Fantastic experience: The dentist i saw was wonderful. I explained how I have agoraphobia with the dentist telling me that if I felt nervous to make a sign and she would stop straight away. Before the dentist started they asked me a series of questions to get a good idea of work that I might need done and if I was feeling any pain on that day. The assistant that she had with her was very nice as well. Both of them explained everything that they were doing along the way making being there a great experience. If you struggle to pay for the dentist work all at once they do accept Afterpay...

Fantastic experience: It was good dental service, by chanced i was given immediate filling treatment right after I called for appointment and the good thing I didn't even pay any money itwas my heallth fund shoulder it and the gap was a bunos to me by The Dentist Dr. J Abdul.. Highly recommended for dental and staffs service.

Thanks for all her hard works. She performs well with her assistant, they become one person. For instance, I need to get an implant. Hope it becomes my real tooth when missing.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to thank Bonnyrigg Dental Surgery for their great services. Dr Nada Khaled does an excellent job and is very competent as makes sure she gets every nook and cranny cleaned. It's also reassuring that she talks you through the process and explains what is happening in detail. Ashley is also a great assistant and the receptionist are very welcoming. Overall, as a long time patient of Dr Abdul Ghaffar, I enjoy the services of the Practice and will definitely recommend to others.

Negative experience: I got my crown done from Dr Maliha Pradhan and she managed to do such a terrible job. She hit a nerve and I was in constant excruciating pain i couldn’t sleep and eat. I returned to let her know I’m in so much pain and she handled it very unprofessionally she didn’t believe me and we got into a big argument. I went to another dental surgery to redo the crown and they did such a great job and now I’m pain free. I have proof of both invoices and I have a report of her terrible work so you know I’m not making this up. I highly recommend avoiding Mahila Pradhan

Negative experience: Unprofessional & uneducated. My dad went in for a normal CLEAN and came out with extreme pain in both sides of the teeth. Pain extended for days & ended up going to another dentist who ended up taking my dads TEETH OUT because the young lady didn’t know how to simply CLEAN TEETH. Who hired this lady who doesn’t know how to simply CLEAN teeth? Imagine going to the dentist to get your teeth clean and end up having to take out a tooth because someone mangled it. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Negative experience: I called up the receptionist told me between $145 and $250 for a filling it took 20 minutes unwillingly got me to do X-rays even on the opposite side of my filling which I didn't need and then charged me $275 I asked the question so what do you get for $145 and they couldn't answer I will never come here again

What I really appreciate is the conservative nature of this practise, i.e. no up-selling or recommending expensive treatments/procedures unless there really are no other options. For this reason and their quality of work, they have my full trust and recommendation.

My son was very nervous about his first check up but she was so calm and relaxed, explained everything so clearly in child-friendly terms and followed his pace. Shida was able to clean his teeth without any dramas at all. He smiled from start to finish and will happily say yes whenever we ask if he’d like to go back to the dentist. Fantastic experience: 25/2/20 was my routine teeth cleaning visit to BDSurgery. BDS's standard of service at the reception and the hyegenist was 5xstar plus, again. This was the high level care and best possible experience one can exoect and receive but only few such practices. From a detailed initial exam to completion of cleaning, each step was explained with meticulous application of techniques and best technology available. People skills of the professionals and the support staff at each level were polite, confident, friendly. This service thrives on people friendly, unurried, easy going, flexible, informative and honesty as their best practice principles.
