Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Dr Stera, and all staff members. Dr Stera examined thoroughly and explained while looking at the X-ray. As well as that, she politely advised how I should care my teeth and gums. All staff members are friendly and kind. I'm very happy that we have Hammondville Denatal close to our suburbs! :)

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Stella today, and as a recurring client of hers, her attention to detail and knowledge is amazing. She demonstrates patience and care, all whilst receiving treatments. The practice is clean and inviting, would highly recommend. I recently had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Kenny, and I was so impressed by his care and cleanliness, explanation of pre and post procedures while completing this. Cannot fault them at all!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kenny and the team at Hammondville Dental were absolutely fantastic with our 10 year old additional needs son. Could not recommend the team highly enough, what was looking like a potentially disastrous and highly stressful activity which we are so used to and having to avoid at all costs, turned into an absolute breeze and could not have gone any better. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist isn't usually something to look forward to—unless you’re seeing Dr Kenny and Dr Stella. I’m currently undergoing a long and rather complex dental procedure (Maryland bridge, anyone?) and what could have been a terrifying ordeal has actually turned into a reassuring and oddly pleasant experience. Their professionalism is matched only by their kindness and calm demeanour. Honestly, I’ve never met a nicer dentist couple—and I’ve met more dentists than I care to admit. They explained everything with patience and clarity, put my mind at ease, and delivered excellent treatment every step of the way. Intelligent, capable, and refreshingly human. Their whole support team—the nurses and receptionist—are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which is sadly a rare thing these days. You get the sense that customer care isn’t just a checkbox here, it’s a culture. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m proud to call them my dentists. Highly recommend. Painful things shouldn’t be this pleasant—but I’m not complaining.

Fantastic experience: If you're scared of going to the dentist like me fear no more,this place is amasing I had an infected wisdom tooth. Xray was done and then the procedure. Fantastic experience: Didn't want to review until I had had more than the one new patient check up. Honestly, it has been my best dental experience ever and I have tried around 6 different dentists and practices over the years. (I kept putting off going since I never had a great time). Saw them for my check up, after also having a check up at my previous dentist a week earlier. It became obvious my last dentist was money grabbing with a lot of 'fillings' I didn't actually need. But Dr Stella, thoroughly explained everything, looked over everything, and in the one (yes only one from 6+!!) tooth, she had begun work, had been transparent, clear, and excellent at helping me make an informed decision. Same with Dr Kenny, as they will soon both be working with me for an extraction and implant. He took his time explaining everything and they had a very thorough service plan. I think I have found myself a new dentist practice, who I am not concerned about going to! They have also been great with my daughter when I have had no choice but the bring her along to two different appointments! Very kind and kept an eye on her playing with all the toys they have during my procedure. She's excited to get her check up this week!

Fantastic experience: First time at Hammondville Dentist for our daughters first dental appointment. We had the most amazing experience. Little miss got to play for a little bit and be really comfortable before meeting the dentist who was so lovely and welcoming. We got to select a favourite TV show that was playing as we came in. Little miss sat on me and we loved how every step of the process was explained and shown to her which meant she responded really well and had a fun visit. Thank you and we wil definately be back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I have a filling that kept trapping food, which was checked and refilled multiple times by many different dentists. Still, everytime I eat meat, food would get stuck and my gums would swell. Im so glad I finally found a dentist who fixed this ongoing foodtrap filling issue! The filling system they use, the amount of time and care they took, was just so dedicated. They took before, during and after-photos of their whole procedure, so thorough. It took me 7 years to finally find a good dentist who fixed this ongoing annoying issue. You can imagine how relieved I felt! From the dentist, nurse, front desk... I feel they work happily and well as a team. Such a modern, professional and high quality clinic!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was initially nervous to go to the dentist. The dentist made her feel at ease and talked her through everything that was going to happen. My daughter has made it clear that it is the only dentist that she will go to.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Doctor Felix and Doctor Kenny. I have had two extractions. So far I have had 2 visits. I have never been to Hammondville Dental but I wish I had found them sooner. Super Professional,Super Friendly from the front desk to the procedure and very thorough in making sure they find the root cause of any dental issues(pardon the pun). I did not even feel any part of the extractions of both teeth and will now be going to Hammondville Dental regularly. Thank you Hammondville Dental

Negative experience: Clean but small facility, very presentable, great technology, friendly staff, but the actual dentistry is non existent. I recently went here for a clean and took my daughter for a clean who has braces, my consultation which included x-rays was about 25-30 minutes, I thought it was going okay, but then during the clean I noticed it was very quick, there was no polishing with a brush and no flossing at the end and no mirror to show you the clean as my past dentists of 35 years have done. The chair does not have anywhere to spit either, strange. I would probably rate my experience as a 3/5 until I came home and inspected my teeth, I still had the same build of of plaque behind my bottom row, this has in the past been removed by almost every dentist I've ever had, this was the first time ever the build up was still visible. My daughter went in right after me for the same clean minus the x-ray, she was in for a total of 8 minutes, which she says felt more like 4 minutes, I literally went next door to pick up some bread and my daughter was exiting the room, I said 'is that it? that was like 5 minutes', the dentist replied 'yup all done'. I have no idea how this business has so many 5 star reviews, maybe the people have such a fear of going to the dentist, they're just happy to be in and out faster than a McDonalds. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, I've waited longer for a coffee than I did for my daughter to get a 'scale and clean'.

Fantastic experience: Went and seen Stella and Kenny to have a wisdom tooth extracted, after arriving home, had no pain and did not need any painkillers, no swelling and felt great the next day. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Dr Kenny and his team are young, professional and put patients first. The practise is clean and modern with even a TV screen playing Brookyln 99 to to pass the time whilst in the chair. I called around various practices in the area saying I was in severe pain only to hear that its Friday afternoon and they are closing up. Not what you want to hear when in pain. Only Hammondville dental were happy for me to come in and sort me out even despite the time. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Upon entering the clinic for the first time, I was greeted by lovely staff who helped me fill out all necessary forms that were required! Dr Kenny Tieu was the dentist that took care of me that day at the clinic; explaining to me thoroughly what the current status of my teeth were like, and what was required to get them back to top condition! (this included multiple x-rays and a very thorough clean). All in all, everyone at the clinic made the whole process very easy! (Note: there's a TV above the dental that plays Simpsons episodes for those who get a bit worried at the dentist - lovely personal touch).

The facility is amazing with a tv on the ceiling for the kids to watch while they’re being looked after, and full xray (the rocket ship, kids love it!!) Staff and dentist were all so patient and kind to my sensory kid and even though he was still hard to deal with, we managed a filling and were able to get it done fairly quickly considering the challenges. Seriously amazing and I definitely recommend
