Fantastic experience: Dr Daphne is amazing!! Super friendly and knowledgeable. The underwood team is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with this practice and especially Dr. Daphne. My dentist actually notices problems, and informs me of the problems before they become big problems, unlike the last practice I went to. I'd much rather pay for a small problem than a big one. They take photos before, during and after the procedure, and will show you the work that has been completed, and areas you need to pay attention to.

Fantastic experience: Daphne and Christine are a great team. They are very welcoming and take the time to ensure you are feeling comfortable. Daphne is articulate and knowledgeable which makes discussing options very straightforward. You’re in great hands with them. They are a great addition to your oral hygiene habit.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with today's appointment. They are all about making money. We told them that it was just a check up not cleaning. They made us feel like we are doing something wrong for not opting for cleaning. The minute the receptionist came in and confirmed (in a whisper to the dentist) that we had balance on Medicare the dentist started suspecting cavities and got us to do x-rays. Then another person came in and said the appointment after us got cancelled so they wanted to extract as much money out of us (medicare) as possible so they got cleaning done as well. Highly disappointed!!! Don't want to go there again. They have lost our trust by the way they approached our appointment this morning, 08.07.25. In response to your comment below, my husband consented to the cleaning because the dentist made him feel like he was doing something wrong by not opting for cleaning immediately. I have been taking my son everytime and I do not opt for cleaning, the dentist is aware of that. This time my husband took our son and he was made to feel like it was a crime to go for a dental check up and not get teeth cleaned. That is what has made us lose trust in this dental practice. If want you want to give us call we are happy to give you our side of the story.

I am amazed by the elegant, hotel-like interior - everything is aesthetically designed and immaculately clean, making each visit feel super relaxing. The entire team of dentists is incredibly kind, caring, and highly experienced. They always take the time to explain what they do - and the seem to enjoy doing what they do! Also, they got steady hands too!! Everyone here is friendly and attentive, always greeting you with a smile and genuinely listening to your concerns! They also do veneers and aligners! Negative experience: Called today to book an appointment for my kids. First call, held for a few minutes before someone came on the line and asked me to hold. 8 minutes later I hung up. Called back, again, held for a bit, this time someone (named sheetha I think), answered, took a few details and then asked me to hold again. After 5 minutes I hung up again. Called a third time, was asked to hold again, without even waiting for an answer, was put on hold. I hung up. The ever optimist in me called for a fourth time, same thing, but this time I said no, I was having enough trouble getting anyone to pick up the phone after putting me on hold and I'd rather go somewhere else if she wasnt able to take my call, to which I was told, yes, I should. Not sure if the owner realises how their business is being run, but they might like to check why admin is having such a hard time doing their jobs.

Fantastic experience: Have always enjoyed going to the dentist, only because they make it such a comfortable and great experience. Dr Ben Thai always looks after my teeth, and helps me be proud of my smile!!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE my new smile! Since the first appointment with Dr Amos, he assured me that he could fix my teeth within a 18 - 24 month time frame, he definitely kept that promise. I chose to do the Spark aligners and found them comfortable and effective and am soooo happy with the end result. Every appointment check in was easy, whether it was for new trays, button placements, progress checks - the team at Underwood Dental Care were always a delight to work with. If you are looking to transform your smile, I highly recommend an appointment with Dr Amos!

Negative experience: Website and Google states closing time as 6:30pm but in the clinic was told 5pm, made an appointment based off the advertised time for a root canal only to be told that it couldn’t be done as there wasn't enough time!.. What an absolute waste of my time, made sure to have no other commitments for the afternoon just to be disappointed, no one bothered to call and tell me that they couldn’t accommodate my request, Clinic even confirmed appointment via text message, no care factor for clients time but certainly didn’t forget to bill my private health insurance. Had I known I wouldn’t have wasted my time going to the clinic as nothing I needed got done. Most of the time was spent doing up a quote rather than fixing my issue. Would not recommend, go elsewhere if you are time poor. Hopefully communication improves for the sake of others. Bring on the generic spiel…useless!

Fantastic experience: Dr Wong’s knowledge, skills and professionalism are impressive. I particularly liked how Dr Wong has explained everything in a very clear way that I could understand - issues with my teeth, various options, and pros and cons of each option. Now I have an implant that looks and feels like my own, a very good one. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in well over a decade, which required a fair bit of work to be done. Dr Ben from underwood dental care has been a really great dentist. Takes the time to explain the procedures, and does the work well. Ive had many fillings completed, as well as as a root canal and a crown. All the completed work has been done to a very high standard. Oh, and they make their crowns in house, so no need for a double visit.

Fantastic experience: It had been a while since I’ve seen a dentist. But I’m very happy that I found Underwood Dental Care. Within a month they had me in for four appointments, Dentist Daphne came up with a plan for all the work I needed done, explained it so I could easily understand my options. Every appointment was quick and easy. (As easy as the dentist can be anyway) I’m very grateful for the work the team has done for me. Highly recommend

The hygienist Kim is very gentle and thorough as well as an extremely nice person. All the staff that I have had contact with would certainly help you if you require a fairly urgent appointment. Fantastic experience: I saw Daphne after breaking a tooth and fearing I would have y To have it removed immediately. I was given thorough care with X-rays, a variety of tests to check the feasibility of the tooth which showed it could be saved. It was a complex task, but done so incredibly well. The results were really miraculous. This is a highly professional dentist. Thank you for your skills.

The clinic is warm and inviting with very polite and friendly receptionists and dental assistants. I’ve been going here for years and would drive across town for them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Underwood Dental with my 5 kids for over 10 years now. I’ve personally been there 8 times this year… Crown, filling, gum recession treatment, abscess treatment, general cleans. They are always on time, very professional, and every service is to the highest quality. I would highly recommend. Just had my teeth cleaned with the new EMS Air Flow machine. GAME CHANGER!!! No pain or sensitivity, no high-pitched noises, no need to get numbing gel or needles before the clean (my teeth are highly sensitive). Going back in 3 months for another clean!!!

Fantastic experience: I put off going to the dentist due to a traumatic experience as a child. Suffering with terrible tooth ache for a couple of months, I reluctantly booked in at Underwood Dental Care. I highly recommend them - from the initial call to Reception staff and the Dentist who saw me at short notice I was put at ease. I was told what needed to be done and booked in for my treatment. I had my next visit with Daphne who is not only gentle and calming in her manner and approach but very comforting and sensitive to my angst.

The front desk are also extremely pleasant they help guide you through the steps of what may be needed for your dental care in the very near future. (Nothing is too hard for them to help you with) I cannot praise them enough. As we all know very well that it is much harder these days to receive the care and attention we all need. Dr Kim is knowledgeable and well trained dentist - she took the time to provide a thorough explanation of my son’s diagnosis and what procedure she’s going to perform. I had visited three different dentist who advised me that my son needed to go under general anesthesia to extract his tooth, however Dr Kim was able to perform the procedure with local anesthesia. The clinic even performed perfect follow up the following day to ensure all was well. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone but especially those looking for a paediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly impressed with Ben’s work! I went in looking to get a wisdom tooth removed, where he had an inspection, we took an X-Ray and we discussed our options - didn’t feel like he was pressuring me either (I decided to take it out). Upon administering anaesthetic Ben was able to extract my tooth in under 10 minutes painlessly! Overall I was in and out of the clinic in 30 minutes. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Underwood Dental Care with Dr Ben Thai for many years, but only writing a review now. Why? I just had 2 wisdom tooth taken out in under 15mins from entering the clinic - and completely painless. That's a 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Possibly the best Dental practice i have been to. The Male dentist is extremely proffessional/Knowledgeable in regards to tooth extractions. Not only that, both he an the other staff there were very friendly, respectful an polite. Most of all, i was called in a few minutes after my appointment time which i was very happy with. Price was reasonable aswell, extraction went smoothly an staff were genuinely concerned to call back to see how i was doing. Simply excellent
