Fantastic experience: One very happy mumma! I have my own dental fears but Took mr 5 with big hopes he would let the dentist look at his teeth. A couple of failed attempts over the years so I was not sure how the visit was going to go. But Dentist Saroop was amazing with my son. She knew when he had enough and didn’t want to push him. My son enjoyed the fishes in the waiting area and the tv with his favourite you tube show on whilst in the chair was a hit. I was so please he got up on the chair and gave it a go. On the way home he even said “it is the best day ever” he got a surprise for being so brave and giving it a go and he is asking when we are going back. Here’s hoping watching him helps me with my dental fears.

Brought my 7 year daughter here with the hope that I would get better information and feel more comfortable with her needing to get fillings than previous experiences ar school dentist. Our Dentist Caitlin and her Team are incredible and the experience have been amazing! Wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else now... The entire Staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Positive experience: Very friendly, relaxed and helpful staff. Only thing missing this time was a clear explanation of the work that had to be done on my tooth to ensure me and help me create a picture in my head. Lucky I wasn’t numbed up too much too ask, so I could speak and got a clear answer.

Fantastic experience: I recently had one of my wisdom teeth extracted at Crown Holistic Dental. I was honestly so nervous but Dr. Tisa and her assistant Belinda were absolutely amazing, they made the process feel so much calmer and less overwhelming. I felt supported from start to finish and I’m genuinely so grateful for the team, including the new receptionist lady.

Negative experience: They claim to be holistic and passionate about oral health however it felt like more of a money making exercise to me. They tried to pressure me into having x-rays (radiation exposure) despite advising I had recently had oral x-rays that were all clear. The Dentist then asked to take some photos of my mouth (with no mention of any charge for this service) to which I agreed. When I went to pay after my visit, I was charged $80 for these completely unnecessary photos.. and a total of $300 for a basic check-up, scale and clean. A few weeks later, I emailed to ask for the photos they took to please be sent through to me and to this day, have not received a response. So very disappointed.

Negative experience: I like there holistic approach and very friendly but last dentist I saw there quoted for a lot of work which did not need doing and maybe would of created more problems down the track, worth getting a second opinion sometimes.

Their costings are a pleasent suprise especially to those on aged care or Vet Affairs cards. I have 100% confidence in recommending them to people living in the Joondalup area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

With so many chemicals in our daily lives I was concerned about what is going into my body.The team at Crown were fantastic and explained what they were using. They are a super professional, friendly team and it was a very calming environment. Dr Peter was so lovely. He was efficient, explained and listened to my concerns in regard to my teeth.I was impressed that they had the latest equipment, they were quick and efficient. The fillings I received were really well done. (I've had a lot of filling in my life.lol) I felt no pain when having anesthetic and Dr Peter explained what he was doing and kept checking on me during procedure to see that I was ok. He also offered other services to help me maintain my health. I travelled all the way from Mandurah and it was worth it. I will definitely be going back. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My second visit to Crown dental yesterday! I had a clean and check up. I’d also had an issue with a denture, entirely my fault, which needed adjustment. I hadn’t even made an appointment with Lee but he fixed it straight away while my teeth were being cleaned. The attention to cleaning was faultless, probably the best I’ve ever had. I’m an incredibly nervous patient (white knuckles) and my check up was excellent and non invasive. There’s not many dentists I can remember laughing with as much as I did yesterday. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My 15 year old daughter had to come in and have 2 fillings, she was quite nervous, I can’t thank Kaitlyn enough for the time she took to do breathwork with Matilda and make sure she was nice and calm. Fantastic experience: I had a mould taken for a mouth guard on Thursday and to my surprise got the message it was ready to collect the next day. Excellent service with kind, patient staff. Also, after my private health insurance rebate it only cost a little extra than a boil and bite type mouth guard. Will definitely be spreading the word around the gym for anyone else wanting to have their own custom fitted mouth guard.

I found Crown Holistic Dental and decided to give them a try as they seemed different than the other regular dentists I’d been to and I’m so glad I did! Everyone is so kind and caring. Explaining everything to me so I understand and making sure I was happy before going ahead with anything.. and so gentle I barely had any pain.
