Fantastic experience: Dr Alistair is very good and professional, He did a filling for my broken anterior front tooth which I think looks good like before, he is very serious about his job no mucking around. Would seriously recommend him to anybody who wants a good job done and also affordable. At first I thought it's gonna be more than few hundred dollars esp without medical insurance but the pricing is as per website legit anterior for 2 surface and Dr Alistair check my teeth before giving me the quote how much it will cost me and if I am happy to go ahead. So am happy with the dental work done that's the most important.

I told her about my sensitive teeth and she was so understanding and did an amazing job with the cleaning and scaling I had . Her and her assistant were amazing . Made feel comfortable and relaxed . Also a shout out to the incredible receptionist who was so friendly and professional. Great place and affordable and will be back when I am back in my home town again . Well done guys

Fantastic experience: I believe having a good dentist is actually better than winning tatts loto. And I have hit a jackpot. Among the small things I also had an implant procedure. Soon to have another one. At the start, I was absolutely dreading it, having a metal rod installed in your gum is not anyone’s wish. But my jackpot started with the consultation and the quote. And yes, prices are similar to Thai ones, but you are actually saving money by not flying and paying for the hotel, and if there is an issue, you would have to take more time off and repeat your travels. There is no need for this now. You have a charming Dr Poli with hands as light as a feather, gentle, personable, friendly, and gorgeous. Dr Poli looks after the implant fixture and extremely nice Dr Michael - a gentle Giant, completes the procedure. The actual procedure was relatively quick and painless, and the healing came and went without me even noticing it. There is nothing to be afraid of. The joy of getting new “teeth” and chewing your food better – is absolutely worth it. Katya, the practice manager, softly spoken woman with a velvety voice, thank you for everything, and for today, I am very grateful to you. And last but not least, the front desk person – Anna. Anna you would have to be the most patient (I heard you on the phone), most calm and the coolest, professional lovely young woman that I have meet in a long time. Its just a pleasure to have you Guys looking after us. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Endodentist Clinic. Dr. Albenia was exceptionally thorough, kind, and honest. She took the time to go through my X-rays, explained each tooth’s condition, what needed urgent attention, and what could be left alone. I really appreciated that she didn’t push for unnecessary treatments or refer me to a specialist when it wasn’t needed. She clearly explained all my options and costs. Fabiolla, the assistant, was so helpful and kind, and the girl at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. I’m truly impressed and grateful for the genuine care and excellent service I received!

Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish. A no BS practice, just as it should be. Charged $99 for a job that I was charged almost $300 for at another practice, a few years ago.

Negative experience: I just visited them this morning for fillings to be done because of the cheap prices listed on their website and good google reviews. My advice is that, the 99 dollars price promoted on their website is just a marketing thing. The dentist I saw gave me quote much higher than what I was expecting. In the end I decided not to have the dental work done there and got charged 100 dollars for "service" I didn't need.. It is common for business to use low price to get customers in the door first. Be aware!

Negative experience: I paid $4850 up front four years ago for clear aligners. 3 years later after minimal communication from them regarding what was meant to be a 10 month treatment plan. I found out myself that their aligner supplier went bankrupt. They have never discussed this with me. I called a year ago and was told by reception that she would call me in the new year regarding their new aligner supplier. A year later still no call about that. After a little internet search I discover this receptionist is being investigated for stealing over $150,000 off clients, especially those who paid in cash at her request. No one ever contacted me to tell me this either. They are still advertising aligners on their website. I called two days ago finally fed up and depressed over what was meant to be something I've been excited for my entire life (perfect teeth) but has turned into 4 years of chasing up and never getting a response. I was assured I'd be called back that day. Well its the third day now and of course no phone call back. I don't care if you're busy or understaffed, I deserve some priority having paid in full my treatment many years ago. $5000 and four years down the drain. I'm still stuck with stained attachments on my teeth that have shifted back to their original state. As I've made numerous attempt to contact them to sort this out and got nothing in response I'm forced to take legal action in order to resolve this whole mess of a situation. DO NOT GET ALIGNERS HERE I AM WARNING YOU ALL. Do a quick search of their old receptionist marileen rashidi and the company smilestyler if you wan't to know what you are getting yourself into.

Negative experience: First time I went there for a clean up it was a good service with Dr George. I had to come a second time because there was no time for me to get my filling done as well as a clean up . I was 10 minutes late due to parking in the city . The receptionist ( forgot her name but she was smirking the whole time )called me and wanted to cancel me on the spot . I walked in and spoke to the dentist Alistair who also wanted to refuse me . He said he was willing to do one of the two fillings due to lack of time . He did one of fillings in about 15 minutes . Then he sent me to receptionist . Then the receptionist said I have to pay 200 because it’s per surface. I explained I was never told this over the phone and that’s why I came and she didn’t care . She just said I’m sorry this is what it costs . My appointment was from 1:00 pm to 1:45 . I got there at 1:10 pm and he did a filling in 15 mins for 200 dollars then sent me home . So now I have to go back to another dentist to get the second filling done . When I called on the phone they said it was 100 for each service and the person on the phone said it would be 100 for the fillings and 100 for the clean up. They lied to me about the price on the phone , wanted to reject service when I drove an hour and also spent 20 mins parking . And when I confront ed them about lying to me about the price on the phone they didn’t care . When I asked to speak to the management about this they just said we will tell her to call you instead of getting her on the phone . Edit : The owner then called me and said it was my fault completely because I booked dthe fillings appointment online after the receptionist told me the wrong costs for the services . I was respectful to the staff at the clinic the whole time . Then the owner was yelling at me on the phone and that’s when I finally stood up for myself . The owner is literally trying to gaslight me . I said they only served me after I had to contest my right and I got scammed when the receptionist told me the wrong price on the phone . Why did I think it was 100 dollars for the filling? Because that’s what YOUR OWN STAFF said Your own staff member said I will get a refund for this but you refused as the owner . Instead you told me I should be grateful for your amazing and cheap service . Very ironic.

Fantastic experience: Great services, clean, speedy, and professional. The receptionist was welcoming and supportive. Alistair (dentist) was very approachable and helpful in answering questions, giving dental health status of your situation, and advising best treatment options. I have a dying molar tooth with the nerves affected, require treatment and filling, or otherwise worst case scenario root canal if the tooth was not treated or worsens. My entire session included oral examination, consultation, analgesic injection, x-ray, and a white dental filling, at a rate of $198. Rates varies depending on case. Toilet available in the building premises and require staff access. Two flights of stairs are required to access the practice with one having disability wheelchair elevator. Cashless payments accepted only.

Fantastic experience: Went here to for tooth filling, the service was great. The Destist inform me directly on the price prior to the treatment (similar to what being stated on the website) and the injection was painless. Very happy with my result!

Fantastic experience: Though I recognize that my original complaint of them being unable to reschedule my booking on the same day on short notice was not deserving of a 1* review, what was deserving of it was: 1. The patronizing customer support contractor they sent after me 2. The fact that when I called to cancel and ask the staff to remove their reply to my review in which they used my FULL LEGAL NAME, she actually started crying, told me I had ruined her and her staff's lives and cost them thousands (a 1* review on one review site about a rescheduling issue on a 4.5* business is really not that powerful, actually), and asked me through tears to remove my review instead so my name would no longer be there definitely was. You doxxed my, your client's, identity when I made a review through an anonymous account, forcing me to delete the negative review. This feels like an emotionally manipulative business practice. I removed the review because I did sympathise with the staff member personally in regards to working in the service industry. I am sure she is lovely in real life, and she was over the phone initially, so I do feel bad for making her burst so. But your staff needs to be more careful in future, because someone unlike me, who kept proof of this interaction, would be able to report this Privacy Act breach to CAV. I am keen to see your reply. This time, I have placed a 5* review so it won't affect your rating negatively and "ruin your lives". So please, save your tears.

Negative experience: Please check your invoice before making your payment. My wife took out her wisdom teeth on 3 June 2024. After the surgery was done, we waited for about 5 minutes before she was asked to do a scan. We thought it was strange and were thinking why she needed a scan after it was done. It's wisdom teeth extraction, not jaw replacement. When we saw the invoice they charged us $250 for the scan post surgery. The key thing here is we were not informed of this beforehand. They made it seem like it was part of the whole "process" and were definitely not up front about it. So please check with them on the exact breakdown of the costs involved. My wife's was Extraction - $375 per tooth 2nd random scan - $250 Consultation scan (done weeks before) - they advertised as $99 but charged us $125. Was only rectified when we brought it up over the phone and we had to remind them again a 2nd time when we made our final payment at the clinic. I have doubts they would have "remembered", as the receptionist was about to key in the amount (without the $26 deduction) on the credit card terminal. Other than that: Doctor was friendly and very quick Water dispenser is cold Toilets are clean Actual procedure was pretty quick (Update to Affordable Dentist's reply) 4 June 2024 Thank you for your swift response, it is appreciated. Going forward I hope your team learns to be more transparent with your charges. A CBCT scan is to diagnose the treatment approach before the procedure begins. Not after. Before.

Positive experience: Overall experience was average. On my first visit I had booked a consultation, unfortunately the dentist was busy so I was instead directed to get an X-ray and was told to book a date for wisdom teeth extraction, without any consultation. I was then charged $125 for the X-ray. When I got back and checked their website I realised that I was overcharged and should have been charged $99 only. I informed the reception who called to book my extraction appointment and they were nice to enough to include the $26 refund for my next visit. On my next visit, which is for my wisdom teeth surgery I was told that two wisdom teeth would cost $750 ($375 per tooth). After my surgery, I was then directed to do a scan for my teeth which I had assumed was included in the $750 fee, as I wasn’t informed about the additional fee for the scan. This scan ended up costing me an additional $250, which I did not account for. The staff were nice and the surgeon was good. However, I do think that there should be more transparency and better communication, so that expectations can be managed.

Positive experience: Im happy with the services offered when I have my dental implant. Dr Paulo Pinho is excellent and accomodating. The receptionist is very accomodating. Dr.Sherrie who placed my crown for the implant. Her hand accidentally slip that causing the sharp insteument shes holding to cut the left side of my cheek. The cut was just small and not significant major bleeding.however, I haven't receive an apology about the incident instead seems like denying that my cheek was bleeding when I asked her for a gauze to put pressure in the bleeding.

The lower part of my teeth were sensitive so she had to do extra effort by doing it manually and being gentle. I must say that on my next appointment for oral prophylaxis, I would definitely request for the same hygienist. Fantastic experience: If you need a dental implant this is the place to go. Initially I was sceptical when I received the quote as it was quite a bit cheaper than another dental surgery I had been to. I had 2 implants done by Dr Poli and could not have been happier with the entire process. It was less painful than a root canal and two years on there have been no issues. The after care is excellent and the practice manager, Marileen even called after hours to check up on me after the procedure. She is easy to contact and really helpful. I now go to Dr Wang for my 6 month clean and she is the gentlest and most patient dentist I have ever been to as I have a huge fear! Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: For anyone considering using The Affordable Dentist Melbourne be very carful . I had an appointment last March 2023 and when it came to a quote for 2 implants the first cost was under $6000.00 however the final cost was $9350.00. I went and a different Dentist to get a quote to compare prices for the same 2 implants. The other dentist l went to said l needed bone craft for 1 tooth, the cost of $575.00 however The Affordable Dentist Melbourne using to same scams said l need 2 to bone crafts at the prices of $1600.00 each (same code 243) and on top of that charging $1800.00 for a Guided tissue regeneration (code 236) and also they wanted a charge me $250.00 Cone Beam Computed Tomography (code 026) for every visit. There are other inflated prices that The Affordable Dentist Melbourne wanted to charge me. So in my opinion there are a lot of other dentist that are more upfront and transparent with their prices. So my advice is to think very carefully before using The Affordable Dentist Melbourne. The dentist that will be using gave me a 2D and 3D photos showing the location of the implants and where the bone craft is required. I got nothing like that from The Affordable Dentist Melbourne.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned by Dr Mojtaba Avazabadian. He is a true professional and with very good chair side manners. Following my dental hygiene, I was given feedback on the condition of my teeth, mouth and gums, and general advice. Dr. Avazabadian's assistant was also great and so was the lady at reception. I was charged exactly and only for the services I asked for ... $99 for dental hygiene.

Negative experience: Had an appointment 3 weeks ago! They cancelled that on me the day before! Now booking for my consult is out to 3 weeks on a different day? People, don't bother calling, they don't answer the phone! I'm a shift worker, how do I book 3 weeks in advance?

Negative experience: Apparently they are extremely busy. I received a text the day of my appointment that it was cancelled and I would be contacted later that day to reschedule. No one contacted me so I called the next day and the receptionist was quite friendly and told me she could not reschedule at that time but she would call me first thing the following day. I never received any call. It is virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone via chat, email, or phone call. I have called probably 10 times and that is the only time I received an answer.

Fantastic experience: I have visited many dentists over the years but this clinic has been my best experience by far. Marileen and the team of dentists have been extremely professional and friendly in all my interactions. I first had an implant placed several years ago by Dr Pinho. The implant came in at less than half the cost I was quoted elsewhere and I could tell the team genuinely cared for providing me with the best treatment possible. Other dentists I visited for consultation for the implant seemed to not care at all and were only interested in making as much money out of me as possible. This was not the case with Dr Pinho who clearly prides himself on the quality of treatment he provides. I had many years without issue with this implant and crown. However, recently the crown broke. The clinic saw me promptly and had organised a new crown within a week or so. This is a sign of true professionals who back the quality of their work. Even several years after completing the procedure they made it a priority to ensure I had a new crown organised as soon as possible and covered the associated costs. The implant itself has still held up perfectly so far. I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic and wouldn't recommend anyone else for dental implants.
