Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Core Dental Carrum Downs with Dr Tristan and his wonderful assistant Billie. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease — not always easy when you’re getting a filling! Dr Tristan was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly before and during the procedure. His calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The work itself was done with precision and care — I barely felt a thing, and the result is flawless. Billie was equally amazing — friendly, supportive, and clearly in sync with Dr Tristan. She helped create a really relaxed atmosphere, and it was obvious they make a great team. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines technical excellence with such genuine care for their patients. I honestly can’t recommend Dr Tristan and Billie highly enough. Thank you both!

Fantastic experience: We always have a great experience with the team at Core Dental Group especially Dr Amreen and her assistant Tara . Fantastic experience: Dr Anna and the staff at Core Dental at the absolute best! I have had a very difficult journey with my teeth- I have always been self-conscious about them and as a result never took care of them properly. I cannot tell you how many dentists I’ve had in the past who made me feel so much shame about them. I always hated going to the dentist, not because I was scared, but because I always felt belittled. This year I made myself a goal to fix my teeth, and used google to help me find a good local dentist. I got a booking with Dr Anna and from the very first meeting I could tell that she was someone who was patient and free of judgment. She listened to my concerns, helped me feel at ease, and talked me through all of my orthodontic options. She performed all of my teeth extractions so well, and let me rest and take my time when I needed it. Her communication is great and she very clearly lets you know every step and what you need to do post op. She’s also very responsive and notices when something might be causing discomfort. She even had a look at my 4yr olds teeth and helped her feel comfortable about her first trip to the dentist. She is an absolute gem of a dentist- if you are ever feeling nervous or are looking to get a new dentist then Dr Anna is your answer!

Positive experience: Had booked for 2pm, Got a call from them 10 minutes prior while on the way asking to push it to 2.30pm, by 3pm was still waiting and was said it was approximately a further 10minute. Review Update 13/07 - Business reached out to apologise and reschedule a suitable time, good customer service with follow up, service and efficiency on the day was at the same standard it had been previously leaving my prior experience as an abnormality. Happy to continue using their services.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous to attend as I have an irrational fear of dentists, however I was in a world of pain so my attendance was unavoidable. Dr Tristan was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and to placate my fears. He and his assistant, Maria, were such lovely people and instantly helped calm me down. I ultimately had quite a bit of work done and actually fell asleep in the chair. Everyone at Core Dental ensured that I felt supported and I was as never made to feel as if my fears were silly or juvenile. I highly recommend this practice and specifically Dr Tristan

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist team. I had a very difficult wisdom tooth sitting on a nerve that had been referred to by the previous dentist to an oral surgeon. Came here and it turns out they have a wisdom tooth specialist that comes in specifically to remove wisdom teeth. He was fantastic, took out the tooth in minutes and off I went. Wish I had gone to him for the other ones that were truly traumatic experiences. The other dentists are friendly, through, professional and caring. Everything here is done professionally and you know you are in good hands!

Price wise they are the best in the area, I did contact others around in the area and I would say Core Denral have very competitive pricing so I went there and subsequently also suggest my partner to better take a consultation.......On the top of pricing, the amount of hard work Dr. Tristan put in for the entire consultation was very helpful, satisfying, exclusively informative and very professional. I can say that cause, I have had previous experience with others in the area and it wasn't so attentive or hard working for the tooth pain problem. I was happy that I came across the best one. Fantastic experience: Very good dental practice they did a great job on my teeth and I wasn't charged for things that i didn't need. I would definitely recommend core dental I've spent a lot of time at dental practices over the years and these guys are right up the top with the best I've seen. I was also given a very nice welcome pack that included several different toothpastes, a toothbrush, floss and dental info which I really appreciated. I Will definitely be going back to core dental

Fantastic experience: Core dental is amazing! Had my braces treatment done here as well as wisdom teeth removal and had no trouble. Dr Yana is very professional, always made me feel comfortable, took great care of my teeth and I’m super happy with how they turned out! Also payment plans available if need be which was very helpful for braces. Couldn’t recommend core dental and Dr Yana enough!

Fantastic experience: I went into the Clinic in a great deal of pain and only waited in reception for like 2 mins before I was called into my appointment with Dr Amreen Hussain and she was very caring and thoughtful of my pain, it ended up being an extraction of a wisdom tooth that was not in very good shape and fell apart and took almost 2 hrs in the chair to come out but the Dental Nurse and Dr were caring and checking in on me the entire time. I’m healing now and very grateful for the treatment I received from the clinic.

Positive experience: Polite, and really appreciate the team getting me in on such short notice considering the pain I was in however the outcome was a little disappointing. Being told the only option was to remove the tooth then potentially spend 6-8k on an implant ended up being false when I later got a second opinion. Luckily, I did just that & the 2nd dentist I visited put me on a couple days worth of antibiotics to clear the infection & I go in on Monday for a root canal at 1/3rd the price + I get to keep my tooth. Other than that, great modern & clean establishment & the staff were amazing to deal with….

Positive experience: Appt was at 4.30 and had a call to say if we could come at 4.45 which was fine and when we got there for the 4.45 appointment. We were still waiting to be seen at 5.15

Positive experience: Great staff, I’m not a big fan of dentists but these ones were pretty good. My only issue was price, the first visit was very reasonable but I felt my second visit was way overpriced .

Fantastic experience: Attended this clinic for a checkup and clean and was amazed by the high quality service I received. Dr Ivy was absolutely amazing, she made me feel extremely comfortable, took the time to explain everything to me and was able to answer all the questions I had. The dental nurse Billie was also so polite and welcoming. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist so the girls did a fantastic job at making me welcome and comfortable! Fantastic experience: This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to, and I have been to plenty. It is a nice clean and modern clinic that is purpose built, not a converted house. My dentist there is Stephanie, she is fantastic and very compassionate. She is always checking if I am ok and takes into account my other health issues to make things more comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for her or the nurses (and other dentists if we have to see one of them). My wife now sees her as well and feels the same way. Plus all the staff make you feel welcome and are very efficient.

Fantastic experience: Took my 6yr old and 8yr old today and was seen by Dr Ivy. What an absolute superstar she is! Cannot recommend enough, especially for young children. After searching for a dentist for a while now, I can safely say we will be back again to see Dr Ivy. She was fantastic with the kids. I think I’ll start seeing her myself! Reception staff (2 ladies) both lovely & professional, and the candle burning smelt great!
