Fantastic experience: I took my eight year old in as she had a big hole in her tooth. She was very fearful of the dentist, but she had such a great first ever filling experience. The dentist, Holly, and all the staff were very warm, welcoming and kind with her the entire time - explaining everything to her as they went. It was wonderful service and I was very happy with the affordability too! Highly recommend as your family dentist.

Fantastic experience: After attending my appointment today I have come out smiling the experience I had was great first of the reception girls phoebe/jess were very welcoming. Dr Irvin and his assistant Tri are very professional in their work making sure i was comfortable throughout the procedure and made 2 hours feel like 30 minutes I’m very pleased to say that the Avenue dental Team are great and very professional in all aspects of running a clinic

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise this dental practice more highly! From somebody who has had a real phobia of dentists for 50+ years, this is really saying something. From the very first call with Phoebe, in reception, to my eventual 3 hour appointment with Sanchit and Ash, I was treated with so much respect, re my phobia. I had initially decided that I was going to have IV sedation which was not ideal given the cost and affects on my body. After discussing my options with Sanchit, I decided to go ahead with the gas, which as it turns out, was all I needed ‍♀️ Not one second of pain throughout the entire experience…in fact I got to the point of being ‘relaxed’. Unheard of! My next appointment is in 4 months time and I cannot explain how wonderful it feels not to have a knot in my stomach every time I think about it, so thank you so much, all of you, but especially Sanchit for making me believe I could do it. You’ve achieved a miracle See you all in 4 months time

Everyone at Avenue Dental was so welcoming and made me feel valued and at ease from the onset. The clinic itself is very aesthetic and clean, and has a warm ambiance (which is very rare for a medical clinic!). I was really impressed with the technology utilised throughout, and appreciated the extra touches to make the treatments more comfortable. Fantastic experience: My daughter was very anxious about coming in today after learning she'll be having 3 teeth pulled. Dr Holly was absolutely amazing with her, explained everything she was going to do in words that she would understand. Created a very positive, safe atmosphere which I really appreciated. Nat who was also in the room assisting was also amazing, she held my daughters hand when things got a little tricky and made her feel safe aswel. So glad I've found this local dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’m in the process of getting crowns at North Lakes Avenue Dental, one of my temporary crowns chipped (which is normal). The team at NL were closed, but the amazing team at Murrumba Downs, helped me on short notice. Phoebe was friendly, polite, and very helpful. It’s refreshing to be welcomed with such a great attitude. Dr. Holly and her assistant were also fantastic, she knew exactly what needed to be done, even though I was the last patient, they had great energy and enthusiasm to help. Fantastic experience: Wow what a great place to go to feel extremely welcome even if you fear going to seeing the dentist at any stage. With Dental Avenue I will admit it’s an experience you will never look back on and you will always want to return even with the pain your in, you are always treated with 100% respect the service is so worth it at the end of your treatment, dentist have definitely come along way over the years. Dr Irvin and his team at Murrumba are definitely worth a visit the laughs and the support is very strong before during and at the end of your treatments.

He was able to remove both of my top wisdom teeth within minutes and without pain. My recovery was so easy. Courtney at reception was also great, she was able to get me an appointment quickly. Fantastic experience: I went in with my husband to see Dr Sanchit and was so impressed that I booked in to be a patient myself that day. My husband was really nervous to have his wisdom teeth removed but Dr Sanchit and his assistant Ash made him so comfortable. I look forward to starting the Invisalign journey with this team! Courtney at reception was also so kind. This is the best dentist I’ve been to. It feels really fancy/ luxurious when you walk in. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell or overcharge. Fantastic experience: After having struggling with a toothache I was able to get an appointment first thing on a Monday morning. Dr Sanchit was super lovely and talked me through my options, and we decided on moving forward with removing my wisdom teeth. I was able to get in the very next day to have the procedure done. Dr Sanchit was very compassionate and calm throughout the procedure, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the procedure was and how little pain I felt. Assistant Ash was lovely and efficient also. I would highly recommend Dr Sanchit for quick and compassionate care!

Negative experience: "I'm extremely dissatisfied with the care I received from aveneu dental .The dentist seemed inexperienced and didn't take the time to properly diagnose my issue. The treatment they provided was inadequate and has left me with ongoing problems. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone."

Fantastic experience: I was able to come in to get my new crown fitted on Friday afternoon even though my appointment wasn’t until Tuesday the following week. Dr Holly was flexible and fitted me in. The fitting was quite difficult but Dr Holly removed the temporary crown with skill and fitted my new crown. It fits really well and feels great.

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign done with Angela, and I truly could not recommend a dentist enough. Angela is so knowledgeable, kind, caring & most importantly skilled. I was an annoying patient with asking for breaks, not checking in with her and she never made me feel like I was a bother. There has been times where other dentists/assistants have popped in to seek her assistance through my appts, and she always took the time to be kind and assist them whilst maintaining my own care and it’s very evident she is also very valued and admired by the AD team. Couldn’t thank her, the dental assistants and the lovely administration team for always being so kind & genuine. They also went out of their way to gift me flowers as a congratulations however I want to say thank YOU!! Do yourself a favour and see Angela for any dental work!

Negative experience: Booked an appointment 2 weeks out and they canceled it only 2 days beforehand claiming the dentist is now away. They were unable to provide another suitable time other than on Saturday which they then demanded a $50 deposit even though I had an appointment already booked midweek and due to the dentists own poor scheduling was unable to honour. No reason for his absence was provided other than ‘he will be away’. Very frustrating considering I had to arrange time off in advance. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I am an ex-smoker and Pepsi Max addict who hadn’t bothered going to the dentist as an adult because nothing hurt so I thought I was fine. However, I had become unsatisfied with the colour of my teeth and had some minor chips and enamel damage. The team at Avenue Dental made me feel so comfortable, explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I ended up choosing to get veneers and I am so glad I did. Dr Holly was amazing. I felt no pain throughout the procedures and Dr Holly’s attention to detail was impressive. I am beyond happy with the results and get complimented daily on my smile.

Fantastic experience: My 7 yeah old daughter and I saw Dr Sanchit and LOVED him! As anxious dentist-goers, neither of us were keen on visiting the dentist. Dr Sanchit was so amazing with my daughter, speaking her through every step and making it fun for her. Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I went for an Invisalign assessment with Dr. Irvin and his assistant, Chelsea. They were both very kind and patient, thoroughly explaining the condition of my teeth. During the tooth extraction, Chelsea held my hand to help ease my anxiety, which made me feel comforted and warm. After the extraction, Dr. Irvin carefully explained the post-extraction care instructions and assured me that I could reach out to him anytime with any questions. The service was excellent.

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists i’ve been to. Dr Irvins is an awesome dentist, explains everything and is very informative. The staff at avenue dental are all extremely lovely. Phoebe the receptionist is always smiling and welcoming. Dr Irvin’s and his nurse Courtney do an amazing job at every appointment. I’m usually very insecure with dentists however they make me feel comfortable every time. Their team is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Avenue dental exceeds expectations in my opinion. Their reception staff and dental assistants excel in customer service, which is clearly a testament to Dr Irvin’s ways of working. Dr Irvin shows genuine care and clearly explains all steps in his procedures. Took my 5yo for a check up and the service was welcoming and service adapted appropriately to suit the needs of a young child. The dental surgery is immaculate & I would highly recommend Dr Irvin & his team. Thanks to Pheobe (reception) & Natahlia (assistant) for their involvement in my latest visit!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience as always. Courtney was a wonderful help before and after my treatment, was able to help me understand the processes for medicare etc. Dr Sanchit was excellent. very welcoming and invested in how i was. During treatment he moved swiftly with class. As for Triarna, welcomed me with a smiling face and got me comfortable while we waited for treatment. She thoroughly explained how the treatment i was receiving worked and explained all the benefits that would come from it. Overall wonderful experience at Avenue.

Fantastic experience: My children's first appointment was on Thursday at avenue dental Murrumba downs with Dr Irvin Tang he was very welcoming and his assistant Chelsea was so friendly and engaging, making sure the kids were comfortable throughout the appointment. They examined my children's teeth and found some minor issues. Which led to Dr Irvin Tang thoroughly explaining the next steps that needed to be taken which resulted in needing to come back for another appointment. I couldn't be happier with our experience! Dr. Irvin Tang was fantastic with the kids. He took the time to explain everything in a way they could understand, which really helped ease their nerves. His assistant, Kimmi, was equally wonderful. The clinic itself was clean and inviting, which is always a plus when you're visiting with little ones. They both received robot teeth and I appreciated how gentle and caring the entire staff was Phoebe at reception made my children feel very welcome. It made what could have been a stressful visit into a positive experience for my children. I highly recommend avenue dental Murrumba downs for any family looking for a supportive and professional dental team!

Fantastic experience: Haven’t even had my appointment yet and already blown away with how professional and lovely the staff are. I’m a very anxious person when it comes to going to the dentist but the moment I walked in, I felt so calm and at ease. I’m actually looking forward to getting my wisdom teeth removed now. Fantastic experience: WOW! JUST WOW! Where do I even start..... the most professional, down to earth and welcoming staff both out the front in reception and in the rooms with the patients. Got an emergency appointment within 2hrs of phoning, professional and efficient service, paperwork was emailed straight away, no wait on arrival. I even changed the ladies and fainted on them yesterday from working myself up on pure fear, back today and was made to feel so welcome like I was part of the family and they all cared about how I was from the day before. Natalie who was assisting Dr Holly both yesterday and today was very friendly, professional, caring and polite. Honestly can say I no longer avoid dentists and urge anyone who hates the thought or has kids with a phobia.... go see Dr Sanchit or Dr Holy - they are the ones who I saw and both were absolutely amazing, leaving me pain free and wanting to go back! I cannot say enough about these amazing Dental Professionals ❤️

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Irvin for anti wrinkle treatment in my forehead and frown, my first time not going to an aesthetics clinic for this treatment and he exceeded my expectations! The practice itself is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming. Dr Irvin was very knowledgeable on the product used and the treatment, he made sure I was well informed throughout the whole process and I felt so relaxed in the chair. He really listens to you and my results are exactly what I was hoping for. Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve been to in years. I had an awful and painful tooth ache last Friday. I called on Monday, filled staff in with situation and I was given an appointment for same day. I was treated so kindly and all was explained thoroughly. I was in need of a root canal which was done the next day. All staff were amazing Dr Sanchit is incredible. I have more work to do but I’m fine with this as this was a great experience. This is my new forever dentist and I can highly recommend, especially if you have a fear of dentists. Wonderful clinic 5/5.

Fantastic experience: Greg, Chelsea and the team make it so much less daunting getting your treatments done. Real people doing real life changes, I had dental implants and absolutely dreaded the dentist until I met them. Always informative, friendly and approachable, none of my millions of questions were ever answered unprofessional, you're kept informed through the whole process. I valued most that I can walk in and reception know exactly who you are, and greeted like they just saw you yesterday even though it wasn't. Highly recommend the experienced dentists (All dental team including nurses)

Fantastic experience: Dr Sanchit Triarna was very accommodating during my routine clean. I suffer from anxiety and have fairly bad sensitivity on my gums but Dr Triarna provided options to reduce the stress and remove any pain that were highly effective. Fair play to him it was the best clean experience I’ve had and feel positive about future cleans now!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely professional very caring. I got whole set of new dentures which were much needed. Firstly painful as anything. Dr tang completed a couple of minor adjustments all is good really amazing. Totally recommended
