Negative experience: Service is great, but the strategy seems to be to always bill more. I hate that we’re made to get x-rays every time we come in for each child, even when one was done just six months ago and nothing has changed. We also don’t like being forced to book another appointment. Your staff are rude when we say no, and we’re pressured into booking anyway. There always seems to be a hidden cost added to each visit, without a clear reason. We won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: No problem here! Visiting the dentist in the past used to be a traumatic experience and always a feeling of looming dread when I used to see that appointment nearing on my calendar. Not anymore! Thank you GV Dental. Thank you dental industry for improvements to patient experience across the board!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend GV Dental more highly. I have been going to GV Dental for years now and I always look forward to going to my appointments. Tom has been doing my general dental, cleans etc for years now and more recently I have been working with Sath to straighten my teeth with Aligners which I am at the end of and could not be happier! If you’re after a dental clinic that treats you like family I highly recommend Tom, Sath and the entire GV dental team. (The admin/ dental girls are really lovely as well and really good with kids ) 10/10 would recommend!!

Negative experience: I went in to get crown cemented back in and a temp veneer they did nothing for 20 mins used the wrong cement no blue light used and said they ran out of time to do temp veneer $330 what a rip off

Fantastic experience: Margaret is my Dentist and Renee is my teeth cleaning specialist. Both are absolutely fantastic. I used to have heart palpitations and anxiety in the past going to see a Dentist but since being with Margaret and Renee I am now calm and peaceful. The care I receive is always professional, caring and understanding. They always greet me with beautiful smiles and are so gentle on my mouth, teeth and jaw. I have TMJ issues, vertebrae pain and other medical conditions and they both make me very comfortable in the dental chair at all times. The rest of the staff are also so lovely, kind and caring. It is a pleasant experience going to the dentist now which is such a miracle for me. I appreciate everyone at Goulburn Valley Dental Group - Shepparton.
