Being nervous about the dentist as alot are, they made me feel super comfortable, with no hassle they put into place a dental plan. Everything is going great and every step is explained in detail. I had been to a previous dentist who did an absolute botch job which resulted in a split tooth root, exposed nerve and infection with 9 weeks of agonising pain and swelling. I rang Plaza Dental in absolute desperation and they made an emergency appointment for me. Shelley was fantastic. X-rays were done on site and antibiotics prescribed. I requested the two teeth be removed which was no easy task due to a curved root around the other root. It sure gave Shelley a workout. My gums healed beautifully and the pain quickly subsided. I am thrilled with how wonderful the all female team are. I have recommended Plaza Dental Care to others and I totally recommend them.

As a person with some pretty big anxiety of the dentist and a lot of dental issues I've spent years trying to find a place that was kind and free of judgement. Not only do they work with me and my anxiety but financially as well, the biggest problem with going to the dentist for serious care is cost and the people here worked with me to pay what I could afford a month so I could get the care I needed now. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, there isn't another place like them. So if you're like me tired, anxious, and in need of some care please come here. I promise you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Plaza Dental Care was recommended to me by a friend. I have had two appointments and could not be happier! The clinic has a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Dr Narelle is incredibly skilled and caring and even when I was nervous about the treatment, she was very reassuring. The hygienist did an amazing job and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort as she cleaned also. Amazing practice and I’m glad to have found it.

Bev who I laised with via text and email as I was too anxious and upset to talk over the phone walked me through everything. I walked in anxious upset embarrassed but the ladies there were so welcoming and helpful. I've had my issue fixed for no where near what I was quoted for by the other dentist and I cannot thank these ladies enough for their comfort, support and amazing customer service. Fantastic experience: I am in my early fifties and have been going to Plaza Dental Care since I was a kid. I've never feared going to the dentist because they make sure that the experience is a pleasant one. Don't ignore your teeth, since bad teeth and gums can cause other health issues. If you go to the dentist, go to a good one, like I do.

Fantastic experience: Where’s the option for 10 stars? Narelle and the team at Plaza Dental Care are absolutely incredible. I had my first visit to Plaza Dental Care as a child absolutely petrified, and experienced a panic attack even listening to mum book my appointment after bad experiences elsewhere. Narelle made me feel so comfortable and built trust so quickly to the point where I would almost fall asleep during checkups. Before finding a new dentist after a move to NSW I seriously considered making regular trips back to SA just to go to Plaza Dental for checkups. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this clinic if you are looking for a dentist for your child! To be as honest as possible, this clinic has an amazing staff. Always polite and welcoming. Dr Shelly, who looked after my daughter. She is indeed a wonderful person. She’s great with my daughter and she seems she knows how to handle kids. Problem is, she is the ONLY dentist there that looks after children and she is only there for two days during the week. Both myself and my wife work full time, so trying to book an appointment without having to take time off work or my child missing school is simply impossible. I wasn’t even given the option to see her at the other clinic were she worked. Times between appointments are extremely long. Then her skills really come into question. My daughter who needed “filings”, had those fillings fall out within a couple of days of having them. At the stage, we had to start over. But of course, we had to wait for almost a month for the next appointment.
