Fantastic experience: I originally found this Dr Andrei and his clinic because I urgently needed a review on a Sunday, and he was one of the few clinics open. I’m honestly so glad I did — he was amazing in every aspect. Straightforward, informative, and genuinely made me feel at ease. What started as a one-off emergency visit has now turned into finding my full-time dentist (whether he likes it or not!). Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Andrei. I had three sessions. The first was a check up and it turned out I needed a small filling before whitening. I’m so happy with all three sessions for check up, filling and whitening. The whitening was completely painless and everyone keeps complimenting my white teeth and smile. What I loved the most was how Dr Andrei carefully protected my gums during the whitening. I’m very very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A dental emergency while away on holiday has to be most people's idea of a nightmare and then add in Christmas to boot! But we called on 27th December and Dr Andrei saw me 4pm that day, unbeliveable. Couldn't have got an appointment that quickly back in the UK. The news sadly wasn't good, a vertical crack straight through my bottom left molar and an extraction was the only way forward. We were on a tight schedule, visiting my godmother who I hadn't seen in 17 years within a day. But Dr Andrei was amazing and extracted the tooth the very next morning at 9am. I am a nervous patient but felt in very safe hands. He was very professional. His incredibly responsive service has ensured that we were able to enjoy our holiday and not miss meeting up with our family and friends. We are most grateful to him and I would highly recommend him. Fantastic experience: I had to undergo an emergency root canal, and since it was an unexpected procedure, I was very nervous. Dr Andrei Tutoveanu from Mosman Dentistry was able to get us in right away on a Saturday, even though our orthodontist was closed, and quickly fixed the issue. Fantastic experience: Just moved back from the US. I’ve had an impacted wisdom tooth for years, but didn’t want it removed over there. It flares up, I’m in pain, and I call the dentist on a Friday evening. I spoke to the actual dentist, Dr Andrei, not a receptionist. He got me in the next day, and did a thorough cleaning, X-rays and gave me antibiotics. Came back the next Saturday. I was confused and thought we were taking it out, but it was a check up to make sure the infection was cleared. But on seeing I had pumped myself up for the removal, they had time that afternoon, and they got it out. Came back two days later for a checkup, and everything looks great. I’m not usually good with dentists. I faint at the sight of a needle. But I had shots both visits, and went through the whole removal without getting faint or queasy. Dr Andrei actually talked through the procedure, and asked if I want him to announce the needle or just do it. He was patient and waited for me to be ready. The removal was quick and painless. I’ve got a small amount of swelling, but no pain or bruising so far. Dr Andrei will now be my regular dentist, because the staff here are so nice and friendly, and not the least bit scary. I can see why he’s so highly rated, and it’s well deserved. Also, I have an assistance dog, and while places are required to let him in, some people do it begrudgingly, but not here. He was absolutely welcomed and I never was made to feel bad about having him there.

Fantastic experience: Andrei is truly fantastic. I had an extremely sore tooth on a Sunday so I looked up a practice that was open in Mosman on a Sunday. He was extremely professional, caring and informative, explaining everything as he went. As it turned out I needed a root canal procedure pretty quickly. He didn't try and sell me his services but rather was respectful towards my own dentist and sent me on my way with pain relief saying if my own dentist couldn't do the procedure the following day he would do it for me as I was in such pain. Can't recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Mosman Dentistry and Dr Andre is hands down the Best of the best and Top of the industry. I Was in excruciating pain and after seeing a few dentists all over Sydney, Dr Andre’s detailed diagnosis and explanation for everything gave me the confidence to proceed with treatment. I was pain free after the first treatment and could get a great night sleep for the first time in a week. Dr Andre and Mosman Dentistry will now have to put up with me for life.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars Dr andrei is incredibly skilled and i cannot recommend him enough. Plenty of dentists can handle a small cavity okay-ish, but if you want a filling or repair of absolutely top quality thats extremely strong and well made, you wont find anyone better anywhere in sydney. Especially for large, difficult, and/or complex work, you would be insane to go anywhere else. He has gone above and beyond to help me, both for things like emergency root canals, and for crowns and serious repairs. Problems that previous dentists allowed to slowly grow worse have actually been adressed, no more "oh, well, lets wait and see..." while in pain. Not to mention not even ONE filling he has done has ever cracked or fallen out. (It used to be distressingly common before, when i just went to the nearest dental practice. Every few months i would lose a filling and need a new filling for the same cavity) The crowns and other work also look AMAZING as well as being super high quality. It has boosted my confidence a lot. I can smile without worrying how bad it might look thanks to dr andrei; i would never even consider going to another dentist anymore. Its not an exaggeration to say he has more skill in one hand than my 3 previous dentists combined. I strongly encourage anyone with dental problems, big or small, to go to him if you possibly can. I cant thank him enough for the help he has given me, even coming in at odd hours when ive had an emergency.

Fantastic experience: Living in Cronulla with an severe pain in my tooth I arrived at Sutherland hospital with a 5hr wait time and no guarantee of any pain relief. I made my was to Mosman at midnight and Andrei was the best dentist and probably the most professional doctor I've ever had. He diagnosed the issue, relieved the pain and gave me detailed step by step action plan for an on-going fix. Woke up this morning pain free. Could not be more appreciative of Andrei and his practice at 3AM.

Fantastic experience: With urgent care required on a Saturday morning from a dry socket, I found Mosman Dentistry and received a call back very quickly the same day. Dentist Dr Andrei Tutoveanu understood the pain I was in and fitted me in as an emergency that morning. Being a teeth grinder, my teeth have sustained damage over the years. Subsequently over time, Dr. Andrei has rectified previous crown failures from a previous dentist which has resulted in successful root canals, crowns, bone grafts, created a protection splint and cosmetic dentistry with Botox for my grinding to provide me with stability and support for my teeth. Dr. Andrei is passionate about ensuring patient care, he explains what is required, is transparent in his investigations and utilises modern technology to provide me with assurances. Having now moved to New Zealand I have made three trips back to have dental work done with Dr Andrei, illustration my confidence in his work - he knows his stuff. He has my back and I would highly recommend his service and care.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with myeloma, a type of cancer about six months ago. Dr Andrei went above and beyond to make sure that my teeth, gums, and jawbone were ready and in good condition before my cancer treatment. He spoke directly to the Carcer centre at the Royal North Hospital to make sure he knew what medication I would be taking and make sure that it was safe to proceed. Dr Andrei kept in contact with me throughout my treatment and made sure there were no issues with my teeth and gums while I was getting chemotherapy. Dr Andrei also made sure before he carried out any procedure that it was safe to carry out the work, by getting me to check with my doctor that it was safe for me to have the work done. Dr. Andrei was very generous with payment. He is definitely more concerned with my health than he is about money. Thank you for your care and diligence.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Dr Andrei for an emergency on a New Years Day where he relieved me of my pain and rectified substandard works from a previous dentist. I am so pleased to have found Dr Andrei my dentist for life. Fantastic experience: Dr Andrei has been the best dentist for my family and myself, in all aspects of dentistry. We had a late-night weekend emergency with my son's half chipped front tooth over a weekend, which he fixed with his caring and reassuring ways, especially with a young boy involved. With my dentistry issues, he didn't just go for the standard dentist's answer, he suggested the most sensible, cost saving and long-term best road which has worked out very well. He has a fantastic practice and has very good nurses working for him too. I would and do recommend Dr Andrei to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have visited Mosman Dentistry for my dental treatments many times throughout the year and I find that Andrei is a very talented young dentist. I sent my whole family to him because he has done a superb job for me. My 90-year old mother was suffering from serious periodontal issues, and Andrei did three highly skilled surgeries for her, and her gums have now regenerated. She has not complained since. Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for more. Tooth broke on a Saturday night, after much desperate searching for an emergency dentist, a lot of which said they were open according to online searches, the only dentist actually open was Mosman Dentistry. Rang them by 9pm, explaining the situation, was told they had back-to-backs all night but would ring me back. And they did, by 10:15pm I was offered a slot the Sunday morning at 8:15am. A true 24/7 service .. WOW !. Dr Andrei was great. From analysis to sharing my options to my deciding best option for me was extraction to walking out of the place at 10am minus one tooth and a puffed up face .. but pain free. Follow-up visits were quick and informative. I couldn't recommend the place and Dr Andrei higher. All I can say is thanks.

Fantastic experience: I have truly never felt more comfortable with a dentist. I had excruciating toothache and pain for 48 hours and called numerous "Emergency dentists" however Dr. Andrei was the only one who picked up the phone. He was prompt in giving me an appointment for later in the day and from the minute I stepped foot in clinic he made me feel at ease. After doing my initial assessment, he made sure to outline all the information I needed and gave me the options and ways forward. I ended up needing a root canal treatment that was completed professionally and always with patient welfare and end outcome in mind. I was completely pain free after the treatment and I could not hold Mosman Dentistry and Dr. Andrei in higher regard.

Fantastic experience: I came to Mosman Dentistry with a broken filling and ended up needing quite an extensive course of treatment. Dr Andrei is a perfectionist and takes time to explain to his patients what he's doing and why, which really helped me overcome some serious anxiety about going to the dentist. The receptionists and assistants at this practice, especially Leanne, are very friendly and make me feel good about going for my appointments.

If you are worried about the dentist or having your teeth removed or filled, Andrei was very gentle and comforting even though I told him he didn't need to. Fantastic experience: Dr Andrei is an exceptional dentist, highly recommend. I brought my brother here on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency and Dr Andrei was professional, warm and well spoken. He explained everything to us and made us feel completely at ease. Dr Andrei is also a registered pharmacist, so was able to write out a script for pain relief (in case my brother had any pain or discomfort following his procedure), which was so helpful on a Sunday. I was able to just pop up the road to the pharmacy to get it.

Fantastic experience: Shoutout to legend Dr Andrie who saved my teeth in lockdown. I had broke the retainer wire in my mouth and needed to fix it ASAP. Turns out in the process of him squeezing me in at short notice upon his check up and clean I actually needed 3 fillings urgently I didn’t know about from previous dentist so upset about this. Thankful I met Dr Andrie who fixed my teeth and he not only helped me but upgraded my retainer for me complimentary as a way of giving back to the community and he picked me as the worthy winner for the month saving me $$ on my teeth thanks for saving my teeth and won’t go anywhere else in future.

Fantastic experience: My 16 year old son was treated by Dr Andre last Sunday after sustaining serious trauma to three of his front teeth after fainting in the shower. He was taken to hospital on Saturday night and not long after we arrived I called Mosman Denistry to see if we could be seen later in the evening. Andre booked him in for a midnight emergency surgery. I later spoke with Andre after the hospital would not release my son, so we kept in contact and he kept open a space for Sunday afternoon. On Sunday we were given leave from the hospital and Andre was able to stabilse the three teeth. He was very informative, professional and caring during the whole traumatic experience. Photos were taken at every step and details x-rays and scans. He was straight up about what needed to be done and the fact that some teeth may not be able to be saved. Campbell especially felt very comforted by Andre's profssional and super caring manner. I would not hesitiate in recommending Andre for any emergency teeth issues or even as your general dentist. Fantastic experience: I just finished having some fillings and a wisdom tooth extracted and all went really well. Dr Andrei did a first class job. I have to say that he went to great lengths to explain each procedure and took lots of photos so I knew exactly what was happening each and every step of the way. Very happy.

Fantastic experience: Andrei did an insanely impressive job splinting and replanting my front tooth in an emergency situation - he was caring and very gentle with me as I was shocked throughout, and did not experience any pain as he was cautious and precise. Fantastic experience: Andrei is super friendly and efficient. I’m fairly nervous when it comes to anything to do with the dentist. Unfortunately having been 3 years since my last visit, I had quite a bit of work done. Andre explained every single step as he was about to operate and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, no pain and no trauma at all! This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist where I have walked away positive. I had a second appointment a week later and wasn’t even fussed about it from my enjoyable experience a week prior with Andre. His assistant is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Andrei will take photos and document anything he does with your teeth, showing you exactly what the problem is, and how he solved it. Definitely will be using Andrei in future!

Fantastic experience: My tooth starting aching right after Christmas and I booked to see a different dentist, however they did not treat my pain and I went home that day with the same pain. We then called the Mosman Dentistry, the receptionist answered straight away and was very helpful as she put us straight onto Dr Andrei, who booked me in right away. When we arrived he explained everything to me so that I could understand what was happening and what needed to be done. Which, was refreshing as I have had dentist in the past not throughly explain what was going on or make the effort to help me understand, so Dr Andrei was really good at making me feel super comfortable and at ease. I went home that day with no pain and my infection went down. I also went back to him to remove my wisdom teeth because I felt really comfortable with Dr Andrei and confident that he would do a great job in looking after me and removing my wisdom teeth, which he did.. I am glad I went to Mosman Dentistry. If you are scared of dentist like I am, you are in the right hands at with Dr Andrei. Thankyou so much again Dr Andrei for helping me out.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergancy wisdom tooth extraction late at night. He saw me straight away and within an hour the tooth was removed and the pain was gone. Andrei extracted the tooth in maybe 10mins. No pain or discomfort. He photos everything as a precaution and is clearly very knowledgable and professional. Highly recommended dentist

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Andrei at Mosman Dentistry has been extremely positive. I had avoided a dentist for 10 years so i was super nervous about what was going to be uncovered. Dr Andrei was non judgmental and extremely understanding. I needed multiple fillings from over brushing (ironically), and a potential root canal. He explained everything very thoroughly, and didn't oversell me anything. He works very efficiently and managed to save the bad tooth, and fixed multiple others. As a result, the sensitivity i had has completely gone. Very happy with the result and glad to find a dentist im happy to go back to.

Fantastic experience: If I could leave more than five stars I would. Following an accident, I knocked out two of my front teeth. Late on a Sunday afternoon, I walked into the Mosman Dentistry without an appointment. Dr Andrei saw me immediately and was able to stabilise the situation and explain what damage had occurred and the appropriate course of action. At every stage I felt comfortable and reassured by Dr Andrei and the team at Mosman Dentistry. Over the course of a few months, Dr Andrei was able to save the teeth and remedy with a crown. What impressed me most what that Dr Andrei would consistently check on the progress of the healing and recovery of the teeth. Even if it meant seeing me for a few minutes each week (all at no cost) so he could monitor the situation and see if an alternate treatment plan was needed.
