Fantastic experience: Dr Chan performed my teeth extraction professionally, with compassion, and patience. He addressed my anxieties about the procedure and ensured I was well informed prior to starting. During the extraction I was allowed to stop at any time and provided further anaesthetics if needed. The staff were also super sweet and helpful regarding post extraction care. Walked out happy with the appointment and in no pain. Overall, would highly recommend Dr Chan if you’re looking to get an extraction performed.

Fantastic experience: Had a double extraction with Dr Budden. He put me completely at ease before he started, showed me xrays and explained exactly was was going to happen. The procedure was painless and over before I realised. Dr Budden was fully aware of my past medical history and prescribed after care accordingly. Staff have been wonderful with follow-up calls. I could not be happier from start to finish with my experience with this company.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally do reviews, however, there have have been a few people, that in conversation, have been interested in the all on 4 implants which i have. What I would like to say is, that if you are tolerating the aweful issues that come with dentures and considering implants, dont put it off, it is amazing, It's the next best thing to real teeth. You can eat what you want, and if a nice smile is your thing then that will happen too. Yes it's not cheap and for at least twelve weeks you have to tolerate fairly soft food but after that its all good. I had my proceedure in March 2024, ( yes this is definately a late review) Andrew Chan is a total professional and nice guy and I did not experience any pain during the proceedure . All The staff at Adelaide tooth removals and dental implants are excellent. Hope this helps anyone considering implants.

Fantastic experience: I had tooth extracted by doctor Paul Budden! After many years of trauma with tooth extractions, my anxiety was very high but his bedside manner. The care that he gives his patients and all the staff and their dental nurses was phenomenal. Not only the level of care and respect was something like I've never seen at a dentist. He was so quick so efficient. It was out within 10 minutes. Max! I've always had extreme pain after extractions, not with this extraction. Very minimal pain. Didn't even feel like the tooth was gone. I highly recommend this practise. Their aftercare was amazing as well. Honestly, I will not go anywhere else for future work. Thank you very much!

Dr Chan is a highly experienced and professional dentist who managed the entire procedure with exceptional care. My daughter did not experience any pain during the extraction, thanks to his gentle and reassuring approach. He kept her calm and engaged by conversing with her and even played her favourite music throughout the procedure to help her feel at ease. The post-operative follow-up was also outstanding—one of the staff members regularly checked in to monitor her recovery and promptly addressed any concerns, such as bleeding. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Paul Budden by my dentist after an impacted wisdom tooth was causing me active and unbearable pain. Dr Budden and his team (including the exemplary Helena) managed to get me in incredibly quickly, explained the process and risks thoroughly so a layperson like me would understand, and removed the problematic teeth on first consultation. There were no wait times or hidden costs and the facilities were warm, welcoming and clean. I hope I never have to go through this process again, but if I do, I would absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend Adelaide Tooth Removals and Dental Implants, and specifically the care of Dr Budden.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrew Chan and his assistant were fantastic. Had my bottom left wisdom tooth removed under local anaesthetic. The procedure was explained to me in detail and it was all done very quickly whilst ensuring my comfort. Very minimal swelling (almost none) and didn't have to take pain killers after the removal as the pain/soreness whilst being uncomfortable was bearable. The area where my tooth was removed was only noticeably sore for about 3-4 days. Within a week the soreness was almost completely gone and I was back to eating soft foods. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Adelaide tooth removals highly enough!! From entering, the reception staff are lovely and then the dentist and nurses are so kind and supportive, I was quite nervous so they gave me stress balls and were genuinely caring and kind to me which made me feel so much more comfortable. As far as the tooth removal.. he said it may take 15 minutes, my tooth was out in literally 45 seconds to a minute!! I experienced zero pain during the procedure and haven’t had any pain since and it’s now been a week!! My extraction site is basically healed now and I cannot believe I didn’t even need Panadol the night of the procedure or the day after it was truely painless. Thankyou so much for making a dreaded experience a truely easy and painless experience!!

An excellent experience, if I had have to remove them again, I'd definitely would do so here . Also, the 'aftercare' is wonderful.
