Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and saw the amazing reviews so booked in. From the moment I walked in the staff are so friendly. I got many photos taken, some x rays which showed me how thorough they are. I first had Dr Jack who explained to me in detail about my teeth from the photos taken and then had Dr Kate to clean my teeth who was so friendly, explained every process and just made the experience so pleasant. I am very happy with my visit and highly recommend anyone looking for a dental practise who are friendly, thorough and who genuinely care about giving you results.

I spoke with the lovely Kylie over the phone to book an appointment, she was super friendly and quick to answer any outstanding questions I had and it was decided Dr Troy was best fit for me. Any worries I had leading up to my first visit left as soon as I stepped foot into Beyond Infinity Dental, the place is immaculate with an abundance of natural lighting, you can tell right away that these people are passionate about Oral health and helping others achieve their goals, it’s giving positive vibes. I have had 3 visits now, Dr Troy with the helping hands of Mark and Chloe have been extremely efficient at repairing my teeth, the chemistry between them and the way they work together gives me absolute confidence that I have made the right choice. They have helped me understand the importance of creating and maintaining healthy practices for longevity so my teeth can heal and last my lifetime, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist Dr Jeff has given me back my smile, my first visit ovet 12 months ago Dr Jeff was so friendly, patient and caring in helping to show me how he could work with giving me teeth that I could not only eat properly with but be proud to show instead of hiding them. The whole process has been so much better than what I thought, I went from having IV sedation to taking medication before a procedure to now having nothing but the needles to numb the area, this is because Dr Jeff has been so gentle with his work that it put my anxiety to rest. The staff at the clinic are also amazing always so friendly and always call with a follow up to how I'm feeling. I absolutely highly recommend that if your looking to achieve the best results in getting back a beautiful smile and having quality in your teeth then Beyond Infinity Dental is the place to start you won't be disappointed

I just had my teeth cleaned there, and from the moment I walked in, the receptionist Kylie was very friendly, approachable, and professional. Dr. Leazelle is very professional and caring! The whole process was gentle, patient, and detail-oriented. I was a little anxious about going to the dentist due to my previous bad experience at Clear Dental Castle Tower (their rough cleaning gave me three ulcers that lasted for two months). However, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. I couldn't help but tell Dr. Leazelle how good I felt about this experience. It was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely go back for my next teeth cleaning.

Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff at your clinic. Me and my 3-year-old were right in front of the clinic waiting for replacement bus (no metro and the toilet access at the time). My toddler urgently needed to use the toilet, and the clinic is our best hope to get to in time. However, the reception lady refused our request, showing absolutely ZERO empathy. It was not a staff toilet that does not allow non-staff access and the toilet was available at the time of request. Given the clinic don’t have genuine care to people with needs, I will not trust this place and use their service, simple as that.

After hearing about beyond infinity from a work colleague I mustered up the courage and made my first appointment. From walking through the front doors everyone was nice and welcoming. Jack was great in assuring me I was in the right place and they could help me at that point i was still nervous . Then I met Kate who started my deep clean. She was amazing, patient and made me feel calm. The pain was very minimal. Happy to say Im ready to start my dental journey again and I know this time I have found the right clinic with people who care.
