Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic for a hygiene and check up. I was booked with Dr Nirlep Sidhu. Remarkable i must say, gentle Wow ,Nirlep is the best dentist by far i have "ever" experience in my life. After the hygiene/ clean i returned for another procedure again,service is outstanding fantastic,.... Nirlep is gentle and kind and very supportive of your feelings checks in with you to make sure you are ok. I took a squishy ball didnt need it once. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Absolutely unprofessional service. They have only one dentist and keep you waiting for more than an hour due to “complications” with previous patient. Rita and Sweta had been extremely unprofessional and rude; whispering and laughing with each other about patient being upset, knowing that the patient had been waiting for more than an hour they push each other to break the news to patient to keep waiting. The patient being upset reminded them to act professional and don’t double book patients if the complications are expected. They told the patient that they are not paying them as the patient has a voucher from the government. Sweta and Rita wouldn’t even give us what the process is for making a complaint to the clinic. Rita says she is the boss in the clinic and there is no one else to talk to. It would be just a waste of time. She would hang up the phone mid conversation saying the conversation is over.

Fantastic experience: First time here, normally I’d go to the doctors down the road but since it was a sunday I looked elsewhere. I had Dr Yu-Chieh Sandra Chou, went in for a tooth extraction and she did an amazing job. communicated the steps and went into depth about the extraction/after care, she was gentle and patient. Over all good experience for me so good that I booked myself back in she will now be my regular dentist
