Fantastic experience: Huge shout out to Avenue Dental at Kawana. I am half way through dental treatment that I should of attended to many years ago. I was very anxious and embarrassed about the oral health and the state of my teeth due to many bad experiences as a younger person. I was encouraged to go see Dr Tom who was recommended to me by my wonderful wife. This is the best thing I could have done. Before I met Dr Tom I had to get an emergency appointment. This was conducted by Dr Terry. I was made so much at ease immediately. I have forged ahead with a recommended course of action, with Dr Jules and Dr Tom. I couldn't be happier with my treatment so far. At my last appointment I spent a few hours with these lovely people getting some dental work done which passed very quickly. I would also like to mention the beautiful ladies behind these Doctors who probably don't get the recognition they deserve. My Dental nurse today was a lovely lady called Bella. Her caring words and friendly demeanour made my time in the chair go in half the time. Thank you Bella. Do yourself a favour if you want to smile without feeling embarrassed go and see the team at Avenue Dental Kawana. You will leave there with a smile on your face.

Fantastic experience: I genuinely cannot recommend Avenue Dental enough. Their staff made me feel so accommodated and comfortable the entire time (even through cleaning which is anxiety-provoking at best). I felt listened to, spoken to like an actual human, and generally had an incredible experience! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Tara and dental assistant, Georgia. The atmosphere was professional yet calm and relaxed, making the whole process much more comfortable. They took the time to explain my options clearly and provided a genuine, transparent breakdown of costs upfront—no surprises. The reception team was also incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Their approach would be especially great for kids or anyone who feels a bit nervous about dental visits. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’m a brand new patient and also have a terrible dentist phobia based on bad past experiences with various dentists. Dr Tom and the team at Avenue Dental have been amazing. From the moment I walked in the door, the gorgeous ladies on the front desk are so lovely. I had a deep clean and a broken crown fixed, filled with dread and expecting the worst….it was completely painless. Fantastic experience: I am in the process of getting clear aligners with Avenue Dental Kawana but I hadn’t been to the dentist in 2+ years so I needed a fair bit of work done to get my dental health up to scratch. I’ve been working with Dr Kristin for my dental work and yesterday was my first day of fillings, however, I ended up needing an unplanned crown because one of my back teeth was heavily cracked under my existing filling. Dr Kristin and Charlotte’s compassion and professionalism honestly made the experience so much better for me and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! They were very attentive, patient, explained all of my options in great detail, and had Dr Tom come in to confirm the work would be suitable for my aligners and give me some extra reassurance. My appointment was also late in the afternoon and I know finishing my crown would have kept Dr Kristin and Charlotte back after closing but they made me feel like it was no problem at all. In any other circumstance, an unplanned crown would make me dread my next appointment but I’m honestly excited to keep the ball rolling. I’m extremely grateful for Dr Kristin and Charlotte’s care and would recommend Avenue Dental Kawana to anyone looking for a high quality and compassionate dental team!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Avenue Dental for the last 7 years and always find the whole team to be friendly and happy with exceptional care. I had another crown done by dentist Tom today, very happy with his work and his kind and caring nature. Mailana his assistant is super lovely and chatty and made me feel very comfortable. I regularly see Tina (hygienist) and always find her to be gentle as I have sensitive teeth and gums. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing dental care.

Special mention to Dr Kristin Sorensen, who is an amazing dentist. I thoroughly trust her and her opinions, she listens carefully and really looks after her patients. Fantastic experience: If you are are reading this investigating your options for a new family dentist look no further!!! I have a sensitive young man aged 7 who managed to get through his 2nd Apmt today with the amazing Oral Health Therapist Renae and her lovely assistant not only “just” but actually giggling and laughing until we left the building !! The ambiance is conducive with an anti anxiety space with a very relaxing children’s and adults rest break area to the back behind reception. Dare I say it Im half looking forward to my new patient apmt there in August myself! Superb to find a family dentist catering to all the family with a front desk team to match the excellence. Efficient, friendly and personable.

As someone with Autism I have a lot of sensory issues and dentist visits are always anxiety provoking but the dentists and dental assistants went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible during my visits and made sure to explain every process along the way. Fantastic experience: I have been a long time customer with Heath since this practice opened and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I always have a seamless booking experience, the facilities are excellent, the reception and dental nurses are always very helpful and thorough. I see Heath and Tina who are very gentle and I pretty much don't feel any pain even with the injections. Today I saw Dr Tom Li and was looked after by a wonderful dental nurse whose name unfortunately slips my mind. I cracked my tooth and they rearranged their schedules to fit me in for a crown and did a fantastic job. I was able to eat and drink afterwards with no discomfort and very comfortable during the procedure. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety around visiting the dentist and I could not be more thrilled with the treatment I’ve received so far. From the reception staff, to the nurses and two dentists I’ve seen so far (Tom and Renae) they have all been nothing short of incredible. They are helpful, calm and willing to take as long as I need during treatment. Special mention to Mailana, who was so quick to act when I felt quite unwell during treatment today and held my hand through a particularly tough moment. Her tenderness and support was such a testament to her as an individual. I’m not sure what training these wonderful people are having but I am just so grateful to have found them. For as long as I’m on the Sunshine Coast I will not be going elsewhere and I would recommend them to anyone that will listen

Fantastic experience: I had braces put on by Dr Tom Li. He did an amazing job. Very professional and courteous. After 15 months I had them removed with great results. I have also been getting regular teeth cleans with Inge, who is very kind and skilled. Since starting to use Avenue Dental Kawana as my primary dentist, my teeth have become very healthy and now very straight. All the staff there are easy to talk to and good at what they do, I highly recommend them for anyone needing anything from matainence to complex realignment.

Fantastic experience: This morning I had a crown fitted to one of my upper wisdom teeth. Quite a difficult tooth for the dentist to access and requiring me to keep my mouth wide open for quite some time. A bit of a challenge. Anyway through the whole procedure TOM the dentist and BREE the assistant were very caring and considerate, constantly stopping to check I was ok and to see that I was comfortable and not experiencing pain or discomfort. Fantastic experience: I was recommended Dr Heath Fraser at Avenue Dental 10 years ago and have been a loyal client ever since. I attend several times a year for regular maintenance and hygienists appointments. Dr Heath is an amazing dentist - he is very knowledgeable, genuinely cares, and goes over and above. It’s always a great experience to visit because there is a really lovely team culture - all the staff are friendly and helpful and they like to have a laugh too. They make going to the dentist actually a fun experience. In addition to that, I know that my teeth are being looked after by someone I trust. I’m so grateful for that recommendation 10 years ago.

Fantastic experience: I used to dread going to the dentist, but after working with all of the team at Avenue, I think it’s fair to say I actually look forward to my appointments!!! Lucy & the other lovely reception staff greet you with a warm welcome. Their energy and manner is so amazing, you can’t help but sit down with a huge smile on your face. Hygienist Renae and her lovely assistant Bree make my appointments with them so enjoyable that I can’t help but hold back laughter the entire time they’re cleaning my teeth! They’re both extremely polite, patient and gentle, and without doubt the best hygiene team I’ve ever found! They have some pretty awesome stickers too I’ve been seeing Dr. Tom for around a year now, and he is absolutely incredible to work with. He’s filled with so much knowledge and skill when it comes to everything clear aligners. I had a free consult with him after being quoted a huge amount at the orthodontist, and I couldn’t have made a better decision! After choosing Coast Aligners, my teeth are looking incredible and I have saved myself a fortune. He always has a great chat about everything that’s gone on in my life since my last appointment! He has made my whole experience with my aligner journey feel effortless, and is always readily available and welcoming of your time and questions throughout the experience. He has made my regular visits to Avenue in the last year a pleasure!!! Overall, all of the staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting at Avenue have contributed to me loving my dentist appointments, and I couldn’t think of anywhere else I’d rather visit than Avenue!!!

I have undergone several procedures this year at Avenue Dental, Kawana including the replacement of several old fillings and more recently the extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth. All of the staff members I have encountered at Avenue Dental have been very helpful, friendly and highly professional. I would especially like to thank Mikayla on the reception for booking all of my appointments and checking me in on arrival as well as the care and assistance provided by Bree, Courtney and Bella during my procedure which was expertly performed by Dr Tom Li. Excellent after care/ follow up with zero complications has allowed me to make a fast return to work. I would highly recommend Avenue Dental Kawana if anyone is looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Highly impressed with Kristen ( the Queen of composites) who has spades of patience to explain all options for dental work. I had extensive work over 9 months to rebuild my teeth, and I couldnt be happier with the attention to deal and an amazing smile as the end result. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Avenue Dental on Nicklin Way, Warana for 18 years and cannot speak highly enough of Heath Fraser and his team. When I retired and moved to the Sunshine Coast all those years ago I asked a medical clinic for the name of of a family dentist in the area and they said 'Heath Fraser of Avenue Dental is the best on the Coast" - they were not wrong.

Fantastic experience: I stopped going to the dentist as a child from bad previous experiences at other dentists and am really glad I decided to go with Avenue Dental to try again! I was going to get aligners from a cheap online brand but decided to get my teeth checked before hand, I'm lucky I did because Tom identified I had quite a few cavities and desperately needed fillings. They made the experience so relaxing and were extremely diligent in ensuring I was comfortable and felt no pain at all during any of my appointments. Tom took the time to explain to me the difference in the process of aligners and braces and put no pressure on me to go with either- just wanted to help me to understand so I could make the best decision for me! I absolutely loved my experience there and decided to bite the bullet and get the braces because I had always wanted straight teeth. The whole team looked after me very well, the dental assistants were always so sweet, the best dental hygienists I've had the pleasure of meeting and reception were very organised and accommodating (super handy text reminders!). I've had so many people compliment my teeth now I've finished my braces journey and honestly I loved having them on anyway because it was so easy to deal with the team if I ever had questions or needed anything. If you need anything teeth related I couldn't recommend this place more, you even see kids that are excited to be there while waiting in reception so if that's not a sure fire sign of a good dentist idk what is! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Avenues always got great service, Dr Tom n Charlotte have been a great help with my Invisalign treatments for my teeth, But Mia shes doing a outstanding job of making up the Invisalign I wear always fits perfectly never a problem with them at all shes smashing it. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic staff, fantastic dentists and hygienists with fantastic assistants. Haven't had a bad experience and always feel cared for and safe. Very accomodating, friendly and professional. They're a team who truly care about your health. The team at Avenue Dental have made what used to be an anxiety-inducing experience a comfortable one that I don't dread anymore. I've seen Dr. Tom Li primarily, most recently assisted by the lovely and professional Caroline, and he really goes the extra mile, checking up on my recovery and really showing how much he cares about his patients. I've also seen Dr. Inge and she is a brilliant hygienist who knows what she's doing and does it with a friendly energy. All the dentists I've seen and their assistants were extremely professional and empathetic. Even the reception staff are professional and friendly and make you feel welcome and looked after. Would recommend to anyone seeking a dentist or a hygienist!

Fantastic experience: Visiting the dentist can be an anxious experience, but when I had my appointment with Dr Tom I felt as comfortable as I have ever with a dentist. Tom and his assistant Madi were amazing, they did everything they could to make me feel at ease during my visit. I couldn't recommend this practice enough, the staff are all so wonderful and friendly, I've never had such a comfortable visit at a dentist before. Thank you especially to Dr Tom & Madi!!

They were both amazing and made a nervous patient feel comfortable. They were both more than ably assisted by Lucy and Bree who were absolutely amazing.
