Fantastic experience: I had an extraction, after careful consideration of the best way forward, and I was impressed by the skill and care of the dentist, who understood the issues caused by my chronic autoimmune disease. Skill, knowledge and excellent chair side manner meant I was home quickly and with good instructions to follow for aftercare. Definitely accessible, all on one level, and close to the bus stop. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly professional & competent with attention to detail & yet still interacted really well with me, keeping me at ease. Highly recommended. Plus, the TV on the ceiling is a brilliant idea, kept me calm & focused on something else.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from the south coast and cracked a tooth in half and was in great pain.I rang the surgery first thing and explained the situation. They told me to come straight in where Nick the dentist after X-rays and explaining the situation extracted the tooth. I can’t speak highly enough of the team’s professionalism throughout and highly recommend Mayfield Dental Care.

Negative experience: I'm not at all impressed with the dental cleaning work Nick did for me last week. I can still see brown/plaque inbetween a few teeth. I pointed out that around my permanent retainer need extra cleaning as the gaps between my teeth start to close up. This didn't get cleaned properly and the plaque is still there. I specifically asked when he was finished if my permanent retainer glue still looked good and if everything was still in place, he confirmed that it was. When I got back to the car I could clearly see that some of the glue from the retainer had been taken away with the cleaning. I went back in straight away and he fixed this up for me but it was a very rushed job. Not all the teeth had been cleaned properly and that cost me $200 for 20min work. I wouldn't recommend Nick for a teeth clean.

Fantastic experience: This was my daughter and my first visit. We were both very impressed. Everything was explained clearly and we were shown what was needed. It taken some time but I think we’ve finally found our dentist.

Fantastic experience: I HATE dentist i refuse to go until i have 3 or more days consistent pain and well it happened i had to go. The dentist was reassuring didnt judge and made sure i was comfortable before beginning the procedure and before i left. Genuine care for his paitents

A molar tooth extraction No pain at all, didn’t even bleed also feeling no pain again excellent experience and the pain of the decaying Tooth is gone. also a filling 100% uneventful. Fantastic experience: Having had some bad experiences as a child, my fear and anxiety had prevented me from regularly visiting a dentist as an adult. However, I had a broken tooth that needed attention. I am so pleased to say that my experience at Mayfield Dental Care was extremely positive and pain free. The Dentist was very gentle and explained everything that was being done. The atmosphere was relaxing and I was made to feel comfortable. I would recommend them for sure.

Fantastic experience: New client at this practice and very impressed from the minute I called and spoke with Katie. She manage to squeeze me in same day (I owe everyone lunch I’m sorry). I’m pretty emotional with dental pain (who isn’t !). Dr Diego is very calm and has such a gentle approach. He was thorough and reassuring in addressing the main issue, then explaining options for treatment. In particular he spent time to slowly administer the numbing cream and then local anaesthetic. Accordingly, I didn’t feel a thing and he was very responsive to my needs. Thank you to lovely Aleisha who also worked through lunch assisting. Her knowledge and skill was also evident. I was asking her a lot of questions she could answer with confidence. She made me comfortable and was so intuitive during the consultation and procedure with Dr Diego. Love your work everyone. It was obvious this practice has a very solid team.
