Fantastic experience: Called them up at 11:30am, they got me in within the hour. Dr Andrew was wonderful during the procedure, he had a very calm and relaxed personality which reduced my anxiety by a lot!! The procedure was super quick and painless to my surprise (2 wisdom teeth removed) and I was given very informative aftercare instructions with extra gauze in case it was needed Definitely recommend Dr. Andrew for all dental procedures, especially if you have severe anxiety!

Fantastic experience: I called in tears an hour before closing on a Saturday due to excruciating pain. Dr Andrew and Niru stayed late just to treat me. Customer service was amazing and even though they had to stay late on a Saturday evening just for me, they were pleasant, took time to explain and took amazing care of me. Will be back in the future!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into Pacific Smiles in Goulburn Square I could see why it had such positive reviews. From Reception to my treatment by Dr Andrew and his assistant Sam, I was made to feel relaxed and assured. After my dental examination of my cracked tooth Dr Andew informed me of the procedure he would take to ensure a positive outcome. There was absolutely no pain and I was relaxed throughout. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jyoti Kijurina was really kind and caring! She handled my daughter gently, made her feel comfortable, and explained everything clearly. Fantastic experience: Had a dental scale and polish done with Dr Jia and Matilda, and it was truly such a pleasant experience. I am normally very anxious at the dentist, but Dr Jia and Matilda were very gentle and patient in handling my teeth, and Dr Jia took the time to explain the interpretation behind the dental x rays that she took, and taught me the proper way to use dental picks and how to floss effectively. Overall a super good experience, and I left the appointment with a better understanding on how to care for my own teeth, and will definitely return when I am next due.

After losing a filling the day before a long weekend, the team fit me in on their lunch break to get the problem sorted before they finished up for the break. I’ve had a scale and clean with x-rays, three fillings in the one appointment, which was pain free and today I treated myself to a zoom whitening appointment. Fantastic experience: I had my bottom right wisdom tooth removed by Dr Domadias in under 1 hour today. He explained the procedure beforehand and continued to check in with me during the extraction. I was very nervous but he let me listen to my favourite music to calm my nerves and give me something to focus on. Excellent aftercare instructions from the Dentist and lovely receptionist. I will definitely recommend Pacific Smiles Goulburn to my family and friends

Fantastic experience: I have just had the best dental experience of my life! Dr Jia Xin Quek at Pacific Smiles Dentist in Goulburn is incredible. 2 teeth extracted in 1hr and half. No pain. And they were tough to extratct. Back teeth on either side. Didn't want to budge. The team worked well together Dr Andrew advised and nurse was right on the job. So pleased with everything AND they were able to see me straight away which was a miracle. Highly recommended. And the reception staff just top off and great appointment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. As I’m getting older, I’m getting more anxious and needing the dentist more often which isn’t a great combination but Andrew from Pacific Smiles Goulburn (Centro Mall) was incredible. Was recommended to us by a few work colleagues and a relative who only had glowing reports and my visit (and my husband’s last week) did not disappoint. I’ve been to most dentists in Goulburn and he outshone them all 1,000 times over. He was super patient, super gentle, super kind and brilliant at his job. First time I haven’t cried at the dentist in many visits. Price was on par with others in the area and it was easy to get an appointment. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist I have been too, kind, considerate and patient with me considering I'm very difficult to do work on I felt very calm and safe with both dentists and will never go elsewhere just adding to this review that Dr Andrew is absolutely amazing I had really bad teeth and he has fixed them all and I can with confidence eat food and not worry or not get pain or even when my tooth broke off Dr Andrew managed to make me a new tooth at a fraction of the cost of a implant he is amazing all the staff here will look after you with so much care since doing this review i have to add i have had alot of work done since then and could offer a more honest review this team at pacific smiles are one in a million the most lovely team there is they. Gave me the most beautifull flowers at my last appointment and dr andrew thanked me for trusting him to do all the work I am so appreciative that I found pacific smiles and met Andrew i am confident anyone that has him do work will feel the same way well done to this practice they are a what all dentists should be a place you feel welcomed and appreciated and can trust you will be taken care of on the highest level.

Dr. Jyoti Kijurina who took care of me, was incredibly kind and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Fantastic experience: I had all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Andrew Domadius in the chair. Whilst the procedure was a little more full on than expected, I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Dr. Domadius took breaks when I needed them. He was patient, professional and thorough. I had no complications post-procedure. I re-attended the clinic on two occasions for complementary follow-ups. Overall, I was really impressed with the process and I would recommend the practice, and Dr. Domadius.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here. Dr Andrew took out my wisdom tooth. Once the anesthetic wore off there was little to no pain, unlike the horror stories I hear about wisdom teeth. Very skilled.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Andrew Domadius and Pacific Smiles Dentistry. I had suffered from huge lumps in my mouth for 11 months. I had been referred to a surgeon for removal however it was a huge wait time. I then checked with a local dentist who advised there was nothing that could be done. I had done some research online and found that dentists could perform this surgery however they were in Canberra and Sydney. Walked into Pacific Smiles one afternoon after to enquire if they could help. I was booked an appointment the next day for Dr Andrew to look at these lumps. He diagnosed the lumps and removed them within that ONE appointment! He advised me of the cost (which was very reasonable) to which I agreed. Within seconds he was pulling out the required tools to perform the surgery. I didn’t realise he was going to do it then and there which was amazing as I have never been to a dental surgery where a dentist performs treatment on the same day. Dr Andrew showed me a video of the surgery prior to performing it. He was absolutely amazing. He followed up to see how my recovery was going. I have now permanently changed dentists and don’t regret it.
