Fantastic experience: I highly recommend One smile Knox. Dr Rabbia is first class, the best dentist there is. She did a great job on my recent dental surgery with minimal pain. You can tell she takes her dentistry seriously and with passion, not just another client coming through the door.

Negative experience: Got wisdom tooth pulled out , didn’t get provided any antibiotics originally , followed recommended guidelines, came back 2 days later in massive pain was then given anti biotics and told to hold off on going to hospital. 1 week later still in hospital as a result with serve pain and face swelling .

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist - i think most would agree it's not the most fun thing to do! BUT I had such a great experience with Dr. Marianne Chua from OneSmile Knox! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Not only did she provide excellent dental care, but she also went above and beyond by offering advice for my neck pain, migraines, and jaw clicking from grinding my teeth. I wasn’t expecting that kind of holistic support at the dentist! She even gave me the contact details for a chiropractor she personally recommends. You can tell she truly cares about her patients’ overall wellbeing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr James Kwong is very good. He explained everything step by step. I had 2 implants, a bone graft and a couple of extractions in 2021 as my teeth needed lots of work. I had an emergency this November 2024 whereby my implants had come loose and he got me in asap and sorted the problem. I am a very satisfied customer. I will travel from regional Victoria to see him.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend a dentist any more than One Smile Knox. They have supported my family over the years, but I’ve had a major fear of dentist for decades, so I never considered my own dental needs. Until some excruciating exposed root pain last week. I went from sedatives, attempting to walk through that sliding door over phobias, to finally being eased into the process and only assurance and calm surrounded me. Arlene had me from the consult chair to, “why am I sliding in this dental chair with sunnies doing a very simple check of everything?”. She was very helpful allowing me decide part of the process if we needed to pause. Then I got an email saying they could give me a cancellation for this wknd instead of Tuesday. I was a wreck! But Donald was amazing taking me in and he was so calm. And comical! This wonderful team from start to finish hands down, gave me back my freedom from anxiety of dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I visited today . I suffer anxiety and I had every worse case story in my head because of one sore front tooth. The dentist today and his assistant burse were so encouraging and gave me so much kindness. Thank you. I just needed a clean and scale and no problems. No pressure to get xrays. I made my next appointment bc they made me feel safe and gave me a moment to breathe through my clean

Negative experience: "They made me wait for 40 minutes, then told me the dentist was stucking with emergency appointments, and I need to wait even longer, without knowing until when. Worst service ever, not going back anymore

Fantastic experience: By far the best experience I've had with a dentist. Emergency extraction of infected rotten rear molar. Dr Zen or Tsen I think his name was, and he is an utter credit to the profession. So accurate with the anaesthetic, didn't even feel like numb face or mouth, it was just the tooth that was being pulled out that I couldn't feel. Like AT ALL. I legitimately asked him, oh what, are we done already? And that's with the tooth coming out in 3 pieces. Like it was really bad tooth. Am still in amazement at how smooth it went. This is my tenth tooth extraction, and by far the best. I have found my new dentist for life.

Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Jocelyn about a week ago. Dr Jocelyn (and the dental assistant) did a phenomenal job! Though I was anxious going into the appointment, Dr Jocelyn did a great job explaining what was happening, had a very calming bedside manner and checked in throughout regarding whether I needed a break. Even after the local anesthesia wore off, I experienced little-no pain and the healing process was super smooth. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Alvin Shee is highly recommended, very good skills.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. I took my daughter here as she had a swollen face and was in terrible pain. The dentist said she had an infected wisdom tooth and proceeded to inject and clean the area, whilst my daughter was in tears. Dentist stated that the tooth would have to be removed but the infection was too severe to do at this time. Dentist stated that it would take up to 2 weeks for the infection to cease. Gave us a couple of options of surgeons which were 3 month wait periods. We asked for pain killers and she was crying and in so much pain. He stated keep taking Panadol and neurophine I found my own surgeon as after we got home she continued to vomit all day. The surgeon saw us today and stated that the tooth should not have been tampered with and the extraction will occur in 4 days. Also prescribed her pain killers and anti nausea medication!!!!

Fantastic experience: My 12yo Daughter has had bad experiences at another but we tried One Smile Knox on recommendations from a Friend. My daughter had an amazing experience at One smile loved it and wants to come back. Love the way they treaded her and spoke and explained everything to her. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the professionalism and understanding with which Rachael O’Brien of One Smile Knox, pursued my claim with my health provider. Insurance companies as we know, are notorious in giving us the runaround & had initially declined payment on a few redeemable item codes of significant expense. Rachael took the initiative to email & explain the claim to my health provider and continued to follow up over nearly 2 months to ensure my rightful reimbursement. I applaud her customer service, as it exceeded my expectations!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mohamed is an absolute legend! He is friendly, professional and absolutely amazing at what he does. He redid my 10+ year old root canal and managed to save my existing crown. I’m extremely happy and grateful for his awesome work. The staff at One Smile are also extremely helpful and friendly!

Negative experience: Despite my whole family has been loyal client for many years with One Smile, we had a terrible experience. My son had a broken teeth in a basketball game, I called OneSmile about the situation and was told to come in as an emergency and one dentist will attend my son asap. What happened was that we waited for 40 minutes while my son had been in terrible pain and crying. The receptionist who took my call was on break and other receptionists didn't seem to understand what is emergence and told me many times that no guarantee when my son will be checked while many customers were served while we waited. I understand if we booked a normal appointment, but we came as emergency which should be served as priority. IF YOU CAN"T PROVIDE EMERGENCY, DON"T SAY It and let people know over the phone beforehand, we can call other dentists and wouldn't have to suffer. Terrible Service.

Negative experience: It is my first time to meet Dr Zhen zeng to do the teeth cleaning and it is painful and horrible. The first beginning there is no disinfection and tropical anesthesia for teeth and no polish at the end. In the midterm, I have to get up to clean my mouth several times. And it is so terrifying cuz my teeth is keep bleeding but the doctor says it is normal. I am not happy for this experience and don’t want to come back again.

Fantastic experience: After 11 years from going to dentist due to past experience, I had a broken tooth that needed URGENT attention. I researched and receive amazing reviews for here. I sat in my car for 15 mins (with anxiety) before walking in to make appointment and now I wonder why. Reception staff (Shelby) was amazing, caring, understanding and so compassionate. The actual appointment for extraction with Dr Yash was again caring and compassionate. With follow-up the following day. Can not fault the team. With 11 years of anxiety with a dentist, I felt / feel so much calmer. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentists, very knowledgeable and kind. Prior to one smile Knox I had been to a few dentists over the years and many tell you to fill holes you don't have or provide next to no insight on what you could do to improve your teeth and gum health but here they do. I had ongoing issues with my teeth they were able to diagnose and direct me to the right people to help me. Whenever I go here for a clean they're gentle and explain what they're doing. My entire family has made the move to one smile Knox and now my friends are too, couldn't say a bad word about them honestly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zeng is really skilful and explains everything patiently, I have been to three dentists before but gladly he will be my always go to. They responded quick. My husband wanted to polish after filling coz it’s bit high, they quickly arranged another appointment for us to sort it out without additional charges. Girls at the reception are really nice and detail-oriented. One time My baby was irritated while waiting coz it’s his usual nap time. We didn’t ask anything but the girl quickly went inside and came back with telling us the dentist is wrapping up so wouldn’t be long. It really means a lot for us, and nevertheless, other small things such as remembering name, calling to confirm. Thx gals.

Negative experience: The dentist I visited was good and nice but the receptionists have been awful. I have been attending appointments with this clinic for my tooth implant. For the first four visits they had been having different issues with applying the discount that the dentist agreed and in all cases they charge more. I had to go back a few time to rectify what’s been charged and they didn’t have good attitude towards the rectification request. And they tried to “teach” me what they charged was correct but it turned out their calculation method was wrong and they had to put credits for thet difference in my account. And I always paid in full right after the treatment. After the 5th treatment, they said a number that they were going to charge me after discount, private insurance and $400 credits that I pre-paid. That number was $500 more than what’s on the treatment plan. I politely asked for clarification but the receptionist said she had no idea and had to ask Rachel to call me the following day to clarify and then I can pay for it. I agreed with her proposal. In the following day, I didn’t receive any phone calls. And then I moved house which means I was heavily packing, moving and unpacking stuff. I then saw that I missed phone calls from this clinic and received a text message. I called back but was told that Rachel was not in and would call me back in the afternoon. I agreed and informed of the moving situation which means I won’t be as convenient as usual to pick up phone calls. In the whole afternoon, I didn’t receive any calls from this clinic. And in the following two days I receive two missed calls, I then called back but Rachel was still not in. Instead of clarifying why there’s a $500 difference between the treatment plan and what they would charge, the receptionist rudely said that they tried to call me but I never called back. She also didn’t listen to me and kept cutting me off. I had to hang off and sent an email instead with a screenshot of my call host to show that I did call back and a screenshot of the visit 5 figure on the treatment plan to show them that’s different from what they tried to charge. Also, I found out that my private insurance major dental was claimed by them already WITHOUT my agreement and signature and without a reasonable clarification toward the price difference which I have been waiting for days! I kept a screenshot of that as an evidence. I don’t think it is legal for a clinic to claim a patient’s private insurance without consent and signature and I’ll reserve my right to sue them for doing so. So disappointed! If you don’t want your insurance to be claimed without your consent and any clarification for your questions, please avoid this clinic!

Fantastic experience: My son is autistic. We have visited 3 different dentists before including one in Monash hospital l, none of them was willing to clean his teeth. My son has mentioned many times he wanted to fix the black spots on his teeth, but we just don't know who can help. Someone recommended Dr Jocelyn. We visited her last week, she was so patient to my son and explained to him each step and showed his the tools during checkup and tried slowly to clean all his teeth in one visit. This week we visited her again and she managed to fix two tooth decay and sealed his mortar teeth. This is so impressive and she did a brilliant job. A big THANK YOU to Dr Jocelyn ❤️. You have the best skills and an angel heart. I hopr more dentists can help special needs kids like Dr. Jocelyn.

Fantastic experience: The team at One Smile Knox is amazing! We had an appointment at 8:30pm for my daughter and she was very anxious about pulling one tooth out. The dentist was very patient and assured her that everything will be okay. The team has done a great job and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Negative experience: My kid has two tooth decays, which normally can be filled by paying them one visit. But we have been asked for unnecessary three repetitive visits and received an unexpected bill for hundreds of dollars. They even charged twice on one filling just because the decay was between two teeth. Suggest anyone who wants to get their teeth checked/ repaired asks them to do the job efficiently to avoid time and money wasted. Ask them to do the job now if you are asked to come back next time to get job done, and confirm the price before they start to do the job.

Positive experience: Very friendly and efficient staff. The wait time before my appointment was long but the service definitely made up for it. Probably the cleanest my teeth have ever looked after a dentist appointment. Felt pretty good after I also got the first compliment from a dentist I've ever received. Usually it's all just 'you need to floss more' and other typical dentist things, but this dentist seemed genuinely impressed. Pray that I can keep that up!

Negative experience: Poor customer service and receptionists skills in booking the right service and problems solving . No accountability for their mistakes with attitudes that you are a burdensome when speaking to you. It’s a shame bc some of the Dentists are good with their skills and recommendations.

Negative experience: Money-minded business. Instead of fixing something, the dentist just offered me a lot of cost. I really did not expect to get such an offer for more than ten thousands dollars. I went to another dentist and fixed it with a few hundred boxes. I was lucky to not trapped in this dental clinic. I highly recommend you to not wasting your money in this very average clinic. It is more like dealership business rather than a medical business.

Negative experience: These guys just cheating people. This was the worst dental experience that I had. They did a big mistake on my examination and totally don't care about the client. I do not know how they still work and no one sue this kind of businesses. I may do it soon.

Negative experience: It was so so so so disappointed. waste of time and money. I booked for checkout & cleaning today to use my private health insurance cover and it should be free however, they did some other jobs without my consent about the cost and charged me a couple of hundred dollars. It's so embarrassing that they didn't checkout and cleaning at all. It was totally disappointing. For sure I will take this through ombudsman not only for myself but also for other people to not being cheated in this way.

Negative experience: Nice dentist and assistant, but terrible reception. That lady was very rude when I just didn't get what her mean, and give her a wrong answer. I would not suggest that any patient go to One Smile Knox, if you go there, you are not only suffer pain from teeth, also get a crazy angry from reception. Bad experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to One Smile for a long time (I used to go to the clinic in Glen Waverley and I now go to Knox) and I could not recommend it highly enough. Every time I come in your receptionists are extremely professional, friendly and efficient - they always make sure I get the most out of the health insurance. I usually see Dr Sahar Maki who is exceptional, and gladly recommend to anyone who asks. Dr James Kwong took out my wisdom teeth (I think) and honestly I barely felt a thing, nor did I see one needle or surgical tool, 10/10! I am glad I chose to get them out in the chair rather than in hospital. Thanks for the continuing great service!

Fantastic experience: Just want to say big thank you to Amanda for rectifying a scheduling issue and enquiries. Turned up on a weekend and served poorly but Amanda had called myself up, fixed all issues and very apologetic, great customer service from her and thanks to Dr Jason Lai for fixing my broken tooth. Big difference from when I came on the weekend to now so thank you Amanda and Jason.

Negative experience: Rude reception, not friendly at all, or feel the need to have new business as I was a new patient. Spoke to them twice, and both times they were rude and unfriendly. There are so many dentist out there, will definitely take my business elsewhere!

Positive experience: Dentists are good but can be long wait times, and don’t expect flexibility when it comes the other way, I’ve waited on average an hour per session, but when I am running 15-20 minutes late they didn’t even try to work something out, didn’t even check if the dentist was actually running on time!. Also phone calls only go through half the time when I was on hold got hung up on twice

They operate extended hours for busy people, the reception staff and nurses are friendly and knowledgeable and the dental care is ‘World Class’. I see Dr. Jason Lai a terrific dentist, providing the highest standard of treatment and almost entirely pain free.

Negative experience: I had my wisdom tooth removal on 16th Oct with Dr James. He was very unprofessional as he was gossiping with the assistant throughout the entire procedure. He was so carried away with the gossip and felt like he didn’t take good care or paid attention to the procedure. It would be good if he paid 100 percent attention to the patient than gossiping through the entire procedure. I’m sure he didn’t do a good job as my recovery took longer and this morning had a small piece of my tooth broke while I brushed this morning.

Fantastic experience: I have a love hate relationship with my dentist James Kwong! I’m not a fan of dentists but James always makes me feel at ease in his presence. I also love his sense of humour! James explains the procedures well and I love the way he interacts with his nurses, showing them respect. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend One Smile!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service!!!! I was unbareable pain from my wisdom tooth. I called One Smile and there was no appointments available but the lovely Rachael asked a few dentists to help and the amazing James Kwong stayed back for well over an hour just to assist me and remove this tooth. I am so thankful Rachael who worked tirelessly to get me an appointment, also very thankful for James who did a wonderful job and I am now on the road to recovery, feeling much better than I did before. Positive experience: Had work done on one of my back teeth and have been in pain since, that was about 4 weeks ago. Finally went back and had the tooth removed haven't had a problem since, the pain was gone within hours

Negative experience: Went hoping to get some pain relief, all dentist wanted to do was rip it out nothing else. Spent 15min filling out 3 pages of forms, sat in chair for 3mins was walked to front cash making machine oops i mean front desk got charged $44 see ya later. Do not recommend will not consider ever returning
