Having been to dentists all over the world over a period of 65 years I can state the following with no hesitation or reservation. Dr Priyena Winterbottom is the most competent, caring. proficient and professional Dentist I have ever dealt with ever. Priyena explains everything from procedure to budget so there are no hidden landmines when you proceed with whatever complexity ensues. This is where the artist kicks in, virtually painless and the best dentist you will ever experience. Pryena will be my only dentist and I recommend her for everything dental, making the effort to have her as your Dentist will be a very good day you will remember. Not you average Dentist.

The staff are fantastic and genuinely care, and you're talked through a proper consultation process with explanations as you would often experience in most medical fields but is almost always lacking in dentistry. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Trent for the past two years. Before that,I went ten years without visiting a dentist due to previous terrible experiences. Trent has put my nerves at ease, taking time to explain what he is doing every step of the way. My teeth and gums have never felt so good and I am no longer full of trepidation before a visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr Trent is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is very understanding and sensitive to clients that are hesitant to attend a dentist after previous bad experiences. Explains what could, should or needs to be done. Very gentle chair side manner. My son had a dentist who wanted to send him for expensive tooth removal of ALL his wisdom teeth at a specialist dental clinic (thousands of $$). Dr Trent was able to remove the one tooth that really needed removal and confirm that the others could remain until they gave him trouble (if ever). There are other dentists in this clinic and I have no doubt that Trent has instilled on them the importance of giving the same quality of care. The clinic fees are as good as their service also. Definitely give Northside Dental Solutions a try.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Trent Davidson for around 5 years now and when I first saw him I had severe dental anxiety. Since seeing him regularly I have almost no dental anxiety at all. He is the most professional, thorough and genuinely caring dentist I’ve ever seen! He does everything he can to make sure you fully understand what is happening and accommodates to your needs. Not only this but he is so personable and makes you feel super comfortable. The reception team, particularly Lisa, go above and beyond to help and I always feel welcome when I visit which is so lovely when you’re nervous about your appointment! I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is and I genuinely can’t recommend Northside Dental Solutions enough. If you’re considering a new dentist, this is your sign to jump ship because you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Dr Trent is the best dentist I've ever had. He's gentle and obviously cares for his patients. He keeps you abreast of exactly what he's doing, shows you how your teeth are looking and gives advice before starting anything. You're always aware of how much the treatments will cost as well, which assuages any stress you might feel. He tries to keep the costs down as much as possible and won't pad out the quote with unnecessary work. Not only that but he is personable and has a great chat. He has a fantastic bedside manner. He also explains to his assistants exactly what's going on too, and unlike other dentists I've had he treats everyone with kindness and respect. The clinic itself is clean and comfortable and waiting area is kept spotless. The reception staff (well any staff) are all lovely too. You never feel rushed out the door and they let you know if the dentist is still busy so you're not sitting there wondering if you're forgotten (also an experience of mine at other healthcare providers). Cannot recommend highly enough.

I’m a nervous patient ( from a previous dentist ) but Trent and Jody took their time to make my visit as relaxed as possible .Tv on the ceiling , tea and coffee and nothing was a problem to them ,. All the staff I encountered were extremely professional and friendly (especially Ash who made me feel so at ease in the dentist’s chair, chatting about our shared experiences of speaking in other languages!). I was particularly impressed at Cassandra talking me through EVERYTHING she was doing to my teeth as she did it. Fantastic experience: I visited Northside Dental Solutions for a second opinion on some major dental work that I needed doing - and I’m glad I did. The other dental practice will go unnamed but after sitting down with Dr. Winterbottom, I felt she was much more thorough about the whole process I was looking getting done. She explained everything in great detail and took the time to address my concerns and listened and answered all of my questions. As someone who has always experienced high dental anxiety, I feel more at ease knowing that I’m in the hands of a dentist who genuinely cares about her patients. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental clinic I've been treated by in my life. Dr Cass has put every possible effort into ensuring I've felt nothing but comfortable and informed since the beginning. I'm quite an anxious person at the dentist and from the lovely receptionist all the way through my exam and procedure, they were so incredibly warm, and very conscious of my comfort and explained everything to the moment. I had a referral to a specialist but I wanted a second opinion and I'm so grateful I had the chance to be seen because the procedure was successful and I saved so much not having to see the specialist. They were very upfront about what possibilities there were, and gave me very realistic expectations. Dr. Pri told me the worst part would be the numbing and honestly, she was very right. 100% would recommend to anyone searching for a dentist. Their prices are very accessible too which is just the cherry on top! My whole family will definitely be moving to Northside Dentist Solutions.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Cassandra Peters 2 weeks ago for a general checkup and treatment plan, after not seeing a dentist for at least 3-4 years. From the moment I walked in the doors, throughout treatment and after I was so well cared for. The administration staff were so efficient, very lovely and genuine. Dr Cassandra Peters was so caring, gentle and compassionate and very knowledgeable. She was able to go through my treatment plan with me with costs and expectations keeping within my budget, everything was very seamless and transparent. A week after seeing Dr Peters my tooth pain got worse and she was able to fit me in same day for a filling which was great and unexpected and even called me to follow up on how I was going on the Monday, I then had more issues with a different tooth and called up the practice in tears(partially due to pregnancy hormones) Narelle answered the phone and was very comforting when I was a blubbering mess and was able to again fit me in with Dr Peters and that evening after my treatment I got a follow up call to see how I was feeling which was so lovely, not feeling like just a number. I am so thankful for the whole team at Northside Dental for caring for me. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for by a dental practice. It was such a pleasant experience and I would recommend this practice to everyone. If you have dental anxiety, if you’re worried about being judged because you haven’t seen a dentist in a while, if you just don’t like the dentist this place is the place to go! I won’t be going anywhere else.
