Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with this dental clinic. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Dr Shaun and Dr Shayan are true professionals. They are perfectionists and take their time to achieve the best possible result for you. They truly listen to their clients' concerns and go out of their way to source any material you request to be used in your treatment (e.g. BPA-free resin, zirconia implants). I recently had some crowns fitted by Dr Shayan, and for the first time in years I can now chew evenly on both sides of my jaw! Very happy with the result. Thank you!

I chose him for my surgery which was in no way straight forward as he is very educated in his profession and has a great love for his job. I had many visits and he never once rushed but took the time to make sure the work was done right. I would recommend him to anyone. Five stars

Negative experience: Went here for a full facial ct scan. I confirmed with them over the phone and in clinic with dr shaun himself that they were able to do the ct to the specifications required on the referral form. After the ct was complete I had come to find out they didnt complete the ct to the required specifications (only captured half my face) and in fact they dont have the equipment capable of doing so. I took time off work and paid a hefty sum for the service only to find out what I was given was completely useless for my case. Dr shaun was rude and dismissive and ignorantly stated that he had given me what I asked for. When the ct only captured half my face when the requirement was to capture the entire face and it is clearly written on the referral what regions of the face are required I think even a child could tell him that I wasnt given what I asked for. I wouldnt recommend you go here unless you think an arrogant, dishonest and ignorant doctor is a good doctor (if he even is one). I’m now having to go through the chargeback process with my bank because this clinic refused to refund me. Edit: Contrary to what their comment below would have you believe this review is 100% accurate and only truthful statements are contained. As you’ll note their response only mentions the capture of jaw and teeth (“and surrounding regions” includes some other areas such as the chin and lower orbitals but still isnt sufficient). When the referral form clearly asks for “chin, nose, forehead, cheeks”. I encourage them to state why my review is inaccurate rather than just state that the scan they gave me is widely used for surgical planning. It actually doesnt matter if something is widely used if it isnt what i asked for. I could have gotten the same scan they provided me with for much cheaper elsewhere if they informed me of what i was actually getting before but I wouldnt have anyway as i never needed the scan they gave me. The response they expect from the surgeon is actually irrelevant as well but in good faith I have provided them with an email response from the referring surgeon who stated that the scan is insufficient. Ive since gotten a full face ct elsewhere as it’s actually necessary and not jusr me trying to get a free scan. I’m not interested in meeting unrealistic goal posts if their expectation is that i deliver them a letter hand written by the surgeon on a gold platter. What ive provided them was more than enough to demonstrate my willingness to compromise even though I have zero obligation to do so. I didnt think a company would bother scamming for just $220 and go this far over such a small amount. It speaks volumes to their character. You need to ask yourself if this is what they’ll do for a measly $220 what would they do for a treatment that may cost thousands. For me this is a matter of principle and this r eview will stay up and whatever they think they can do to punish me for this review will cost them more than what they gained from me.

Negative experience: “I do not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money here! This is not a good place for treatment, and these people are not honest at all. They are not trustworthy. I paid nearly $13,000, and in the end, my procedure was not even done. The doctor told me that it was not his specialty and that I had to go somewhere else—after he had already taken my money and promised to do everything! I had to go to another place and pay an extra $3,000. Dr Shoun The worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life

Fantastic experience: If you want a dentist to listen to you, be gentle calm, kind and overly caring when doing your teeth then come hear! After years of suffering extreme fear over needing to go to the dentist , needing medication to sedate myself just to basic care after suffering severe trauma from a previous dentist , I now have terrible teeth . But I also have now found the best dentist to help me with my teeth. Even though I am using the government vouchers , I am still treated with the upmost care . I have no fear for my dentist appointments Now that I come here!

Negative experience: My husband paid for all on 4 dental implants. Five weeks after extractions the only thing he has got is cancelled appointments, low self esteem and no confidence. Still waiting for teeth.

Negative experience: Dr "Shaun"(that's not his real name) "identified" cracks on two teeth that did NOT exist. Thankfully, I consulted an endodontist who examined my teeth with a microscope and confirmed that he could not see any cracks on my teeth, and just before Dr "Shaun" almost had me get (and pay for) a completely unnecessary crown inlay. To boot, Dr "Shaun" missed a cavity in my wisdom tooth so obvious and so deep that the Endodontist could completely insert his instrument into it. Unfortunately, prior to consulting an Endodontist Dr "Shaun" performed a root canal procedure on one tooth and charged me $710.00 in excess of the MAXIMUM fee I was quoted. Dr "Shaun" said that he would combine sessions 1 & 2 of the root canal into the first visit with session 3 left for the second visit but when I went to pay the balance at the end of the second visit it was apparent that the total fee had increased by $710 - when I questioned Dr "Shaun" about it he claimed that he had not done a root canal on the first visit but had perfomed a pulpotomy and the further $710 was for that service (which is part of a root canal procedure anyway and not the procedure I agreed to) and because he had some "spare time" during the first visit he just "begun" the root canal - then he attempted to disguise the matter by saying that it cost "extra" because there was a side canal, even though I had been quoted a maximum of $1750.00 and at no stage before the conclusion of the procedure was any extra cost discussed. I had no choice but to pay the extra $710.00 because at that time Dr "Shaun" had convinced me that there was a further cracked tooth that required a crown inlay and I had been to two other denists who could not see a crack - Dr "Shaun" was the only dentist that could see this phantom crack therefore he was the only dentist I could find to treat it (it wasn't until later that I found out that there was NO crack to be seen.) The practice manager (there are only 2 staff members other than Dr "Shaun") has since claimed that they will refund the $710.00 to "satisfy" me and I have provided my banking details but of course nothing has been received and Dr "Shaun" does NOT reply to emails. The practice manager also claimed in an email that she had attempted to call me on a number of occasions to discuss the matter but no such calls were ever made - they were hoping that I would simply go away. Oh and if you're still thinking of using Dr "Shaun" just be aware that there is a 6 week waiting period between appointments - and be sure to let him know what your musical tastes are because he likes to play "music" throughout performing a procedure. UPDATE: STILL NO REFUND 8 MONTHS LATER.

Negative experience: Don't recommend as they told me $400 and then gave me a bill $780 . They should tell you when they start on it not when they finish it will cost more.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth crack and a small part of the tooth fell out. I also can’t have any anaesthetic at the moment. Dr Shaun was so amazing, he fit me into his busy day and did the filing for me without any anaesthetic and I didn’t feel anything! He was so gentle and I felt no pain. I was really amazed. One day I walked in Queens street Campbelltown and I saw dr Shawn dentist sign I went up I asked appointment for my daughter cheryn he fix my daughter teeth only $250.00 and the other dentist asking $3500.00 then I made appointment for my myself. And dr Shawn check on my teeth and he told me what I need to be done for my teeth we agreed to do the surgery today 14/9/22. implant surgery. And he told me what I should do 1 week before the surgery prepare me not any others doctors I been involved with did the same. And today he did the surgery for me was so smooth so professional doctor and professional team he got. I feel no pain no bleeding so nice and easy honestly I will tell all my friends and even I tell my enemies to go see doctor Shawn he look after them and the same with my daughter and myself. Negative experience: Lovely clinic IF you can say NO to them. I’ve just moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I found them online and decided to give them a go since they have a $49.95 Check-up offer for new patients. They told me that offer is no longer available (even though it’s literally on the front page of their website) but they would give it to me anyway. Went in for a general check-up during my lunch break. I was on-time but waited 40 mins past my booking time to be seen. I told them I was in a hurry to get back to work but they still took the time to ask if I wanted to realign my teeth, get an X-ray done and whiten my teeth (I don’t require any of these). If I had said yes (which is hard not to since they are very persuasive), it would have turned into much more than a “quick” check-up $$$. The receptionist even asked me to write a 5 star review in front of her. I put a 5 star rating and she said “No, I want you to write something”. I couldn’t pay and leave until after I had written a good review, which I am editing now. However, they were honest with the pricing, all staff were friendly, the clinic was very clean and easily accessible.

Came in for a last minute appointment on a Sunday with wisdom tooth pain, I had scans and a review and was booked in instantly the following day for an extraction. Fantastic experience: Most people don't hear "dentist" and "fun" in the same sentence but here I am saying I had the time of my life here! I got two horizontally impacted wisdom teeth removed, the whole surgery took 2.5 hours and all I had to do was relax in a chair on laughing gas and all numbed up while the professionals did all the hard work. At one point I was honestly wishing it could go for longer! I didn't know wisdom teeth removal could be so chill haha. Thank you Dr. Shawn and everyone else here! I would literally come back again to get my wisdoms removed again! I felt so comfortable here and I would recommend this place to EVERYONE, especially if you are afraid of the dentist!
