Fantastic experience: Had a crown fitted to a tooth today and was extremely nervous, as I always am while visiting the dentist. It wasn't fun but I give 5 stars as everyone did a brilliant and professional job.

Negative experience: My grandson attended there today...the treatment he received was down right atrocious...even from the receptionist... they could not care less... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE...

Negative experience: Wisdom tooth extraction on the Friday. Ended up in hospital on the Saturday night on an Iv for serious infection and pain. Attended dentist on the Monday after hospital discharge. Got told dry socket. No pain relief given. No antibiotics given. The after care is quite poor! Will not return. Ever!

Fantastic experience: I've left a review before (a few years ago) but thought I'd update. I now see Dr Kim. He's very calm and tells you what is happening each step of the way (like Sam)... It's good for us anxious folk. I've seen Dr Kim a few times and each time has been a good experience with his work, no issues after leaving the surgery. I also like that he doesn't talk you into doing unnecessary work. The pricing is also reasonable. Thanks for not taking all my money, Dr Kim

Fantastic experience: I had to get a crown, and Dr Steve explained that it would take two appointments on the same day. I went in the morning for the preparation, which took about an hour and returned mid afternoon for the crown to be fitted and fixed. I was very pleasantly surprised that the crown is made in the rooms, and not sent away to Sydney so it was all done on the same day. And the price was very reasonable! Receptionist Aleesha, and Nurse Sarah were both caring and patient with answering my questions and Dr Steve was very kind and considerate, and of course he fixed my tooth. I highly recommend this state-of-the-art practice.

Fantastic experience: I walked in petrified… the staff there were amazing and soon put me at ease. It didn’t feel like they were just doing their job but actually cared and empathised about my fear. I have more work to be done but will not fear it like I did. Many thanks to the ladies that dealt with not only the physical issues at hand but the psychological hurdles that I had with visiting the dentist. They were not just professional. They were lovely people and I am very thankful..

Fantastic experience: Had to have my wisdom tooth pulled out and have never had any prior tooth pulling experiences. Steve pulled my wisdom tooth out and did a very good job. I was in and out within 20 minutes and pain free. Very happy with my experience and the staff are also lovely. Nice and clean and was a lovely space.

Negative experience: UPDATE: experiencing pain and insomnia 6 days after operation, receptionist Chloe said I couldbe seen if I updated my review so here.. - Dr Kim was great and prescribed pain medication and immediately informed me of the problems, Chloe is a pretentious maggot that said they couldn't do anything if Panadol didn't help and an extraction is meant to be painful. 2 doctors and a pharmacist said I should've been given pain killers on the day, and I have more medical knowledge and experience than you. Steve Ham is also useless and did not give me any care information on the day of the extraction. Wisdom tooth extraction; Staff were very nice but no aftercare instructions or post-op pain relief provided. Whenever the drill was used I was told "just some noise". Just say it's the drill, you didn't give me enough gas to become analgesic anyway, waste of money

Fantastic experience: I had pain in a tooth that had a defective filling in January, 2024. It turned out the tooth needed to be removed. Dr Kim fit me in for an appointment at short notice and performed the operation, and he was extremely gentle and there was very little pain, much less than I have had at other dentists. He and his staff were very nice and friendly, and did a great job of explaining everything as they went. I would highly recommend the team at East Tamworth Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and nurses did a great job wit my daughter. My daughter was a bit of a drama queen so made it much harder to get the job done. But they were very patient wit her and explained what was going to happen next.
