the future.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to give this beautiful young lady recognition named Fariya.. Out of all my 15 20 years there. She was the most lovely and funny pathologist who has taken my blood. So proffesional and efficient and makes your day because going to the doctors or getting your blood isn't the most fun. She did the most efficient procedure out of everyone I've had and so gentle !

Negative experience: Dr Haideri is a horrible doctor, she is slow, cannot speak up and on top of that refuses to see patients for more than 2 issues saying " i have already seen you for 2 things today, please come back another day and then we can look into this issue" in other words we need to come in another day and wait another hour and a half to get checked for somehting which we could have done today. Get your priorities right.

Negative experience: I'm looking for a new bulk billed surgery as I cannot afford where I have been going for years. Wasn't impressed with this surgery after waiting for hour and a half I was finally seen by a Dr Wong( not sure if he was a doctor) the equipment he had didn't work and he didn't check the issue I was having, gave me a script no explanation on what it's for. I also asked for a double script for a heart med I need but he told me he couldn't do that because I wasn't a regular patient? NOT IMPRESSED

Negative experience: Very bad experience, very bad management. Receptionists lie. Receptionists sent in people to doctors who came after me. I booked my appointment and receptionist said there are 3-patients before me so I sat close to doctor room. But actually 5-patients went to doctor before me. I asked the doctor, and the doctor confirmed that receptionists sent to 2-out of que patients before me. Doctor was also frustrated with the management and receptionists behaviours. I've experienced this twice with Rooty Hill Medical and Dental Centre.

Negative experience: The Admin girls at the front desk have no consideration and talk so load. It's a medical centre and I think they should have some respect for those who is waiting to see a doctor. Amazing doctors, therefore, it's a long wait to see someone. Now if you stay there for 45 - 60 mins, and listen to the front desks story of life, it'll be super annoying.

Negative experience: Honestly over the past 5+ years this place has gone down hill. I limited my visits ovet the last 5 years and vowed to never go back after the last time I went there about 6 months ago. The doctor didn't listen to me and dismissed everything I said. The wait times have gotten worse over the years and the receptionists are terrible, they never answer the phones.

Negative experience: I hope the management should do something about their receptionists and how they book patients. They need a better booking system and better front STAFF (someone who will do their JOB properly). This happened to us few times, (not only once but few times). On each occasion, waited for 2 hours to see the doctor only to find out that they didn't enter our names in the system. If we didn't ask after 2 hours of waiting, we wouldn't know that we are not in the computer and someone made a mistake not entering our details in to see the doctor. We never received any apology from the receptionists for their mistake. They then made us to wait again for long to see the doctor. Very disappointed service!

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Dr Salman Siddiqui for seeing my 86 year old Dad yesterday. My Dad said how very thorough and understanding the Dr was to him. As a family , both my parents have been to this medical centre and we are very grateful for the kindness of the nursing staff, the welcoming receptionists, the pathologists, and the few other doctors, ( one of whom is the owner), with a wonderful bedside manner, we have been lucky to see there. Thank you for being open on a Sunday and providing care for the local community, especially for my parents John and Gloria.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a negative rating. If you can't get a job anywhere in the world, this medical centre will make you a receptionist so you can lie on the face of patients/customers. I don't know how someone can face themselves in the mirror after lying. They said "we can't book you in with the dr as the dr will start in 30 minutes". 30 minutes later, while booking me as the patient, they told me that there are 3 patients before me. Upon asking how they got booked before me, they lied that they are telephone appointments while I saw all 3 patients walking in there infront of me. Apparently, they all were booked in by the ghost . Come on, we are not as dumb as you are. So bad to see drs have to rely on your poor customer service. What a shame. Attention Medical Centre Management, please take appropriatr actions before the patients report you to the regulatory authority.

Negative experience: Honestly the worst medical centre. Doctors who need to google side effects for issues. Not a great look. Also had a doctor who thinks it was ok to write on a medical certificate that hes not sure if im sick. When I clearly was . Felt he was concerned about his visa. Done a deal wirh insurance company and screwed me . Hopeless. Wouldn't go there unless nothing else open

Negative experience: Dr Rana Shariff needs to be medically examined professionally. In his “ professional opinion “ someone who is sick needs to come in after 7 days once they are sicker to get medication for treatment. In his “ professional opinion “ he won’t provide a medical certificate with a conditioned provided by another doctor from their medical practice. Dr Rana needs medical attention himself .

Negative experience: Waited an hour for a Doctor to then be told after an hour she just got back from training and now have to wait another hour for my son (2 yo) to see the doctor. I let the receptionist know I wasn’t told this otherwise I would’ve booked with a different doctor and I was told “it wasn’t me who told you”. The receptionist need to stop bitching about other staff & doctors, and focus on doing their job for their patients.

Negative experience: Wait times are ridiculous. I was told it's 30 minutes wait but I waited for 1 hour 30 mins. Some doctors are okay but my experience with Dr. Rana Sharif have been so bad. Shows no empathy. He won't ask you how you're feeling or how he can help you, he'll just look at you until you say something. Injured my knee at work and is currently claiming workers compensation. Dr. Sharif said he can't give me an updated Certificate of Capacity or give me clearance to go back to work which my Claim Manager and Physiotherapist both disagree in. They both said that my doctor is supposed to give me certificate of capacity. My experience was so frustrating I nearly cried in front of Dr. Sharif as I'm injured, can't go to work and he won't help me. My Claim Manager are currently organising a conference with Dr. Sharif as he thinks he does not know what he's doing and how workers comp claim works. Dr. Sharif was also meant to give me a Physio referral but he did not give me one. He does not care about his patients at all.

Negative experience: Not a very good experience, receptionist are rude and more interested in sharing jokes and laughing loudly rather than be respectful to the waiting patients. Look out for such behaviour and rate them accordingly.

Positive experience: If it were not for our family dr Dr Nguyen we would have gone eleswhere. The practise needs an overhaul from front desk to decor. And... it's now an Urgent care clinic.

Negative experience: It’s getting worse day by day the receptionists are very rough and they don’t know how to talk with patients at all I waited up 2 hours just to get seen by a Doctor. All this time the receptionist were busy talking with each other. i don’t recommend this place, no matter how close you are these guys aren’t worth your time

Negative experience: get told 30minutes to wait and over 1hr 30 minutes of waiting finally gets called with 5 patients in the waiting room the whole time with 3 drs on ,love to know what theyre doing if theyre only seeing one patient each in that time frame ,this place is getting beyond the joke .

Negative experience: It is getting bad to worse. I’m visiting this clinic for last 15 years and never seen this bad. Simply they don’t have enough doctors. They expanded the clinic but they didn’t get enough doctors to support the patients. Waiting 2 hours and constantly getting lied from reception- next is your turn. By the way I didn’t choose any particular doctor. I am happy to see the first available doctor.

Negative experience: If I could then I will give no star at all. Doctor told me that he will call me after the results but certainly he didn’t. This centre is doing a business not any treatment. All the front staff are completely useless and lazy.

Fantastic experience: The young receptionists here are doing a great job. They’re ushering a crowd of people during this busy Sunday and serving everyone with a smile. I noticed there’s a lot of elderly here and they’re assisting them patiently.

Positive experience: Long wait times but doctors are good. I see what people mean about the receptionists though, they get the job done but your tone is important when speaking to people and sometimes it just comes off rude.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. I normally don't do reviews but this is an absolute joke. These people advertised as open till 8.00pm. I turned up with my 7 year old at 6.55pm to find no one at the reception. Waited 5 mins to find someone just to hear we don't take patients after 7.00pm. If you only take patients till 7.00pm you shouldn't advertise as this place open till 8.00pm. This is false advertising.

Negative experience: I don’t usually post negativity online however our experience with Dr. Yang Wang is the worst. We came in for a check-up (fam is sick) only to be lectured about our child having screentime while waiting to be called. Also if your child is neurodivergent, don’t go to this doctor, he’s not the most neuro-affirming doctor you will ever experience. He loves to lecture patients (which is totally unrelated on the reason why we’re there) but when questioned, will just say that he studied in Romania and has been a doctor for 20 years ‍♀️

Negative experience: Shocking service. Can not fault the drs… Receptionist look there are to tired to talk to you… they dress like they have just come a gym session. They treat you like you don’t matter! I watched them turn away a mother and child last night because they were not taking any more appointments! Watched a certain minority of people walk in and be seen to… whilst the ppl that have been waiting forever. Listened to a receptionist liar to someone over the phone… sorry doctors but the front desk is shocking and spoiling your good reputation!

Negative experience: Worst medical center ever starting from reception to nurse. My request no one should consider to visit the emergency care of this center. Their is no such facility not sure who has allowed them to run emergency care.

Negative experience: Receptionist are very bad.. I have seen many complaints about them in the review and they are still same.. Being rude with patients, don't know how to speak, patients are waiting to chat with them but they seem busy giggling with colleagues.

Negative experience: With the medical side, never will i complain there amazing.! NOW LETS all go to the DENTAL side. For the past couple years wen Rootyhill Denatl when it was old 2008, i went to get my Tooth done Rootcunal they damaged it, it the end i had to get it pulled out. Last year i went to Dr Kaur dentist, got a Rootcunal done, its meant to be 3 sessions i almost had more then 4, why she hardly is there and at 1 time some other dentist had to clean it n fill it cause Dr Kaur was in India for a month. By that time becauee they weakend it my whole entire tooth fell out. I was crying so much i didnt know what to do, i went back to her and demanded my money back for the damages and didnt want to give it back, paid allmost over $900 she damaged my tooth and wont pay back, i went to Eastern creek Smileco Dental n im telling u there THE BEST..they take care of you...half of the Rootyhill DENTAL Patience all go there.. Warning to every1 dnt WASTE ur time Going to Rootyhill DENTAL there the worst..dnt go thru wat i went thru. Dr Kaur is the Worst !!! No wonder why its a bad Rating i bet its all coming from the Denatl side

Fantastic experience: Used the Urgent Care Service instead of ED for suspected fracture. All the staff were helpful and attentive, will definitely use this service again if needed. Thankful it was only a sprain.

Negative experience: Terrible waiting period. Mismanagement by receptionist. I was advised by the receptionist that 30 minutes is the waiting over the phone. I attended the medical centre at my lucnch break when there were only 4 people waiting, however I had to wait over 1 hour to see the doctor. Rude staff...

Positive experience: Dr. Wendy is very compassionate and gentle yet professional. She’s a young Dr which makes me feel like I’m talking to the older sister I never got. She’s also determined to find out what’s wrong in a very reassuring way. The first time I saw her she referred me to the hospital ED which made me worry and reassured me by saying ‘Don’t worry, okay? Let us Drs worry for you instead’. Another time she reassured me whilst I was crying by saying ‘it’s okay, you’re in a safe space’. She also increased my dose of antibiotics to 4x a day which the other Dr made only 3x a day.. the Dr in the Hospital also agreed that it should’ve been 4x a day like Dr. Wendy said. Overall, the experience you get from the clinic really depends on who you get. I’ve had some cranky receptionists in the past but I’ve also had some who saw I was in pain and sent me to the nurse in the back before seeing the Dr without me asking (which was a nice Nurse in my experience). I’ve had my blood taken and they’re very professional. Never been to the Dental area.

Negative experience: I did my tooth which needed filling, the filling fall right after 3 months. Didn't last, worse quality job was done. Look elsewhere for dentists and do not waste your time and money here.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional Indian nursing guy , who doesn't follow Queues and just call first the Indians first with vague explanations . I and my 2 young kids had to wait 2 hours with a fractured foot just for Vaccination and when it was our turn , He just disrupted the Queues and called indian which were last in Queues with no apparent clinical emergency. This made me missed my specialist appointment which was after that. Just wasted my half hour further !! On voicing my concern, He was so rude and unprofessional. Never had such a pathetic experience before. He should learn the basics manners of following Queues . Kindergarten has better manners than him!!

Negative experience: Rude attitude of staff. Need training. They would not take patients more than 1.25 hour before their closing time. Customer service is minimal.

Negative experience: Can someone please do something about these receptionists? So rude and unprofessional, they talk and laugh so loudly with no regard to patients, and not to mention act so entitled and condescending. This is what I notice everytime I come here. Aside from the lady with the headscarf, I think all the receptionists and some nurses need to be chastised on their appalling behaviour. I'm sure many would agree.
