Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Smiles Nambour. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Dr Ben is an exceptional human and an amazing dentist. After seeing him, I wont see anyone else.

Negative experience: How this place has such a high rating is beyond me. Absolutely shocking patient care and after care. The whole process was so rushed that my tongue was burnt and drilled. The dentist had absolutely no care factor for patients. I couldn’t talk or eat for weeks and had to seek multiple medical treatments though a GP. 1 year update: Permanent nerve damage and pain in cheek.

Fantastic experience: Excellence at All Levels After years of avoiding the dentist, I’ve now been back to this clinic several times and every visit has been outstanding. Dr Ben and the entire team deliver a level of care that’s genuinely rare. From reception to the dental assistants to the follow-up calls, the experience is seamless. What really sets them apart is their consistency. Every time I’ve walked in, the quality has been just as high as the last. No drop-off. No surprises. Dr Ben is thoughtful, precise, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never felt rushed or left in the dark. The pricing is fair and the personal touches go a long way. Everyone knew my name every visit — not just the dentist, but multiple staff. That kind of care makes you feel like more than just another appointment in the book. Highly recommend if you’re after a place that values both skill and genuine service.

Fantastic experience: I come to smiles every now and then for a check up, clean and to get some work done. I loved how friendly they were, the advice they gave and the speedy progress with great results, I just had a tooth removed by them and the care that went into make sure I felt no pain was amazing, the prices through their benefits program also made it so much more affordable too.

Fantastic experience: Receptionist Sarah is perfect for nervous clients-she’s a great talker and a lovely young lady. Katherine the dentist is very competent and explains each step clearly. Her assistant is also pleasant and friendly. Follow-up care is excellent too. Altogether, a very positive experience for devout dentist avoiders like me.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful new facilities in Ann Street Nambour. My six month check up was a breeze with Lakshmi’s gentle manner and excellent skills. The reception staff and dental assistants are always friendly and efficient.

Negative experience: Two appointments and still don’t know what needs to be done. First appointment was check up which I assumed included a clean. Got a second opinion from another Dental Clinic and the dentist asked me how long since I got my teeth professionally cleaned. I thought they did it at Smile Dental. But apparently not. Would not recommend them.

Positive experience: Ben Seow is a great dentist (he is the dentist my son & i have been treated by over the last few years), he gives his clients options for treatment and good advice. The team seem to care about good service and the facilities are clean. They offer a good variety of payment options for clients with tighter budgets. My only grumble is that the appointments rarely occur on time so there's no point planning to be elsewhere after the appointment. If you don't mind that, (I only take appointments that I have nothing behind so i don't mind at the moment.) then you'll be a smiley customer.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! I needed a tooth removed, and the experience was as efficient and painfree as possible. I was shakey afterwards, as I always am, but was told there was no rush to get up immediately, but take my time. That was a nice thoughtful touch.
