Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Radiant Smiles highly enough. Having an emergency with a broken tooth on a Sunday morning I was given an appointment that afternoon. Dr David was incredible, looked after me throughout the process of having a crown and did an amazing job. The dental nurses are lovely as are the receptionists who are warm, welcoming and understanding when entering the practice and so lovely to speak to on the phone. Having a final appointment on a Friday night meant no disruption to the work week which was another stress avoided. Huge thanks to the whole team, very grateful!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just got back from seeing Dr Rachel and I’m a very happy camper. I called in the early evening and they could see me the same night. I was so nervous and as soon as I walked in the gentleman at the front desk put me at ease. He was lovely and so kind. Dr Rachel was the best. She was quick, efficient, no nonsense but at the same time kind and very friendly. I wish I lived in Perth so I could make this my permanent dentist to go to. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Radiant Smiles last night. I was in a sticky situation when a front root canal tooth broke late at night, with a function the next morning. I was able to attend within the hour, got the tooth temporarily fixed with a plan for an immediate implant in the very near future. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Radiant Smiles enough for their caring and professional service to my daughter. She is a young woman of 30 who suffers from extremely high anxiety and needed a tooth extraction urgently. Other dentists and even a specialist wouldn’t do this due to her high anxiety and wanted to do it under general anaesthetic which she did not want. From my first phone call Rohan showed nothing but compassion and understanding of our issues and helped us by giving us 4 different options to have the tooth removed in the chair. We decided on an oral sedative and Dr Aston performed the removal. Both he, the nurse and the lovely receptionist showed such genuine care, understanding and patience with my daughter during the whole procedure. Rohan, Dr Aston and the staff at Radiant Smiles Yokine will always have our thanks and gratitude and we will now be using them for all our daughter’s dental needs in the future

Positive experience: An average experience, I was grateful to be got into a last minute appointment for a wisdom tooth removal. However I wasn’t given any after care advice except to do a salt water rinse, luckily I have had a wisdom tooth removed before and was aware but would be worrying for patients that are unaware. The procedure went well but seemed rough at times, the corner of my mouth was split and sore from being pulled open so wide and my lip was bruised the next day.

Fantastic experience: My adult son had a dental implant procedure today at Radiant Smiles Yokine. The team was amazing and took such good care of him. As he is a type 1 diabetic, there is added issues with a general anaesthetic. They kept and eye on his levels and did an amazing job. Their prior to procedure and after care is also outstanding. Fantastic experience: After so much pain this last week i got an emergency dental appointment with Dr Duan. He was amazing , no judgement , very informative of my options. Fantastic experience: I had excruciating tooth pain and came across this after hours dentist on google. I called at 8:30pm arrived just before 9pm and had a tooth extracted by 9:30pm. The service from my initial phone call to my tooth getting extracted was amazing. The dentist communicated all options to me prior to the extraction and informed me of other things I would need to get fixed with the option of also doing it tonight. I will definitely be back. Fantastic experience: Radiant smiles are our family dentist clinic for years now.I am writing this review about a recent appointment for my 8 year old son who was a bit nervous about dental appointments.As advised by doctors I brought him for dental check ups at regular intervals to make him familiar with the clinic.Unfortunately one of the tooth got infected and had to remove urgently and I wasn't sure my son will co-operate with the procedures.My sincere thanks to Dr. Preet and dental assistant Mr.Bennett who patiently handled him throughout the procedure and helped him to overcome that fear factor. Very professional and conservative team. I know when it comes to kids each of them are unique but I highly recommend trying here first before going to a child dental specialist. Thank you team.

Fantastic experience: I have been meaning to write a review for a couple of years now which is how long I have been coming to Radiant Smiles for my braces. I have always had the most amazing customer service from each and every receptionist. Dr Ponnusamy has taken care of me from the get go. Despite my treatment being paid in full, he continues to ensure that my teeth are perfect and exactly the way I imagined before even considering taking them off. He has always been upfront and transparent about the time, process and expectation. I live 45 minutes away now and still continue to come here as the service is unlike any other. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kathy Yu was very professional but also very kind and sweet, she noticed I love blackpink so her and the nurse put on some blackpink music in the background to make me feel relaxed and calm. We laughed, we joked and the whole time I was made to feel like I was being taken good care of. The procedures took no time at all and was left with little pain the next day. Fantastic experience: I contacted Radiant Smiles with a severe tooth ache in the evening. They were super helpful and booked me in for an appointment first thing in the morning. Once the cause of the pain was identified they scheduled me in later that day to nave it rectified( 2 wisdom teeth removed) Dr David was professional and kept me informed the whole time. The procedure was painless and the most comfortable ['ve felt at the dentist, despite getting my teeth removed. will happily be going back there for any future dental appointments and the other 2 wisdom teeth out. Negative experience: We went in for a night splint at Radiant smiles Albany so daughter wouldn't grind teeth, and was told there is no point as she needs braces. The cost for that appointment was $170 with xray. Then I made appointment for the quote for the brace work which took all of 10 mins and was quoted $11600 , cost for the quote $350 . I took my daughter for a second opinion and quote at Albany Orthodontics with Dr Stuart price for quote $150 the xrays were done for free at Albany hospital. We were in with Dr Stuart about 40 mins ,and were told not only does my daughter not need braces but they would actually be detrimental to her teeth / smile. The receptionist at radiant smiles was lovely.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share how wonderful Radiant Smiles Dental Care was for me. I was in desperate pain, needing help for a horrible toothache requiring a root canal. From the moment I initially rang them, to having them fit me in to see a dentist quickly and then the expert care, advice and help they gave me was simply amazing. Once there, realising I needed further specialised Endodontics support, they made the referral and set up the appointment as soon as possible for me. Not only was Dr Preet very professional, kind and helpful in her examination, the dental nurse (I'm sorry I didnt get your name) and the reception ladies Mel and Sara were also extraordinarily kind, compassionate and ever so helpful with setting me up with the appointment with the specialist. I am new to this area and had been looking for a dentist to make a long term relationship with, but no longer, as I have now already found it. a million times, thankyou.

Negative experience: Borderline negligent dentist and the cleanliness and level of hygiene by staff questionable. Had severe toothache on a Sunday afternoon and after calling multiple clinics was able to get an emergency appointment at Radiant Smiles. I had recently been to my own dentist and was aware of a small cavity in my wisdom tooth but also a potential requirement for a root canal treatment in another tooth in the near future, both of which I explained to the dentist at Radiant Smiles. He took a two second look, then had me take an xray, and within a couple of minutes told me my wisdom tooth was infected and offered to remove it on the spot. Thankfully, despite the acute pain, I wasn’t comfortable enough to have such a procedure done at this particular clinic, so took the painkillers prescribed and booked an appointment with my usual dentist for the following week. After thorough checks, a transfer of the xray done on the Sunday and another scan done by my dentist, they determined no sign of infection in the wisdom tooth whatsoever and the cause of the pain was indeed the tooth requiring root canal treatment. Appalling to have someone misdiagnose the pain so completely AND offer to remove a whole tooth for no reason.

Fantastic experience: A great service, I needed an implant to replace a crowned front tooth where the root had cracked. Other Dentists, where unable to give a definitive cost of the entire procedure. With Radiant Smiles they do everything on site, and so are able to give you a quote for the entire procedure. They did a brilliant job. Don't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists! I called as a new patient after cracking a tooth in half and they fit me in the same day. I ended up with an emergency root canal and had zero pain after this. I then have had a consultation with Dr Justin who has performed a procedure to extract and replace the tooth with an implant. The whole process has been professional and compassionate. I am never going elsewhere for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: Being away from home on holiday especially the other side of the world the last thing you want is to crack a tooth especially a couple of days before Christmas. Found Radiant Smiles Dental Care on the internet and that evening I had an appointment arranged for the following morning to sort out my tooth. Staff were very friendly and helpful and before I left the surgery I had already received an email with all the paperwork needed to make a claim through my travel insurance. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: I came here a week ago with a government subsidy form and I had the best experience. The receptionist is absolutely amazing- when I called up I barely knew what the form was or how it works and she explained it all for me then helped me book an appointment. Once I came in for my appointment the receptionist was again really helpful and made the process much easier. The best receptionist I’ve ever dealt with at any place EVER!! The clean, x-rays and procedures all went really well. Everything I needed to pay for was said to me prior to it being done so I understood the costs. I ended up needing four small fillings and they even let me get them done that day. Definitely recommend this dentist :)

Fantastic experience: I just had the best experience at a dentist. In excruciating pain, I did a Google search at 8pm. They had an appointment at 8:30pm. Booked an appointment through chat on their website. Jumped in the car, drove from Cannington to Yokine. Had a consult, x-ray and extraction and was back in Cannington by 9:45. Fantastic experience: Just had all four wisdom teeth extracted here and I couldn’t fault the experience. Obviously it’s not an enjoyable procedure and I was very nervous and hesitant, but the team did their best to calm my nerves and it was no where near as bad as I thought it was going to be and was over before I knew it. Fantastic experience: I took my son to Radiant Smiles Dental Care at 9 pm on Saturday night for emergency treatment after he knocked out 3 front teeth while mountain biking. That was the only dentist in Perth I could find open at that time. He received the necessary treatment and the team didn’t mind to stay open longer to finish with his teeth. They are also encourage you to find a better price as they are not over the top like everywhere else, all dentist use the same lab insane the cost other clinics charge and am so grateful we were told about them and now my husband will have his new teeth next month and not be scammed huge amounts for the same dental work made in the one lab in perth to which I will also add they are awesome too!
