Fantastic experience: I was in horrible pain and from Perth on a four day stay. I walked in in tears and I was seen straight away. Mind you it was 4.50pm and they close at 5. No hesitation they worked on my infected tooth for over an hour. So caring and gentle as I was shaking like a leaf. I want to tell the world that these people are so amazing. Even I keep getting text messages and phone calls to see how I am. Amazing service and just beautiful people. ❤️

Dr. Sanaa was kind enough to squeeze me in last minute and honestly, I’m so grateful he did. He was super genuine, easy to talk to and took the time to explain what was going on, administered me a script for antibiotics and even explained what my options could be for when I returned back to Melbourne. My first appointment was an emergency consult after experiencing intense pain, he talked me through it all from the beginning and made sure I felt confident for my first appointment for root canal therapy. He’s patient, caring and explained everything perfectly. The receptionist staff are so sweet every time I visit. Every team member has made me feel at ease and welcomed. Dr Sanaa is truly an angel! So thankful for the care he provided and for once I’m not dreading to return to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I made an emergency appointment for severe wisdom tooth pain. Dr Sanaa made it so simple - pain relief and antibiotics for the infection, an xray the next morning, and a couple of days later, a wisdom tooth removal that was 18 years in the making - with one to follow next week. Dr Sanaa is the first Dentist who made my situation simple, easy, and affordable - and didn’t zone in in my dental anxiety. He ensured he had a thorough understanding of my medical history, treated me accordingly, and instilled trust, which is the most important thing. It was not an easy wisdom tooth extraction, but he maintained professionalism at all times, and maintained focus on my comfort and pain levels at all times. Andy, the brilliant Dental Assistant, went above and beyond - Dr Sanaa, Andy and myself spent a very intense 3 hours together, and I am so grateful I was being treated by such competent professionals. My partner and I will be returning to Dr Sanaa as our regular dentist moving forward, and we are grateful we have found him in our local area.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of a checkup and clean completed by Dr.Sanaa. I was anything but a good client attending the clinic late for my appointment. Dr.Sanaa was very accepting bringing me into the appointment. Dr.Sanaa then sat down and started asking me a series of questions about myself, my teeth and what goals I had for them. Upon completion of this he began meticulously cleaning and assessing my oral health. I found his professionalism to be of the highest standard, making my visit feel comfortable and giving me a different perspective on oral health as a whole. Negative experience: I went to this dentist for my back teeth cavity 2 years ago. After the treatment I felt sting when I had cold food or drinks which I never had before the treatment. I asked the dentist about my concern and he told me it's normal and will get better soon which didn't get better and one year later, I went to a different dentist and took X-ray. They told me the previous dentist didn't do a proper filling so there is a gap between filling and the tooth nerve which might be causing the sting. Additionally, the second time I went there (6 months later from the first visit) it was a woman dentist and she wasn't nice at all so I didn't go back since then.

Negative experience: Update: about a year after i left this review i had asked them to remove all my contact information and to no longer contact me regarding any services etc. I got an unsolicted email from them today with marketing material. I really hate the complete disrespect of this team for my privacy and completely ignorning my request that i started over the phone and in email. Update: The dentist i was seeing has since left. I am not in agreement with how the new dentist has approached me in regards to continued treatment and customer service and have decided to leave and not use this dentist again. Staff are amazing and service is awesome. Expressed concerns about the cost and they worked with me to minimise the finacial impact. Everything actually cost a lot less than what i thought it was going to which is great. 100% Recommended.

Their payment plan helped alot eith budgetting rather than it all coming at once. And whenever i was going to feel pain ot anything similar, they fully expressed that it would be there, e.g. the longest session of the teeth, or the numbing needle

Fantastic experience: I have never had two people give me rave reviews of a dentist before until now. I 've just had my first appointment and it was such a good experience. Dr. Shervin and the whole team are kind, patient and obviously there to help you on your oral health journey with a deep level of care and respect. After scans (including 3D imaging of your teeth), x-ray and a teeth clean, Dr. Shervin took me through what options I had, explaining anything I had questions about along the way and I felt empowered to choose the best options for me. For example, he explained why Invisalign would work for my bottom teeth, but for what I don't like about my top teeth, a small veneer may be better in the long term due to the teeth continually trying to go back even after Invisalign which may lead to slightly loose teeth. He obviously cares about the long term, not just in it for a quick buck or to say 'yes no worries' when you ask for a full set of Invisalign because that would be easy. 10/10 would recommend, so glad I found such an incredible dentist and practice!
